Full-Day Boat Tour of Paxos Antipaxos Blue Caves from Corfu

Beautiful blue sea

The sea was so blue and it was great to be able to swim to a little beach and just chill in the shallows. We also enjoyed the music on the way home. It was a really good day and value for money as it last 10 hours. Transfers were on time and easy to access. Please not the bar is cash only.

Amazing experience with this boat tour

Had an amazing day with this tour, besides all the beautiful places we stopped by with a guide explaining the history in different languages so all the tourists could understand, the boat is really nice and clean, and the crew is amazing, very nice and friendly people, also the DJ have an amazing playlist, I had a lot of fun. 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

We had a blast

We saw that this trip had some mixed reviews, so we didn’t have high expectations. But we were positively surprised. Since we wanted good spots we showed up at 07:55, boarding started at 07:45. We got nice seats on the upper deck, almost in the front. The area on Sferoni the front part of the upper deck is reserved for guests coming on the boat at Lefkimmi port. Unfortunately it didn’t look like that on Christina, and I seemed like the majority of people on Lefkimmi went on board Christina. Me and my partner had a blast. The blue caves were beautiful. The water by the beach in Antipaxos was amazing, so clear and blue! That was my favorite part of the trip. We then left for Paxos, Gaios, and spent 2h 20min there. We had lunch, went for a stroll, ate ice cream and had a drink. We felt like we had enough time there. We were back at Corfu port about 7pm. We felt like the day flew by, and didn’t experience any delays. There are two boats leaving at the same time, Christina and Sferoni. They were easy to spot when arriving the main port entrance, they were docked about 50m to the left. Sferoni is the “party boat”. We did not know which boat we were on before they scanned our ticket. We got Sferoni, and after reading some reviews we were curious to see for ourselves. But again, we were positively surprised. The music kept the spirit up on the ride home, I feel that without it the journey back to Corfu port would feel longer. There is only loud music playing on the way home after dropping people off at Lefkimmi port. By then a lot of seats further away from the speakers are available. So you’re free to move away from the noise if it’s too much for you. Nb! The reason behind 4 out of 5 stars is because you have to sit the entire trip. Would give 5 out 5 if there were more comfortable chairs and/ or we would lay down.

Gaios, Paxos and Anti Paxos

I love a boat trip whilst on holiday, and this was to be no exception. It was a well thought out trip with some good stops and places of interest. Sadly i thought the biat was too crowded. Our party of 3 wanted to sit outside but sadly the only free places were along the side of the boat where people were constantly trying to pass, even though there were seats at the front in the open behind a rope, obviously not to be used by passengers.As i am elderly i wasn't able to join in with the swimming and didn't go on tge walking trails, but did enjoy the caves. Sadly i wouldn't recommend such a long day on such a crowded boat.

Great experience to explore Corfu and the islands

All day long entertainment. Really enjoyed, we visited beautiful places. Had a good time, would recommend to everybody!

Amazing!!!

We had a fantastic day on our cruise from Corfu Town! Our stop at Paxos was lovely and we had lots of time to see the town and have lunch. I have never seen water so beautiful and blue at the Antipaxos beach where we swam and snorkelled. The tour guide was very informative and the rest of the crew were lovely and friendly. Our cruise got quite lively on the way back to Corfu thanks to a hen party and very enthusiastic DJ. We were all dancing, enjoying the music with a cocktail in hand and having a great time! It was definitely the highlight of our holiday! Can't recommend this enough! Thank you Ionian Cruises!

Best Experience

Best experience!! Definitely recommend. First stop was Paxos where we had a great lunch and a quick dip. Then went to antipaxos where you jump off the boat and the water is extremely clear. The DJ was also great

Overall good, itinerary needs to be up to date.

Overall great trip, but itinery needs to be updated. For example, the actual order of the trip was different compared to the what is written on the itinery (the first stop was Paxos island.) as well as the beach the trip went in Antipaxos was not Vohtoumi beach. Cruise a tad small and crowded, would have been better if more ladies toilets available. But overall cannot complain for the price.

Best day of the holiday!

This boat trip was incredible! The crew were excellent and I really enjoyed hearing about the history of Corfu on the way to the islands. The village of Gaios on Paxos was a gorgeous first stop, lots of lovely shops with beautiful jewellery, souvenirs and clothes, as well as nice little restaurants, cats and a stunning port with clear blue sea. Next we stopped at the mesmerising beach of Mesovrika on Antipaxos, the turquoise clear water was incredible to swim in. The blue caves were equally as amazing, followed by a great party vibe on the return journey and traditional Greek dancing to end the day. If you're interested in experiencing some of the best of Greece then you should book this trip!

I highly recommend this cruise. We had a great time. The instructor's explanations were excellent. The music was excellent and there was dancing and a lot of fun on board.

absolutely amazing, our favourite day of our Holliday all staff were kind and helpful especially Maria. definitely worth more than £40! couldn’t recommend more.

Great staff, guide, and even greater turquoise sea

All-day tour was amazing. Every minute of the trip was somehow different from the previous one, and not boring at all. Both Paxos and Antipaxos are a must-visit destinations while spending some time on Corfu. Swimming in turquoise blue sea was the highlight of this trip. Guide was awesome and again not boring at all, as it is on some other paid trips. Staff on the boat was also great and welcoming. 100% would recommend.

AMAZING Ionian Cruise trip to Paxo - book it now!

Had an absolutely AMAZING time on the Ionian Cruises full day tour of Paxos and Antipaxos! First shout out goes to Maria who did a fantastic job of keeping us informed throughout the day (using her extensive English, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese language skills). The visit to Lakka was delightful. We were able to chill out at the beach and at a cafe right in the sea - which had the most beautiful shades of shimmering blue. We then went along to the caves and were further wowed by the gorgeous colours and being able to get so close to these beautiful rock formations. The swim at Antipaxos was fabulous! We felt so lucky to have the chance to swim in such clear water of most magnificent blue - turquoise, aquamarine hues. We also got the chance to swim beneath a cave - wonderful. Just when we thought it was all over we had a great time dancing the journey home - with Maria bringing us all together - young and old, from all corners of the world. Such fun! Fantastic job Maria, all the crew and DJ. Do not hesitate to book this trip!!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT PAXOUS

OMG entire day trip was AMAZING! From great pick up and drop off service to the guide on board... explaining everything on the way... to the awesome scenery and crystal blue waters.... I am in love with Paxous.... want to move there..... the port city of Gaios was absolutely breathtaking.... then went thru some awesome caves and stayed near a beautiful beach where many jumped in the crystal blue waters.... was so tempted.... An absolutely wonderful experience and worth every penny... would highly recommend and would do it again if up that way... thank you for an awesome experience,

Incredible

Wow what an incredible experience. Would highly recommend. Staff were amazing also. The only thing I was confused about is the website said there was no food or drink on board. On arrive there was a bar to pay for snacks and alcoholic drinks. And there was a bbq. Regardless. You HAVE to spend your day on this boat, you won’t regret it.

Great day out

What a great day out this was beautiful scenery went into the caves. Great crew stopped at the lovely village. Couldn’t have gone better.

Highly recommended!

A really fun day out. Brilliant and informative guide on the trip from Corfu to Paxos. 2 hours to spend in Paxos - plenty of time for some lunch and shopping. On to Antipaxos for a swimming stop for about 90 minutes - colour of the water is amazing! Then a trip back around the west coast of Paxos with the boat sailing into the caves. For the main trip back, the boat just becomes a party with the music turned up loud and dancing on the top deck. You can go downstairs if you want quiet, but we loved the vibe. Finally, some traditional Greek dancing to round off. The crew were very friendly, and the food and drink reasonably priced. Overall a great day out. Highly recommended.

If you're in Corfu, this is a must. This cruise was one of the highlights of our stay. We were collected on time from our hotel (Domes of Corfu) and were also dropped off afterwards. The views were beautiful and the islands fantastic to visit. But I have to mention Spiros and his fantastic team who made sure we were well fed and in good spirits for the whole journey. They were the most lovely people!

Amazing tour amazing crew!

We loved this tour!! Paxos was a nice little Island walk around and eat, Antipaxos was incredibly beautiful, turquoise waters, and the caves were amazing. The best best best part was the return trip the staff and DJ made us all stand up and dance, having a coreography with a twin boat, the capitans were also doing very cool tricks with the boat, it was an amazing time I definitely recommend it and would definitely do it again

A fantastic experience. Not ony you get to see the island, and go for swimming in Antipaxos, but there is also food in the boat as well as a dj that throws a party. In addition , there is also a tour guide who explains us the views. We had a really fun time, I would definitely do that again!

Was super impressed with this trip, and had a wonderful day! I thought it might be disappointing a tourist trap at this reasonable price, but it wasn't! They timed our stops nicely so that nowhere we event was too crowded. Paxos was lovely for a little shopping or eating, but my favorite was the amazingly blue beach at Antipaxos. A few tips for future travelers: if you're vegetarian pack lunch - the meals for purchase on board were reasonably priced but all meat. Also, make sure to pack a hat or sun protection if you wish to sit on the deck while sailing. Lastly, if you're driving to the dock in the morning make sure to give yourself ample time to find parking- we were almost late (we ended up with street parking across from the dock which worked well)! Overall such a fun, convenient, and beautiful experience!

Very worthy full day trip

The views were amazing, the whole trip was very fun and not exhausting at all. You have enough free time for a swim of to explore paxos. The experience at antipaxos to dive and swim was great and the way back was fun with the dj uplifting the crowd with great party music.

Lifelong Memory

What a fantastic trip and great value for money. The crew were so nice and helpful and catered for all ages. Maria is very knowledgeable and managed the translating of three languages so well explaining the history and beautiful sites along the way. Paxos is a gorgeous little village with lots of alleys, shops and places to eat. Antipaxos was an incredible stop to see and swim in the clear water. The Blue Caves were breathtaking and all credit to the Captain and crew in charge of the boat to get in and out of the spaces we went into. Thank you for such a fantastic day out and a lifelong memory.

Unforgettable experience

The trip was lovely, really organised and enough time was given to see everything. The beach had clear water and you could swim to it from the boat. On the way back to the port there was live music and dancers and suitable for all ages! Highly recommend :)

An amazing experience you all have to live. The views from the caves of paxos and the beaches of antipaxos were unique. We had a stopover in Gaios- Paxos town which was really great. Can’t thank enough the great dj Pantelis who made such an unforgettable show. Thank you!

Highly recommended - great value and great fun

We took this all day trip using Ionian cruises, what a great day this was, we chose the perfect calm sunny day and it couldn’t have gone better. Along the way we were given a good insight into of all the major landmarks by one of the crew she was amazing and spoke fluently in many languages. We entered caves stopped of for a swim and enjoyed a leisurely few hours in Paxos. On the way back the crew got us all up dancing and we were even treated to some traditional dancing at the end of this amazing trip. Such great value for money and we would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing experience

My fiancée and I had a great experience on this tour. The check-in process was very easy and the cruise itself was fantastic. The tour guide was very informative and the drop off excursions were a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!

Exciting full day out

The swimming and town were so lovely! Clearest water I’ve ever seen. Also the several hour trip back could have felt long without the dancers and fun DJ.

Amazing views

It was a spectacular view. We went to Paxos, antipaxsos and the blue caves. The sea was calm. The captain took us really close to the shore and in to the caves. Only negative the time given at Paxos Island is sort. Could be a bit longer then 2 hours but in fairness it stopped for swiming and it's a long round trip. It takes all day. There was food, drinks ( which not included in the price) and entertainment as well . Over all its worth visiting 😁

The views and atmosphere are gorgeous - this is an obvious statement in Greece. But Spiros is your man if you are looking for family on cruise. What a ride, thx

Friends on cruise

Just thought it will be some boring tourist trap, but bartenders make it happen. Beautiful and... Spiros is the friend everyone needs.

Thoroughly enjoyable day trip

It was a really enjoyable day out. Because of choppy seas we had to miss the blue caves, but Paxos was a good experience. We had a meal in a cafe by the harbour, many to choose from, and the most delicious ice cream from a kiosk further round. At antipaxos the boat stops for a while for people to swim if they wish. It seemed to be enjoyed by all. I would go again

Amazing all around

The staff were amazing, really fun and accommodating. The guide was done in multiple languages and we even got to stop off for a swim. Highly recommend. it was exactly what we were looking for. there were drinks and food available to purchase also - 5 starsssss

Great value for a fab day out

Absolutely great cruise! Staff are so lovely the tour was so fun got to explore the lovely islands and saw caves. We also got to swim in crystal clear waters. The DJ is great vibes, we also got to throw bread to the seagulls which was a fun added touch to end the trip. Thanks again, definitely worth every penny! PS we also got picked up straight from our hotel not extra costs.

Not impressed at all

Some of the staff was friendly and welcoming female bartender wasn’t. We thought the boat was going to be lively and yea we know it wasn’t a party boat but still at least get the vibe going. When I booked the boat it stated lunch included and when on the boat we realised we had to buy food which wasn’t cool especially if we didn’t walk with money going by what was said online whilst booking. Not cool at all.

Maybe, maybe not...

My wife and I went on this trip today. I booked it several months ago and was really excited about doing it. We arrived in Corfu later in the day, the day before. We had this almost full day activity and then were flying to another island the next day. My advice to you is if you are only going to Corfu for a short time, like we were, do not waste your time doing this then. Maybe if you are there for 5 days or more. Why you ask? Well... although it is about 10 hours that you are away on it, you spend the majority of that time at deep sea with not much to look at. I guess I was expecting it to be more scenic so perhaps that is on me for not better researching what exactly I was getting for my $107/each USD ticket. There are some beautiful caves you get to visit for about a 30 mins part of the trip. The small village that we visited had hardly any stores, shops or restaurants open although we arrived around noon. So the few that were open were super busy and it took long to get your food orders for lunch so there was really no time to walk around exploring unfortunately. The next stop was a nice area for a brief swim. Unfortunately it was so windy and cold that day we didn't go in. Many did though. I think the description should be better expanded to prepare you for what you would get on this trip. Again, it was decent, not excellent, but decent. Just kind of wished we didn't do it having only one full day to spend in Corfu. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND INDICATE SO ****

Nice trip

It was a very nice trip, and I really enjoyed it. We saw two beautiful caves, and there was a chance to swim in the sea. In general, some places were really beautiful. The only thing, during our trip, the sea was quite wavy, and you could feel that on the ship.
