Girls’ Trip to Dubai

Mehboob was the very best tour guide. He was the best professional, attending to every detail. He was sensitive, caring, knowledgeable, timely, with a great personality. 1 of the ladies was afraid of heights. Mehboob was so skilled he got her to go to Burj Khalifa and The Palms! He took great photos, kept us with the VIP line, educated us about all we saw. There were so many tours, excursions. Mehboob even was willing to hold our bags when we shopped at the souks. He’s the reason why our visit to Dubai & Abu Dhabi will tell everyone to come to Dubai. Mehboob deserves great recognition by the company for his professionalism.

Awesome Tour and Guide

This was one of the best full day tours to Abu Dhabi our group did during our stay in Dubai. From the pick up to the drop off everything went smoothly and as expected. What really made this an exceptional tour was our tour guide Mehboob! He was very knowledgeable and very personable. His English was very good and he even has a sense of humor. Mehboob made us all feel very welcomed and special. Very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure your tour goes well. If you take this tour ask for Mehboob! Worth the price!!

I really enjoyed the Abu Dhabi day trip by Gray Line Emirates & Oman. It was well organised and we were taken really good care by our tour guide, Rizwan. The visit to the Abu Dhabi Mosque was fantastic and Rizwan spent time preparing us for the visit. I appreciated a lot the flexibility in choosing the museum of Louvre over the city tour and having the option to have lunch at the Mall too! Lunch was delicious! I would recommend this day trip as it’s very convenient and an easy way to visit some incredible landmarks without bothering with commuting. There was also an audio guide that explained a lot of things during our visit which was great!

Amazing!

Very interesting and well organised trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi! Rizwan guide is the best, very kind and always willing to help and satisfy everyone. Also the stop for food at the mall was very good! The trip is very flexible so if someone wants to visit Louvre museum or the F1 this is possible. Many choices for all the tastes. I highly recommend this trip!

Abu Dhabi - Group Tour, first time UAE visitors

Kurban provided services above my expectations. Malindra was our tour lead. The guided tour was informational, he was able to answer our questions, and was wry accommodating with our party of 11 adults. A very nice buffet lunch was planned at AL Wahda lounge restaurant. The food was great. We had a private coach for the day air conditioned with water provided. Photo stops were included as was restroom breaks. Malindra and his team also prepared us of what to expect at the mosque so we had no issues with access. He kept us on time and was extremely courteous and professional. As a travel agent my priority was my clients satisfaction so being able to also experience this tour alongside them assured I will recommend Kurban Tours on the future. Malindra represented Kurban well and he should be commended.

very disorganized

They told us that they really needed the exam for covid PCR, the afternoon of the previous day. The rapid PCR test was more expensive than the tour.

Not what we expected

First off all, We enjoyed visiting the mosque and the lunch was délicious but there were things we didn’t like: - there promised wifi on the bus, but there wasn’t - they did not give 1 bottle of water the whole day long (there was also no time to buy water because they where so hurry so we where déshydrated) - we had to hurry all the Time - we didn’t had the snacks like promised - we didn’t visit the heritage village like promised We sincerely not recommand it. It wasn’t worth the price.

Trip to Abu Dhabi

Trip was good. Nice operator and driver. Only WiFi and free Water was not included, even it was promised on the Web Site.

I had the best experience with my tour guide Ashfaq! He was super helpful and he even went out of his way to take my pictures for me. I’m am traveling alone and he made sure I was safe and he even took the time to take multiple pictures of me, which is what I was originally worried about considering I was alone. But Ashfaq made sure that I had the best experience! He made me feel every comfortable in this foreign country all by myself and I am so greatful that he was my tour guide! Plus he’s tall and easy to spot Incase you get lost. I really appreciate you Ashfaq! Keep up the great work!

We had a booking with Grayline tour of our full day Abu Dhabi tour. It was an awesome experience and service which try provide. Ashfaq(our tour guide) was very nice and gentle with all people. Beautiful experience 100% suggest to go with Grayline.Drivers who come for pickup and drop off to our hotels are very nice and kind.

Stay for 2 days in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is beautiful and well planned city. Our tour guide rushed through everything. It was mixed with people who wanted to Ferrari world or Musium so dropping and picking them up took long time. As a result we were not able to see the city. Mosque was crowded. I wish I stayed for one night in Abu Dhabi.

All day tour it was not really fruitful :(

We only visited 3 places, the bus drove different groups to other locations that others did not pick, wasting time for the rest of the group. Food was not great, I would have loved to eat something typical of that area instead. Hope tours can be planned better so that everyone visits more places rather than waiting in the bus

Best trip ever

Very professional tour guide and driver. Perfect pickup and drop off timing. We visited approx all areas of Abudhabi during city tour with Ferrari and lunch in a five star restaurant with amazing continental buffet. Thank you Gray Line for this excellent trip

We enjoyed alot in abu dhabi. Guide was very friendly and explained alot about abudhabi. The 1 hr travel from dubai to abu dhabi was also worth seeing the roads,sands,building's.

Worst tour ever

The tour started badly as we had to wait more than one hour on the bus for the rest of the group. When arriving to Abu Dhabi, we were informed that we would only have 45 minutes to visit the Great Mosque and any delays wouldn't be accepted! The tour would go on and the people late would have to get a taxi back... Even I understand the motivation behind the message, it isn't polite at all this statement. 45 minutes to visit such a great landmark is crazy though! All the stopping points were like this... Fast and furious, with no explanation at all from the guide. The only good thing was the lunch! Really don't do this tour! I'm sure there are better options!

Average Tour/ Great Scenarios

We come from Florida and decided to book this tour to visit Abu Dabhi, pickup was on time at our hotel, our guide was nice and friendly, he was explaining because of Ramadan we were not having lunch ( it was supposed to be included) kept telling us that company was refunding it (keep waiting), not even water, we had to stop at a local resto (buffet style) that you had to pay on your own!, food was great btw, visiting the Mosque is a pleasure even in a rush (40 min) make sure you go inside as quick as possible! Local fruit market is nice too, Abu Dabhi scenarios are great, during the whole tour you can listen to the audios giving you lots of information about the culture and lifestyle, about people complaining on the drop off location I mean you get what you pay for, a cab costs you around 30-40 DH (Mall of Emirates) to Burj Khalifa for example or take the metro for 8 DH one way ticket, other than that this tour was average, keep the good work and good luck in the future.

Was in spanish, but the guide only speak english (my wife dont speak). In the Mosque, nobody give a explanation about this Mosque. The Mosque clothing to the women to go inside (Burka) was rent (incredible). The lunch, too poor and bad.

Disappointing

Got picked up and was big confusion what tour i was on as they didnt have my name for the correct tour. 1st stop was the Mosque, we all went in and the guide disappeared didnt tell us how long we have so people just started walking around themselfs with no time limits. After i finished my tour walking around i went back to the bus and half was already back, had to wait for over an hour for other people to come back. this had put us behind on the tour. The rest of the tour was rushed around and felt that i couldnt enjoy the tour

Avoid this tour

This tour was a disaster. Pick up from hotel was at 8.00am for a 9.00am tour. We were phoned at 7.45 to be advised they were waiting. We got into a small van and apart from an acknowledgement that we were present the driver did not introduce himself or explain what was happening. The van had very poor air conditioning and we spent the next hour going to various hotels collecting others with still nothing about the tour. We doubled back several times the driver looking at his phone and GPS. At one stage he drove the wrong way up a one way street. Everyone in the van was upset. We were then dropped to a bigger bus just after 9.00am and the tour began. Everything pre-recorded, no live or interesting commentary. Had expected a mosque stop. The closest we got was a drive past. Taken to a place a shown gold carpets to buy. Minimum price US$2000. Tour seemed really disorganized and rushed. At the museum my wife and I took an interest in the displays using the full half hour we were told we had. Given the crowded museum we were a few minutes late. Our guide was waiting at the door and rushing us out made us feel like we were holding everyone up and not very nice about it. Visited Spice and Jewelery area. The guide advising us not to buy here as he had a good place to buy when we got the the Dubai Mall. Seemed to me he has an "arrangement" with this shop. No trust in our guide. We arrived at the Dubai Mall, not all of the group had booked the Burj Khalifa tour. They headed to their booked lunch. We asked about our lunch which our voucher showed as being included. We were told it was either the Burj tour or lunch, not both. This is when we got very upset. Instead of trying to fix it straight away our guide tried to argue with us despite us showing him the voucher. We were then told we wouldn't have enough time for the tour and lunch. Our Burj tour was very rushed. We met the guide back in the mall and ge rushed us to the restaurant where we had to quickly eat our lunch. Conscious of the time the bus left we asked the restaurant to prepare our desert as a takeaway. Back on the bus at 2.30pm we began driving around. After an hour we wanted to leave the tour. The afternoon was extremely boring and given the issues we had encountered this was a waste if time. We then discovered that they intended to return us to the Dubai Mall where the tour ended. This was not the hotel drop off we were promised and would have required a Metro train ride back to our hotel. Again the guide wanted to argue rather than help and made it clear he expected a tip. The only tip I would give him is that he needs to find a new job. The guide and driver finally agreed to return us and one other couple close to our hotels. We still had to enter the metro station where we were dropped to cross the main roads to our hotels. Worst trip ever.

Good day trip

The tour offers multilingual commentary which is great. The mosque is the highlight of the trip but we felt we werent given enough time.... esp we were held up at security for 20mins. It would be good if we could have 1.5h to 2 hrs instead of 1h and possibly skip some other activities eg dates market

The worst tour ever

Today we went for the full day Abu Dhabi tour with lunch and it's been the worst tour we've done since we came a week ago. We have done some other tours with Oceanair which have been awesome. This company offer free water and soft drinks for the whole trip, but with Grayline you have to pay 5 dirhams for 2 bottles of water. The best part of the tour is the mosque. Bear in mind the dress code to get into a mosque and everything will be ok, if you aren't dreseed appropriately you will be asked to buy an abaya to get in (45 dirhams) which I don't mind to pay for as I wanted to keep it but I understand some other people wouldn't want it. The guide wasn't really helpful nor friendly as she was only repeating that if we weren't as the spot on time we would be left there and we'd have to take a taxi. Food was good in one of the restaurants of the mall near the Ferrari world. Few more stops to take some pictures, carpet museum where they try to sell you rugs made of gold and back to Dubai. To be honest, I guess the city has so much more to offer but we came back feeling it wasn't even worth it the visit. On top of everything they ask for tips :)

Disappointing Tour

They don't even provide water, the guide doesn't explain anything you just listen to a recorded audio. They didn't notify the mosque dress code in advance so they force you to buy one in the bus. On overall the only good thing about the tour is the mosque visit, so I wouldn't recommend it.
