Wonderful service. Our pickup from the hotel was fast and efficient. Our operator was in touch with us and was flexible to move our pickup by an hour. He arrived in time and dropped us off promptly to the airport. Very helpful and kind.

I want my money back

After waiting over half an hour past the scheduled pick up time, we had to have a hotel employee get us an Uber so we could be in time for an international flight departure.

Need to email if can't call internationally if show up late so customer awares.

We ordered a pickup time from our hotel in Cairo to airport at 2200 pm but the pick up was late . The driver did not show up til 2240 pm. Good thing that we scheduled the pick up 4 hrs before the international flight. Luckily my tour guide called them to make sure they pick me up as he saw me waiting outside the hotel .

On time. Car clean. Fair price. No problems. Not sure the driver spoke English, but there was a 2nd individual in the car who spoke excellent English. Felt safe. Emo Tours was very helpful in Egypt. Egypt is NOT safe for solo women.

More reliable than Uber. Emo tours has been a VERY positive aspect of customer service in Egypt. Other than the antiquities, we enjoyed little of Egypt due to constant sexual harrassment ( even from Senior Tourism Police in Luxor and who then grabbed me and tried to kiss me twice on the lips as his junior officers filmed and laughed). I am almost 60, blond hair, blue eyes, dress conservatively. If you want to give Egypt a go, Emo is a good company. I would, however, just give Egypt a skip. Women should NOT do it alone. It is NOT a safe country for solo women. We traveled in a group almost 3 weeks with multiple inappropriate touching, comments, propositions, intimidation. Traveled to 61 countries, including Africa and the Middle East. Egypt was the worst in terms of treatment of women.

Perfect drive

They kept following and be sure that driver is on time under my house, asked the driver to slow speed and he was so happy to do till I didn't notice the pumps on the street even though we reach earlier.

We used Emo tours for transfer to and from Cairo airport/hotel round trip. The representative and driver were very nice and helpful each way. They were punctual arriving 15 min early each time.

Overalll outstanding company and experience

Trip Feedback This is a first class company. Dealing with you Taiso was really a very nice surprise to find such a professional and thoughtful travel company in Egypt. He says he’s available to you 24 hours a day, and somehow it seems to be true although it’s by chat, and not really by voice. We used Emo for all pickups and drop offs plus tours in Cairo and Abu Simbel. Arriving at a foreign Airport and having to pick up a visa, go through immigration and get your bags and go through customs can be sometimes daunting. The meet and greet Visa processing provided my Emo made the start completely un-stressful. As soon as you arrive, you were greeted by one of the email representatives who collects your passports fills out your visa forms makes your payment and helps you collect your bags. I was really just throw them back and how easy the whole thing was I would recommend this service to every guest! The agent was responsive and helpful and getting to the transportation to the hotel easy and smooth. On day one the guide arrived early which was great to see, and the transport clean and comfortable. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The driver superb. The others used magician to describe the drivers ability. Our tour was excellent but lowlight was lunch of mixed grill. All of the meat were overcooked and not really enjoyable. We said it was Ok but really it was rather lousy. I told the guide privately but day two was not much better. Day two tours were very good, and buffet lunch was also lackluster and of low quality Evening Nile cruise was very good and transportation logistics superb Day three tours again were excellent as the guide did an great job of managing expectations and keeping us on track. Food was served very promptly and it was the only meal I can say everyone really enjoyed that they organized. The staff realized we liked certain items and they brought more without an additional charge. I wish the other two had been half as good. The moral is pick your own restaurant. One of the guest forgot something at the hotel and the driver and guide found a way of getting us back to the hotel to retrieve the item without anyone believing they had missed something. We were dropped off at the airport professionally and we left thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the driver and our guide. We arrived in Luxor and our meet and greet and drop off was a bit awkward. Things didn’t seem organized and bit chaotic. We checked into the Winter Palace. Amazing hotel for less than $100 including breakfast. Ballon ride logistics were perfect except they promised us breakfast but they seemed to have forgotten about it on the walk back. It was really not an issue since we had a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Pick up was on-time to take us to the cruise For AbuSimbel they arrived to pickup us up 20 minutes late and then insisted on dropping our bags off at the hotel which I didn’t like. The drivers were excellent however but the guide was very difficult to understand. I think we all tuned him out. In reality the guide was NOT necessary as he explained the highlights in 10 minutes in front of the monument and told us he would meet us at the exit. He took us to a small local restaurant and we had chicken in tomato sauce in a clay pot which was FANTASTIC. Service was equally good. We were dropped at the Tolip Aswan. The staff was excellent but the hotel in need of remodeling. The rooms were spacious but rather YUCKY. Dinner was not very good except for the pasta station. Expensive and a lowlight. We were picked up promptly and professionally for our ride to the airport.

Timely pick up, clean smoke free car, English speaking service, experienced driver that didn't terrify us in the Cairo traffic.

Efficient Airport service.

Could not ask for a more efficient service. Scheduled time was 4:00 AM, driver showed up exactly 4AM on the dot. Got us to the airport right on time. No complaints here.

Bad Experience. Unreliable.

Driver was 35 minutes late and didn’t know how to get to airport. Was lost in Cairo traffic for a long time. At airport, driver couldn’t read signs and was lost. He drove around airport several times looking for terminal 2. Very incompetent. Bad experience.

Professional Transfers to and from the Airport, Highly Recommended!

We had Emo tours provide transportation to and from the Airport to our hotel. The reservation was professionally handled, as they ensured that we left early enough to catch an international flight on our way out of Cairo, and that they were there and ready to pick us up when we arrived. They held up an Emo tours sign which worked for us to make an easy connection at the airport, and were there on time at the hotel. The drivers were excellent, and got us safely both ways while saving us a lot of money when compared with hotel and other transportation services. Highly recommended!

The driver was over 30 minutes late. There were numerous taxis available and in the future I’ll just use them

Driver shamelessly asked for tip

Driver didn't wear seat belt and drove like crazy, although this is quite common in Egypt, the amount of sudden acceleration and braking and swirling left and right made us quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to risk my life just to save 10 minutes on the road. The worst part was that after they dropped us off, they demanded tips, I was shocked that they had the gut to ask for tips, pretty shameless. We've had good experiences with Emo in general, but not this one.

Incompetent and Useless

Booked a transfer to Cairo airport for 5am. No one showed up and no one contacted me to let me know if the transfer was late. I had to find another way to get the airport. By the time I was on my way to the airport they emailed me at 5:17am to tell me my transfer will be there in 5 minutes. I booked a transfer for 5am NOT 5:30am. I had a flight to catch. Incompetent and useless tour company.

Great value service

Thanks to Fero, I made it from my hotel to the airport in good time. He helped my fiancé and I by arranging the transport with his company when we asked him. Fero was always helpful and solicitous of our comfort, one of the best tour guides around.

LIED TO IN CAIRO

We paid for a transfer from our Cairo hotel to the airport. We had an early pickup. Apparently, the driver took on another family to transport so that he could fill up his van. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes while they waited on the family and LIED to us saying that the van was caught in traffic. We barely made our flight and had to run with luggage for 6 people through the airport. NOT ok!! We should have been refunded for the poor service and inconvenience.

Transfer from hotel in Cairo to Airport

I had used Emo Tours for a number of trips during my stay in Cairo. Every trip was hassle free and punctual, so for my airport transfer it was an easy choice. Driver and guide very friendly and helpful, picked me up at the time requested. Would definitely use again for future trips.
