Best safari tour

We booked the morning desert safari tour.Our guide Ijaz Chandio arrived right on time super friendly and informative. He did a great job at dune bashing we loved it. This is our second time doing safari but our previous experience was very bad with a different company. Ijaz made sure we had enjoyed every bit of our trip. Will surely book again with them. 4hr Desert Adventure Awesome!

Mr. Khan was a great tour guide. He communicated very well with us. Safe driving to and from the hotel. Sand duning was really fun with great pictures. Sand boarding was cool and atv’ing in a circle enclosed boundary was fun too. Lots of space to roam around and have fun with the atv’s.

After a bad experience with another company, we had a very good morning desert safari with our guide Nasir. Camel riding, dune bashing & Sandboarding were all very fun. And he took great photos of us in the desert!

Zawar was the best guide, very smiling, attentionned with the guest, taking time and care to make an amazing safari trip ! Highly recommended guide !

Good dune basher.

Ijaz did a great job driving the dunes. Did a few 30 degrees side-slides and churned up a few plumes of sand. At least one passenger confessed getting nauseous- which is a sign of a good dune bash drive. No hard sell for the pony-ride quad rental that we chose to decline.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

This was the best experience I have ever had from start to finish. Our tour guide Ehsan was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, caring, very understanding, and very eager to please, not to mention he’s driving skills. Absolutely amazing. The morning pick up was on time, during the transfer, he was telling us all about the history of the Dubai and Sharjah area plus locals near Oman border . Everyone was very pleasing hospitable And Iger to please. I did not do the ATV rides, but they had some food and drinks and local café and everything was absolutely amazing. I love the camel ride. The drive in the dunes was the cherry on the top. This was definitely experienced. I will never forget. This company is absolutely the best.

Enjoyed but felt duped

Erroneously booked a day in advance than planned. Had to rush on a short notice. Booked for 10am but the guide came at 9.30am along with vehicle. He pushed us so hard to come fast we had to rush and started our journey by 9.45am dropped us at a place for camel ride and other activities. Pushed us to hire vehicles for desert rides. Had fun with all the activities though the bikes were very expensive 250 Dirhams. He pressed us hard for time pushing us from activity after next activity and dropped us back by 12.30pm in our hotel. Though we had fun we didn’t like he pushing us all the time. Four hour event ended up in 2.45 mins. I went with other operators a month before and I had a very different experience then. So I can share for sure that this is definitely not how it is done.

The safari was amazing, right from the on time pickup till drop to hotel. Very well organized I can say. Our dune basher/guide Mr. Aftab was very polite and gave his best to make our safari a memorable one. Everything was great I’d recommend it !

Our tour guide was excellent. He was very courteous, explained everything to us and showed us all the neat things, was patient and accommodating of the kids. The camel ride, dune bashing, quad bikes, and sandboarding were all excellent. The guide helped us take very nice pictures too.

Awesome driver Rana Ghaffar, very skilled and kind. We always felt very cared for and looked after. Views were awesome and ride was thrilling. We were very impressed by the handling of the car in the sand dunes. Nice music in the car. Dune buggy riding was the best experience. The buggies were very fast and we were fully immersed. We also enjoyed sand boarding on the hills! New appreciation for the beauty of the dessert. Super great day for the family.

Brilliant experience! Zawar was great fun - he took fantastic photos too! We chose the afternoon tour so we could see the sunset and so glad we did, it was absolutely stunning! Sand boarding was great fun and the dune bashing was really exhilarating! Useful info: Water is provided, the car is air conditioned, it took about an hour to get to the desert, there is space for 7 in the car so we we with one other family, the camel ride is very short (5 minutes), so if you are looking for a long trek across the desert this isn’t for you! But it’s enough for the experience and photos!

It was an awesome experience. Starting from camel ride to the dinner in the middle of the desert, everything was just what I wanted it to be like. Utterly grateful for our guide, Noor, who took great care of us throughout the journey. He suggested us to go for the quad biking which was not included in our package. It was a great first morning desert safari experience with Qudrat (our driver), who was guiding me and my family members every step along the way so nicely! When we stopped at the photo point, he took pictures for us and helped us with the sandboarding. Overall, a pleasant experience simply due to Qudrat and his hospitality! Would recommend others to go on the morning safari tour with Funtours org.

Desert Safari review

Excellent experience. If you take Quad bike, you can request them beforehand on Whatsapp message to give you Outside the Circle and they will allow it. Outside the Circle is definitely worth much much better experience. They give the full 35 minute experience as advertised. The guide in front of you also takes your video while driving. Camel ride is one ride and is fun. Sandboarding is fun but be prepared that sand might possibly get in your eyes, mouth, hair, face, etc. Also walking up the dune from the bottom is strenuous. Dune bashing is very nice too. They put loud action music in the car while doing it. Our guide Adnan was excellent. He gave a good overview of Dubai and Emirates and answered various questions about the city while driving 45 minutes to and fro to the desert. He took good care of us inside the desert too and gave us safety tips for quad biking and dune bashing.
