An another excellent trip today in Luxor, it was amazing again for me. This is 56th country I visited in my life. Thank God I’m learning something different every trip. All the monuments are amazing and must see. 3500 years ago what their ancestors did something and today it’s become a Revenue local citizens by tourism. I specially want to thank my guide Mr. Hassan Ashour and the driver Mr. Arafath for today They took care of me so well. Explained me everything. Protect me from everything. Luxor day trip

Wow. I can’t begin to describe how incredible Luxor is, I wish we had more time. So much rich history and great hospitality. Our tour guide Hasan was great. Super knowledgeable and very nice. Took us to a great restaurant with great food and incredible view. My only complaint is we didn’t have more time because there’s sooo much to see and do. Ask for Hasan, he made the whole trip seamless. He was with us beginning to end and was amazing. We had more time left, so he offered to take us to other places to accommodate us. He was awesome. It’s a long day, so dress comfortable with good shoes. The weather was super hot, and Hasan would get us water when it was hot a few times not just once so that was really nice of him

Luxor Trip

Luxor is a nice place, more calm and peaceful than Cairo. Our tour guide Mohammad was knowledgeable and able to explain temples and tombs well in details. He is also an Egyptologist, so we were quite informed and oriented. However, the downside in our two-day trip was the arranged tour was few, started at 8-9 am and finished at 1-2 pm.. We were expecting more activity from Ramassaide tours since the package was slightly costly. We were in the hotel after 2 pm and sadly didn’t do anything. Overall, the tour itself is okay. We were happy to be there but maybe do DIY the next time to maximize the day and be more productive.

Best tour guide in Luxor!

What a great day with Mohamed. He was at the airport waiting when we arrived. He is incredibly knowledgeable and wow did we learn a lot about all of the sites we visited. Took us to a great local place for lunch and was beyond accommodating when we wanted to extend our day. Highly recommend him if you find yourself in Luxor!

Unforgettable time

Ahmed has been our guide for 2 days in Luxor. Everything was planned to perfection and he made sure we were comfortable at all times. He is very professional and has a great knowledge of ancient Egypt, we will never forget Luxor and its treasures thanks to Ahmed.

Excellent place with knowledge guide

The trip to Luxor with Ramasside Tours was wonderful. The trip was well organized and saved a lot of time and trouble. Although it was a long day, we manage well with our 3 year kid due to our experienced guide(Alber) . On a whole , we got to see a lot more than expected in the king of valleys in Luxor. Alber was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic with perfect English. Would highly recommend and ask for Alber. 10/10.

Required Trip

The easiest trip even with the flight. It was a great tour, day long, so good this is a required on your trip to Egypt. Purchase through trip advisor makes it easier than their website. I was solo and had a 1:1 experience it was great. Perfect amount of learning and being able to look around on my own. It is hotter there than Giza, be prepared for the heat!

Fabulous day trip to Luxor

We had such a wonderful day visiting Luxor with Ramasside Tours Our guide Hasan was very knowledgeable & helpful & friendly. As was our driver Yasser. We saw so much in one day from the Valley of the Kings, including Tutankhamun’s tomb and then the Karnak temples. We would highly recommend this trip.

The BEST Tour Guide (seriously)!

Our Guide, Mohamed, was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable (he has an advanced degree in Egyptology and his “day” job is working on an archaeological excavation in Luxor) and has the BEST personality! Not only did we learn a great deal but we had a blast doing it. We will absolutely go back and only use him for our entire trip.

Amazing two days in Luxor with the family!

We spent three days in Luxor and two of them were on tours with our guide, Hassan. Day one, East bank with Luxor and Karnak Temples. Hassan made sure we avoided the huge crowds coming on buses from Hurghada by starting at Luxor and then to Karnak. He is a wealth of knowledge about all Egyptology but kept things moving for the sake of our teens and young (6 years) daughter to not be too bored. He also helped arrange a wonderful felluca (sailboat) ride at sunset which was a highlight of our trip. Thank you captain Sabre! We even got to stop at Banana Island and meet Mahmoud and his family! Day 2 was West Bank with visits to three beautiful tombs and the temple of Hetshepsut. Hassan’s suggestion for an early start helped avoid the crowds and the mid-day heat! Breaking these up over two days was a great plan for the kids since it allowed for time for relaxing and pool in the afternoon. Overall, Hassan is a wonderful guide and I would highly recommend him to anyone coming to Luxor. Also a shout out to our lovely driver, Sam, and his ice cold water supply!

Luxor - Aswan

Mr. Mohamed is one of the most professional guides you will probably come across in your travels of Southern Egypt. He comes with his enthusiasm and top of the class laser pointer, and explains the stories with voice modulation, interjecting questions in between, making one pay attention to the beauty of the history. One would feel coming home as if they are now an Egyptologist. Isn’t that what a guide should inspire? Inspiring awe and respect for cultures that we are able to witness only through the beautiful monuments.

Amazing one day full tour from Cairo to Luxor. You cover all the essentials and will end up wanting to come back for more! We did the trip with Ghada the guide and Amr the driver, both exceeded our expectations. Absolutely recommended!

Fun day in Luxor

Amr Hamed our guide was fantastic ,he gave us plenty of time to explore the areas we visited on our own time. Of course he did provide details history about the sites we visited. Can’t go wrong with this tour ,highly recommended.

Great Experience

The overall experience was great!! Our operator was fantastic when working with us regarding the payment because our internet was very slow but when it came time to discuss refund options because what we were sold had to be changed not by us but by them, I heard back from no one. I did not like that, especially since we weren't told about the change until it happened. Our driver wasn't even informed that we had a meal option added until I inquired about it. An added tour should be an option at the end or given the option to add more tombs at the Valley of the Kings, because the tour with lunch ended by 3:45pm and the flight wasn't until 7:45pm, so sitting at the airport for 4 hours was not fun at all.

We spent two days with Mustafa in Aswan and had a great experience. He was on time, shared interesting insights, and prioritized our comfort throughout our time together. Even after our tour was over he checked in with us to make sure the rest of our trip went smoothly. He was great and I would definitely recommend him!

An amazing days adventuring around Luxor with Mohamed

I decided to spend three days in Egypt on the way back from Europe. What an amazing day tour it turned out to be. I decided to do the day trip to Luxor from Cairo rather than spend the night in Luxor, in the end it was a long day however better than checking in and out of hotels and checking in bags. I had done the Cairo Pyramids, Giza, Museum tour the day before so had a bit and idea of what to expect however Luxor and the Valley of the Kings was another truly amazing experience. Mohamed was the perfect guide and host, with a wealth of knowledge the day was a fascinating educational experience as well as being fun along the way. So many things I had heard about became a reality, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, Tut's Tomb, 5km's of Sphinx's..... I had time at the end so added a Horse and Cart City Tour and Nile River Cruise at the end which really capped off the day. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Mohamed and the team for a wonderful adventure.

Best Last minute Trip Ever! ❤️

I had the most amazing trip in Luxor, I booked it the day before and they still made the accommodations for me to get to Luxor from Cairo, flight and everything. I was like I came this far, why not go to Luxor. I had a nice driver who took me to the airport from my hotel. When I get there I am greeted by the driver with name on paper and the most amazing tour guide ( Ahmed Elfarshouty) when I tell you he went over and beyond!! Literally!! Please ask for him!! First off I don’t know if I should give all the surprises away, because you should be surprised also, but it was my birthday trip 💕🎉coming to Egypt and all I can say was Ahmed made it magical and I definitely felt safe and comfortable. Considering I went solo. When I tell you seeing the temples, eating and site seeing to meeting the Egyptian people. This was the best trip ever. The food was delicious and the people were so welcoming, and I was even surprised with a gift from the papyrus shop. It has my name in hieroglyphics and my birthday sign, I will share pictures. I am so amazed by the effort the tour guide put into the trip. The Nile River ride and so much more was offered to do on this trip, when I tell you it was worth every dollar. This experience was far more priceless. I’m so glad I went to Luxor and met some new friends and saw the beautiful history, The Kings Valley was my Favorite, Seeing inside the temples. Oh Ahmed also made sure I got some great photos to share with family and for the IG lol 😆 It all was beautiful and life changing, I will be back soon to visit with my family. ❤️🙏🏽

The trip to Luxor and Aswan is unforgettable experience. Mostafa, guide of Ramasside, makes the trip more interesting and knowledgeable. The tour trip to Abu Simble is 6-7 hours by car.

Memorable Luxor to Aswan

We had a memorable trip visiting all the wonderful temples. The art everywhere was remarkable. Our guide, Ahmed, who we met in Luxor, stayed with us through the Nile cruise up to Aswan. He made our tour special by providing detailed information that was useful, but not overwhelming. He was very attentive, caring and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, including the Nile cruise. The Jaz Crown Price cruise staff was excellent; the food was very good.

Ramasside takes care of their customers even when things are beyond their control

We were booked with Rammaside for our overnight cruise excursion and put down a deposit of almost $500USD. Then war broke out in Gaza and our cruise was cancelled. We had great difficulty convincing our credit card company that due to the cruise and excursion being cancelled, that we should be refunded. Ramasside provided plenty of documentation that they returned my deposit back to the bank. The bank ignored my request for refund and at one point, even dropped my request to get my money back. Ramasside stepped up and continued to provide additional documentation that the bank could no longer ignore. Eventually (two months later from alerting the bank) I was given the refund. Ramasside is part of the collateral economic damage as a result of the Gaza war that the news media does not report on. I certainly hope that this business will survive. I will rebook with them once peace returns to the region.

Luxor tour from Cairo by overnight train

Guide Ghada was excellent. Driver Amr was so good. Both picked us from railway station and Amr dropped us back. Ghada arranged for hotel to freshen up during the day. Took us around both west and east bank. Overall good experience.

Aswan Luxor Nile Cruise - Jan2024

Excellent private tour of Aswan Luxor Nile Cruise. Our guide Mr Ahmed was incredibly knowledgable. We learnt about history, art, culture and much more. We were very happy with our tour guide. Time and money well invested. Upon arrival in Aswan we were warmly welcomed by Mr Ahmed. The tour was extremely good, We had four great days, which obviously also added up to the experience. Mr Ahmed is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. All respect for Mr Ahmed who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! Luxor was a beautiful place . Our guide Ghada was full of knowledge and experience. She told us the history of King Tut , Nefertari and Ramesses 2 , just to name a few . Amazing Awsan and Luxor

We booked our trip with Ramses Tour and we had Amrhamed as our guide. He was with us for the 4 days of the trip starting from Aswan and all the way to Luxor. An extremely knowledgeable man who has the answers at the tip of his fingers whenever we asked any questions. He's funny too and that made his explanations more engaging. He would always waits for us at Coke Temple (that's what he calls the cafe haha).My favourite part of the trip was when he took as around Aswan and Luxor towns which was not part of the package (we added them). We got to see up close the locals' daily life. We learned a lot about their culture through these trips and we absolutely love the vibe! 10/10 will go again!

An unforgettable experience

Both parts of our trip were incredible. In Cairo, our guide Mina was very enthusiastic and took us on an enjoyable tour of the Pyramids and Civilisation museum. He ensured we could enjoy the sights at our own pace and was highly professional. The highlight of our trip was the Aswan to Luxor cruise. Our guide Amr recommended various additional excursions such as a trip to the Nubian village and horse cart ride in Luxor city. Amr was extremely knowledgeable and explained the history of all the temples in a lot of detail and answered all of our questions. He was always punctual and ensured everything went very smoothly and without any issues. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone interested!

Mo was great and very knowledgeable about every place we went. I would highly recommend. He is a good person who is happy to tell you about his country and its history. He is working on his doctorate in archeology and can read hieroglyphic.

Exceptional tour ofCairo

It was a pleasure and an honor to meet our guide, Alber. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Our tour began port side in Alexandria for a party of six, (3 separate couples) for the overnight in Cairo. The tour included the Great Pyramids, Camel Ride, Simon Monastery, Nile River Dinner cruise, Memphis, Saqqara Tomb, and Egyptian museum. Alber went above and beyond his duties as a tour guide. He made sure this tour was an unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience. Alber’s passion for the beautiful history of his country was inspiring. Alber multitasked at all times by sharing his passion and knowledge of Egyptology while tending to our groups needs; including the demanding/high maintenance ones. He is a true professional. Also, our driver was fantastic. We felt very safe while in the van even during the entertaining, and chaotic Cario rush hour streets. One Day Luxor from Safaga

We had a one day private shore excursion in Luxor from Safaga. We managed to cover west and east banks, visited Karnak and Luxor temples and Valley of the Kings etc. The guide Ahmed is friendly, organised and knowledgeable.
