Incredible Experience

The tour was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we were in the vehicle, we were learning what buildings were as we passed and the history of Abu Dhabi. We visited several places: - Last Exit - The last service station before leaving Dubai and entering Abu Dhabi. It has drive through restaurants and is like no other service station I have ever been to. Definitely worth a visit. - The Grand Mosque - Stunning! Completely out of this world. Without a doubt, worth a visit. - Heritage Village - A very unique stop with traditional Arabian souks. This place is small but beautiful. - Emirates Palace - A 5* hotel and it is exactly what you would expect from 5*. Never seen a hotel like it. So beautiful and picturesque. An absolute must to visit. - Louvre Museum - Lovely building and the art inside is very interesting. Lots to see and experience. - Ferrari World - This was our last stop to see what the world’s fastest roller coaster looks like. Definitely looks like a lot of fun and we will be back to actually experience the theme park. Abu Dhabi was beautiful but the experience was made superb by our guide, Shaikh Wasim. Super knowledgable and so friendly. Thank you for making our first visit to Abu Dhabi a special one.

I went there on my honeymoon. A smooth guide showed us around Abu Dhabi's most famous tourist spots. It was a good experience

A must do experience. It was stress free.

The tour guy Amjad with RAH Tourism ensured that we got all the experience that this tour offered. He even went above and beyond to answer a request that was not on the tour by getting approval. This tour was the last day of my stay and I am so glad I pushed through even though I was sooo tired.

Great experoence

Our tour guide Zar Mohammad was friendly and had good knowledge of the sights. The grand mosque was the highlight of the trip.

The greatest tour ever!

We had such an amazing tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable and we learned alot of great history. So many beautiful places and we also took so many fantastic pictures.

We should have listened to the bad reviews

When we booked it said our party size was 15. This means we would have been in a 15 passenger van or something with space. This was not the case, we were picked up in a small 7 seater suv where we were crammed in the back two seats. A family of 4 with two little girls was sharing the three seats in front of us with no seat belts worn or a car seat for their youngest (both illegal in Dubai). We went to Abu Dhabi and was dropped off at all stops and told when to meet back up. We stopped at a run down place where they tried to sell us carpet, this was not listed on the tour and I think they get kick backs for stopping. Only two places worth going were the Mosque and Louvre, which we did not have a lot of time at. We felt like we were sprinting through the louvre and still didn’t get to see everything in the hour we were given. Two of the other party were throwing up on and off and when we stopped for fast food for our “lunch stop” food was brought back in the car and placed right behind the two baby seats we were jammed in, between that smell and people puking in bags it was not a good experience. The car seats were stained and the one seat had a plastic piece that kept falling off. The biggest disappointment was not being able to see places being pointed out since we had a small window to view out of, so doing drive by “viewings” we didn’t even get to see. This all was stated in many reviews and we should have read them and listened. Not a tour I would recommend or ever book again.

Worst tour guide ever and bad itinerary !!!

In the whole itinerary, there are only 2 attractions worth visiting: the Grand Mosque and the Louvre, both are really amazing. We recommend them strongly ! The other attractions (Heritage village, Miraj museum) are totally useless and are just places to sell to tourists. At Miraj, as soon as the seller realized that nobody in our group would buy anything, he promptly terminated the visit. Our package included a tour guide but in fact we had a simple chauffeur, he came to no attractions, he just waited in the car. He even sent us the entry tickets to attractions instead of coming with us and making sure we were ok to enter the Grand Mosque and the Louvre. On the highway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi (both ways), the chauffeur (Raj Abdul) was driving way too fast (up to 150km/h) and way to close to cars in front of us. While driving, we was texting at the same time. At the end of the trip, he even had a car accident with a taxi, so we decided to get out of the car and walk the last 1km to our hotel. We were picked 45 minutes late, and spent too long in the non relevant attractions, at the end we arrived back to our hotel almost 2 hours after the scheduled drop off. A better itinerary would be to visit only the Grand Mosque (not in a rush, so for 2h at least) and the Louvre (not in a rush, so for 3h at least). If we would have to do this itinerary again, we would prefer to hire a private chauffeur who would drive us to the 2 specific attractions. We have been using Viator day trips in many other cities in various countries and we have never been disappointed by its service, except for this one which was almost a disaster.

Misleading tour title

Misleading. The tour title was misleading. We did not go to the louvre or heritage site as advertised.

Great Tour

Great experience. This one excursion Will take up majority of your entire day, so I don’t suggest to make other plans. Got to experience seeing the mosque and other palaces in Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide Ali was amazing and was our driver to each location listed for the trips included on this mosque excursion. Note that if you have a small party the car you’re riding in will be shared by others.

Would not recommend

Tight cramp truck. Would not recommend for anyone over 5’8. Only front seat gets a nice view. Middle row is small. Back seat sees nothing. Missed location. Barely drove by the palace. It was in the far distance. Driver had attitude and was rude towards the female passenger regarding time. Driver threaten only the female to leave if she wasn’t quick returning while others returned later, so she didn’t go explore the stop. She was too ashamed, scared and sad.

Bilal, our driver, was excellent! We got ourselves into a mixup since we booked so close to the trip, but he sorted out all our issues. Thanks for a great day

The amazing tour with Inam

The tour was wonderful. We really liked it. The guide named Inam is a very friendly guy, professional guide, and driver who felt safety. Besides, even though this tour was not expensive, we were able to do things that we must do in Abu Dhabi. Thank you, guys, and good luck, God bless you.

Trip to Abu Dhabi

Our guide was Usman and he went above and beyond to make this trip happen. Pick up was on time and we were given a specific amount of time we could spend at each location and some people didn’t respect that, the trip should have finished by 5 but Usman made sure to bring us to each and every location which was on the itinerary even if we came back to Dubai very late. Huge thanks to Usman! Highly recommended and would definitely go again!

Look elsewhere this company is a scam

This tour company is a scammer. They fill up a mid sized SUV with seven adults for a 6-8 hour day trip. A tour bus would be a lot more comfortable than this. We ended up walking away after the third customer pickup where they attempted to fill up the clown car with the 6th customer. The entire day was ruined. You can’t charge the same price for a customer sitting in the front passenger seat and another customer sitting in a middle seat without any arm rests and no leg space.

Best tour operator in Dubai

We went this tour with RAH tours. Our pick was very prompt and comfortable car. They even gave us update for ETA. Our Driver Osman was very professional. Explained everything on the way. Gave is enough break in between. Honestly I am very much happy with my selection. Car was very comfortable and enough space for us. They went extra mile to make our journeys more comfortable. I highly recommend this tour to Abu Dhabi. Sunny was our tour guide, he was very informative and provided a lot of information/facts about Abu Dhabi and the places we visited whilst driving. He was very organised and arranged our entry tickets for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Louvre Abu Dhabi.

The itinerary was perfect, we had the chance to visit all the places. Our driver Sunny was really helpful, along with showing us around, he told us more about the history of UAE and Abu Dhabi.

Worth it if you’re looking for a day trip from Dubai

The trip is overall a good trip and I would recommend it to anyone who only has a day to visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai. It’s fast paced and you get to see all the sites. The driver knows his way around and gives you tips. Be aware it’s actually a whole day trip, almost 12 hours, depending on where you stay. Having said that, a little more time at the Louvre would have been ideal, like 2 hours. Also, it’s important to note that the new rules require people to be dressed in the correct attire to visit the mosque, as they don’t lend any scarfs or garments to cover oneself. Our guide Mohammad, was kind and helpful, and stuck to the timings he gave us.

Unnecessarily long and health concern

This tour was just “ok”. I think it’s unnecessarily too long. If you can book a shorter trip to see the mosque, heritage village and the emirates palace hotel, you’ll be better off. We had lunch at a buffet spot which was good. However, the trip to the sold-called museum was a sales pitch to buy expensive art work and other jewelry etc. If you’re not interested, they will cut your tour short and send you back to the front to wait for your driver. The trip to Ferrari world was cool but unnecessary bc we were literally there like 20 mins to look around the front entrance. maybe take a pic or two, but what’s the point if you’re not going to experience the adventure of the place? Just a waste of time, unnecessarily long and drawn out. My biggest complaint was picking up others to do the tour. We stopped to pick up people who didn’t come out. so we wasted time waiting then left them. however the driver had to pick them up later after he dropped us off at the mosque. Then there were times we were waiting on the late people to experience the activity when we were already done. In addition, please take a mask 😷 when riding in the car with others. There were a total of 7 of us in the suv. 4 people were coughing, sneezing etc including the driver (not covering their mouths). I tried to roll down the window to get air circulating through to let germs out. I didn’t want to catch whatever they had. The driver and another passenger asked me to roll it up. I asked them to be considerate of others and cover their mouths when coughing. They said, “oh the cough is nothing”. Needless to say, Im back home with flu like symptoms, fighting to get back to normal. I was perfectly fine up to that point if my vacation. This is terrible and why I’ve given such a low score. The tour guide was friendly and kind, just wasn’t accommodating to others when it came down health concerns. He had his reasons for keeping the windows up, but not considering why they needed to be down bc he too was apparently ill with all the coughing. He blamed it on the dust coming in from window being down.

A wonderful travel experience to Abu Dhabi

Khalid Afridi was an outstanding tour guide and driver. He was prompt, very knowledgeable articulate in English, always friendly and helpful in getting my wife in and out of the SUV! Amazing Mosque

Husnain, our tour guide gave us a lot of history and information during the 1 hour 20 min ride from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The Mosque was absolutely huge and with amazingly beautiful architecture. I did the full day tour, but I would have been fine with half a day tour of just the mosque, the rest of the stops were just ok. Do the full day tour if you’re interested in the museum.

Great time!

The Mosque is a must! Everything else is a personal preference —could be hit or miss. Expect for a loooong day. I’d say like 10hrs so keep that in mind when planning your day. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend Abu Dhabi tour

My family and I did the full day tour of Abu Dhabi. It was nice that we were in a van with only 10 guests instead of a big bus. Our driver and tour guide, Sunny, was amazing! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to each of us. The tour itself was great! We saw a lot in a whole day. Glad we went to the Grand Mosque first and early as the que to get in was still short but got very long later in the day. We went also thankful to our guide Sunny for having extra Abaya (clothing for mosque) available for us to borrow. Overall, we had a great time and experience in this tour and highly recommend it if you’re visiting Dubai. It will be a plus if you get our guide Sunny as he made the tour more enjoyable and engaging.

Highly recommend Abu Dhabi Tour

The day tour to Abu Dhabi was worth it! Highly recommend it if you are in Dubai visiting. We really learned a lot from our experience and also because we had a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide-Sunny (that’s his nickname he said). As he drove, he continuously gave us facts and important information about everything we saw. Very informative tour guide. He was also very friendly and professional, which made our visit to Abu Dhabi more enjoyable. Btw, the tour is long so be prepared.. we were picked up at 830am and got back at 830pm. We even asked to skip the Ferarri World as it was getting late and everyone was tired. Sunny was very accommodating with our request.
