Amazing Experience

Every part of this experience was amazing. Paragliding in Davos with Robert and Peter was an absolute dream and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Once is all you need.

Robert and Peter are quick to get us up and going. Their office is easy to find, next to the gondola. Parking was easy too. The ticket for the gondola was not included in the price of the paraglide, gopro videos and photos are $30 Swiss franc extra per person. The entre process include you helping to carry a heavy bag (approximate 30 pounds) to hike up to the the launch site. Make sure you are in tip-top physically shape, being strong and agile to do the 21 minute beautiful cliff side hike. All these efforts are extra bonuses to fly over the beautiful Davos city with lakes and mountains. The paragliding itself was merely approximately 15 minutes, but that all the time we had.

On the get go, he explained to me what needed to be done for the ride to go smoothly To be honest he does it out of interest than anything else Getting a ride in his Tesla was an added bonus All in all, paragliding with the Alps in view is something one has to do once in their lifetime

This was such an amazing experience!!! Flying with Robert and his team was very pleasant and welcoming. 🤗 They treated us wonderfully! I felt as if I was flying with a friend.. The flying was a breathtaking experience; being in the sky as if you're floating.. and the best part is that there is no deep falls or high drops for those who are overwhelmed by that feeling. It literally felt as if you're sitting comfortably whilst flying in the air with an amazing breeze and a glorious view. (And of course you can decide weather you want it to go faster etc) I 1000% recommend coming to Joyride Paragliding to enjoy the full Paragliding experience. This was my first time going and as someone who used to suffer from fear of hights I'm proud to say I'll definitely be coming back. 🙌 Thank you so much Robert, Peter, and Moc for being such kind and welcoming pilots for me and my siblings. Great Experience!!

My wife and I are in Europe for our Anniversary. Saw Robert’s Paragliding on Trip Advisor. Thought somewhat daring yet fun for a couple of almost empty nesters. It always looked risky and dangerous when you see the gliders in the air, but I was super surprised by the peacefulness of the experience. Very beautiful, quiet and serene. Robert was very professional in his communication. Showed up on time, and was clear yet brief in his safety talks. The mild wind just picked you up like a kite and you ride it down the mountain. Great for any age as long as not too immature. My daring 11 and 13 yr olds would be game for sure. …only thing is the landing can be a bit rough. Uneven in thick grass. If you’re worried about your knees/hips type thing. This probably isn’t for you. Great time. Oh yeah… one last thing. If you find an earring in the landing zone. Email Me.

Awesome fly

I was last week in Davos for a paragliding fly with Joyride and it was amazing!!! Everything was really well organized and the fly with Robert was fantastic!!

Take it from me, this is the ultimate individual team-building experience !

My colleagues and I were recently in Davos during the WEF and we had one of the most fun, exhilarating experiences ever, flying with “Joyride Paragliding”. First of all, we instantly felt as though we were not only in good hands, but we were literally in “expert hands”, with this highly trained and experienced flight leader (and his staff). It’s amazing how Robert Giesch and his team naturally made each one us feel comfortable with them (even before leaving the ground). With a warm, assuring presence and clarity, Robert walked us through the entire process, with great care. The love, passion and respect that they have for their profession definitely shines through in every way. Immediately upon landing, not only did I have a sense of personal fulfillment, but there was also a greater sense of closeness between everyone, through such a powerful and positive, « shared experience ». Infinite thanks to Robert and his entire Joyride Paragliding team for giving us so many wonderful, unforgettable memories, through our breathtaking flight above Davos!

Amazing experience!!

Had a wonderful time flying with Robert! Get to look over the whole Davos town up in the sky. He was a very good company and he even lent me the ski jackets to go for cross country skiing afterwards. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience / Fabulosa experiencia

It was my first paragliding experience and definitely I will do it again. I had so much fun. Robert and his staff are very attentive and make you feel welcome. Robert is awesome and made sure I understood the instructions. He was patience and has a great personality, reason why you are not going to regret if he is your pilot. I recommend Joyride 200% Fue mi primera experiencia y definitivamente lo haré otra vez. Me divertí mucho. Robert y sus empleados son bien atentos y te hacen sentir bienvenida. Robert es increíble y se asegura de que entiendas las instrucciones. El fue paciente y tiene una magnífica personalidad, por tal razón no te arrepentirás de que él sea tu piloto. Best experience ever

Best experience ever! I booked for my husband's birthday and we did couple jump. Robert is very professional and caring. It was my first time paragliding, they are very patient and made me feel so secure. In the end i really had a fantastic time! If you come to Davos you have to book Robert!

Exciting experience

My daughter saw a tandem flight and decided to jump in the unknown. Dad I want to try this! She will probably be scared too much, I thought, but let's give it a try. See proofed me wrong. Thx to the team that made her feel at ease. She had a top experience and great pictures!

Great time flying over the Alps

I highly recommend Joyride Paragliding- they're very professional, very safe, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We had a great time with Robert and Peter! We had a beautiful flight over the Swiss mountains, and the company was very flexible too - two friends and I called in the morning, and they made space for us in the afternoon. Would recommend to anyone who's always wanted to go paragliding.

A fantastic experience. Was first, but certainly not last time!

I had a great first flight in tandem Paragliding with Peter as an experienced pilot. Dispite of quite some winds Peter knew the right spot to start from below the Brämebühl. The view from air above Davos and Discha Valley was just great. Also had a very smooth landing at Bolgen Platza. Will certainly start again coming winter.

A Really Great Experience

Seeing the Swiss Alps from this view is really unforgettably and actually rather relaxing! We emailed the night before and the next morning we were out. They are really responsive and their entire team is very knowledgeable and a treat to hang out with for the couple of hours. If you're thinking about doing it, I'd highly recommend Joyride Paragliding.

Amazing Experience

My wife and I each went paragliding. She was nervous with idea but afterwards was sooooo happy she did it. It is much more like riding in a hot air balloon than it is skydiving. There are two companies in Davos. Joyride is the best one. At first our hotel tried to book the other one but there were a lot of complications and we looked around and asked them to contact Joyride. The owner Robert is a real great guy and very professional. It could not have been better. We would have gone a second time except we ran out of days and had to go home. Dont be afraid, its not scary at all. It is a beautiful experience that the whole family will love. Much closer to hot air ballooning than skydiving (worth saying two times because I was really expecting it would be the other way around). You will love it!! Thanks Robert!!

Absolutely Fantastic

So glad I did this tandem flight. Perfectly organized, a very experienced pilot and the great scenery of Davos made this an unforgettable experience. Kudos to Robert and Peter.

Great time with Robert

I booked with Robert although I had the other company booked earlier on, one of people from my group booked this so I changed my mind. The other company contacting me dropping the price which for me that was a bit desperate move so I decided to stuck with Robert which was right choice. I had great time up there. Loads of photos afterwards. I took control of para-glider and did some acrobatics in the air, I adore every single minute of it. I so will do it again in next country I go to. Don't hesitate, cool guy, easy going with good experience so you feel safe, instructions are clear, it was very easy to follow and we were up high in no time. Landing easier than I thought so no fears needed. Thanks Robert, I had great time with you, regards Maggie.

An unforgettable experience for our daughter!

Today our daughter's two-year-old wish came true! Thanks to Robert's very personable, humorous, child-friendly and professional manner, we as parents immediately trusted you to take our nine-year-old daughter on a tandem paragliding flight. Our daughter thought the flight was just super cool! She also thought it was great that she was even allowed to control the plane a little herself. She would love to fly again straight away! Thank you again for the unforgettable experience for our daughter and the great pictures we received from you. Since our daughter is so enthusiastic, even I am considering whether I should dare to take a tandem flight myself.

I am still overwhelmed and full of happiness from this unforgettable experience. Thanks to Robert, I was able to experience a wonderful and breathtaking tandem flight. His calm, friendly, funny and cheerful manner as well as his competent and professional support gave me immediate confidence, so that I could enjoy the freedom in the air in a completely relaxed manner. It was simply amazing, so much fun and all with a fantastic panorama. I was able to steer the plane myself at times and at the end I did a bit of acrobatics = pure adrenaline, simply WOW!! Thank you so much Robert for the great photos and videos that make my heart beat faster every time I look at them. I am looking forward to experiencing another flight with Robert on my next visit to Switzerland and would highly recommend him.

Traumhafter Flug über Davos

Ich bin immer noch völlig überwältigt vom Flug! Wir haben bei Robert und Peter einen Päärchen-Tandemflug gebucht. Beide waren sehr professionell, freundlich und zu Spässen aufgelegt. Der Ablauf wurde genau erklärt und hat mir persönlich die Angst vor meinem ersten Flug sehr genommen. Das Fliegen war traumhaft, ich durfte sogar selbst einen Moment lenken. Die Krönung war aber, dass die beiden meinem Verlobten dabei unterstützt haben, mir einen Heiratsantrag zu machen. Herzlichen Dank hierfür noch einmal! Ich empfehle Joyride Paragliding wärmstens weiter.

Wunderschönes Erlebnis

Es war ein schönes und atemberaubendes Erlebnis. Für mich war es der erste Flug und Robert hat mich bestens über das Fliegen informiert. Ich hatte ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit Joyride Paragliding! Das war mein erster Flug und Robert hat sich Zeit genommen und mir alles super erklärt. Während dem Flug hat er immer mit mir gesprochen und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Ich durfte selber Steuern und am schluss hat er noch ein bisschen Akrobatik eingebaut. DAS WAR DER HAMMER! Adrenalin pur! Ich kann es von Herzen empfehlen mit Robert zu fliegen. Komme gerne wieder, danke für das unvergessliche Erlebnis.

Sensationelles Erlebnis mit Wiederholungscharakte ;-)

Wir haben einen Gleitschirmflug für zwei Personen inkl. Fondue auf dem Gipfel Restaurant Jakobshorn gebucht. Wir wurden von den beiden Piloten (Robert und Daro) sehr freundlich empfangen. Ihre Begeisterung zum Gleitschirmfliegen war vom ersten Moment spürbar. Sie haben uns genau über den Ablauf instruiert. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an in sicheren Händen und hatten sogleich Vertrauen. So konnten wir uns gemütlich in den Sitz setzen und die traumhaften Aussichten in Winteratmosphäre geniessen. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis, welches wir sehr empfehlen können.

Es war mein erster Winterflug. Es war einfach nur herrlich und sehr imposant. Robert hat eine sehr gute Flugroute gewählt und wir hatten immer wieder Aufstieg. Sehr freundlich hat er mir die Fragen zum Fliegen kompetent erklärt. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle bei Paragliding-Tandem-Flug Davos zu buchen. Das Fliegen mit Robert war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis! Nicht nur der Flug selbst, sondern die Kommunikation, die Organisation und die Erklärungen von Robert sind einfach top! Super Erlebnis dank top Anbieter - Joyride Paragliding

Ich und mein Bruder hatten ein wunderbares, unvergessliches Flugerlebnis dank unseren Piloten Robert und Lukas. Ihre Freude am Paragliding-Fliegen ist richtiggehend ansteckend! Wir hatten wenig Wind an unserem Flugtag, sodass wir einige Zeit auf die richtigen Windbedingungen warten mussten. Beide, Robert wie auch Lukas, waren zu jeder Zeit hochprofessionell und haben sehr angenehm und ausführlich unsere Fragen beantwortet. Da es unser erster Flug war, waren wir aufgeregt. Wenn man mit Robert unterwegs ist merkt man aber schnell, dass nichts riskiert wird und der Sicherheit alles untergeordnet wird. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert, kompetent und sehr sympathisch ab. Etwas spät aber nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön an Robert und Lukas für die schönen Erinnerungen! Wir können Joyride Paragliding nur empfehlen - absolut top! PS: Das war ein Geschenk unserer Mutter, die Höhenangst hat und einen Paragliding-Flug eigentlich nie machen würde. Sie hat uns bis zum Absprungort begleitet und meinte danach, dass sie sich mit Joyride ebenfalls an einen Sprung wagen würde - wenn das nichts heisst! :)

genialer Flug, tolles Erlebnis und gleichzeitig eine einmalige Aussicht auf Davos

Unkomplizierte Buchung und tolle Betreuung durch Robert und sein Team. Interessante Informationen zu Beginn und dann auch laufende Erklärungen am Berg und später auch in der Luft. Mein Pilot Peter versteht sein Handwerk und erklärt die verschiedenen Handgriffe und Tätigkeiten verständlich. Seine sehr angenehme Art wirkt beruhigend und lindert die Nervosität vor dem grossen Abenteuer :-) In der Luft hatte ich dann auch die Gelegenheit, selber an den Leinen zu ziehen und konnte auch einige einfache Figuren hautnah erleben und spüren. Ich habe den Flug in vollen Zügen genossen. 2 Tage nach dem Flug habe ich dann die versprochenen Fotos erhalten und freue mich auch beim Betrachten der Bilder immer wieder aufs Neue. Joyride - Paragliding kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Eine unbeschreibliche Erfahrung bei der ich mich, dank Robert, zu jederzeit super aufgehoben und begleitet gefühlt habe. Eine super sympathische, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation vorab.
