The entire experience was very good, perfectly organized. Abu simbel tour was the most beautiful and amazing experience, we'll always keep in our hearts but not just that single trip as the entire tour. Our guide Mahmoud was the best!

Trip of a Lifetime!!!

I highly recommend Mahmoud as your professional tour guide on this cruise. He was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and educated about all of Egypt. He was extremely passionate and punctual to ensure that we made it on time and remained on schedule. There were so many nuances and minute details to coordinate to ensure that strict compliance and timelines were met in between various modes of transportation to all of the temples, and tours that there is no way possible anyone short of an expert could have done it all. Mahmoud and the entire cruise staff to include all of our van, boat, bus, and ferry drivers ensure that we remained safe and throughly enjoyed our selves. At the end of the cruise Mahmoud even went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had transportation to our respective hotel, ground, or air reservations. He even coordinated all of that for our entire group AFTER the cruise. Finally, due to weather conditions the government decided to close down the hot air balloon ride initially scheduled on our last cruise day. However, Mahmoud did not give up!!! He contacted each of us individually who were remaining in Luxor an additional night, and ensured that we completed our hot air balloon ride the next morning when the government made it available again. We had a happy ending!!! The ballon ride was the icing on the cake to an already extensive and successful cruise. I highly recommend the cruise package. The food was prepared fresh daily. There was also live entertainment each night on the ship. We had belly dancers and more. On the last night, the crew gathered to sing to us and brought us out cake!!! Thank you Mahmoud and to everyone for making my time in Egypt more enjoyable than I could have ever imagined. I have made friends and memories that I will treasure for a lifetime!

Fantastic cruise tour

The cruise was very nice and Mahmoud our tour guide was wery helpfull and knowledgable obout all the places we went . The cruise was nice and very clean cabin with great staff who catered to all our needs. the sleeping train trip however was a dissapointing affair. it was extremely dirty and seemed like the cleaning was done as often as the maintenance that seemed to be from when the train was new at around 2 world war. i can understand it is old but when you pay 90 dollars each i would expext something more than that. However the staff was friendly and helpfull . The last day of our trip, Mody tours are a bit disappointing that they cant be able to get us from the train station anymore.

Great guide, great ship

We travelled as a family of six and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Talaat Abdo was a wonderful guide - knowledgeable, organized, and fun. While our travels to Aswan from Cairo could have been smoother, once we were in Talaat’s capable hands everything went smoothly. Talaat shared our itinerary with us every evening, coordinated all of our day time activities, guided us through nine historical sites, answered our questions, and played ping pong with our son on the boat in the evening. The boat itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff incredibly efficient and welcoming. The food was great with tons of meat and vegetable options and nice desserts. Recommend flying rather than taking the train with the sleeper car (costs less too).

Itinerary described for this trip was very brief, so I didn't know what would be proceeding ahead of time. Even the guide didn't give us about the whole tour briefing in the beginning. Communication with the activity provider was not easy. Lastly we upgraded the Train to Sleepers with extra us$80/person one way - very disappointing and not clean inside the train..... I don't recommend train trip to Aswan. I would recommend flight to go to Aswan/Luxor, then start this tour. Flight is much cheaper.

Amazing Fun experience!

The tour was absolutely amazing . We went to all the temples and tombs as listed in the the itinerary. Even though we had to wake up around 3-5 AM for some temples, we had a wonderful time in all of them. Our tour guide was Bee, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave very helpful tips on bargaining and things to avoid. ☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆☆ Would recommend!

Nile cruise with many sightseeings

This tour is amazing but tourist must be aware of the local culture to fully appreciate any activity in Egypt, and mainly to avoid being frustrated and upset. Last minute changes to the program may occur as well as cancelations. Many temples may be closed by the government and the tour must be adapted. The ballon flight is organised by another company and cancelations are bot uncommon depending of the weather. So, if you are the one who gets frustrated by changes in your plan, consider not coming to Egypt at all. Also, everyone in Egypt will ask you for tips, being intrusive to provide small services, like opening the tap in public toilets, and expect a tip for that. Prices will always be higher for tourists. Foreigners may feel unease many times, but this is the local culture, so take a deep breath, relax and exercise the patience. Said that, Egypt is an amazing place and this tour give you the chance to visit many places and still return to a comfortable bed in the end of the day. The guide, Mustafa, was very helpful and he tries his best to accomodate last minute changes as well as any change you want to do along the way. The bus trip to Abu Simbel is 4 hours each way and the bus is not very comfortable, so be prepared for that. The train is not very comfortable too, even the first class included in the tour. But it is what is available. We upgraded to the sleeper train on the way back to Cairo which is expensive but worth the price. Other than that, it is an amazing experience!

one of the best experiences that you can try while being in Egypt, you will see the beauty of the black land and the huge amount of historical landmarks. the cruise is something unique in your program please don't mess it and you can find all that you need on the cruise. Prepare your camera because it will be a very good for the natural scenes.

Discovering the captivating history of Egypt with a wonderful guide

We had a great moment during this cruise. Very interesting sites and I have to make a special mention to our amazing guide Bee who makes the trip interesting and entertaining. We feel the passion for the wonderful Egyptian culture during his explanations and It’s contagious ! Days are very complete, so that we can see a maximum of prestigious sites and the program was really good ! The cruise and his personnel are very nice.

Wonderful Cruise and Tours on the Nile!

Absolutely fantastic! The boat itself: the cabins are clean and up to date, the staff is extremely helpful, and the food is top notch. Drinks are not included, but you sign for them and pay at the end so you aren't constantly paying. The shop on the boat had good items at reasonable prices, the pool and upper deck were nice also. The tours and planned activities were excellent- we saw everything we wanted to see with very little fuss, and the guides took really good care of us. Overall, I have to say it was absolutely perfect. Very highly recommend!

A magnificent adventure.

This cruise was excellent because everything was prearranged and straightforward. The food was amazing and everything was meticulously planned from start to finish. All the amenities were great. This was my first cruise and it is making me want to take more cruises. Our guide Ma Muud was well informed, 100 percent reliable, and facilitated our every need and want throughout the experience. Meal times were well coordinated to allow great meals in conjunction with magnificent temples. I would recommend this cruise to anyone because I plan to take more going forward.

Amazing experience

The experience has been amazing so far. Starting from the cruise and the crew, everything was perfect. They welcomed us with such an amazing attitude and they were always very attentive of our needs. The food was delicious and diverse. The spaces were nice and clean and comfortable. It wasn’t crowded which was nice. Our tour guide was the best part of the trip. Mahmoud was not only a great guide but an amazing human being. He was patient, fun and he helped us with every requirement or situation we faced. We also learned a lot about Egypt’s history in the most amazing way with his help.

Amazing tour of ancient Egypt

Mahmoud was great! He was knowledgeable and very helpful beyond just the tours. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. We had time to learn from him and free time to explore at all the sites on our own.

Great value

I was initially concerned that the boat and the trip wouldn’t be up to my standards while traveling given how cheap the price was. However, the boat was very nice and the sites were well worth the 24 hour flight from Dallas. I’ll remember this trip and our awesome tour guide Talaat Abdo for a long time. I would highly recommend people make a trip out to Egypt and see everything it has to offer! A couple pointers: -Bring a lot of USD or EGP. The sites were around 1700 EGP (~$90 usd) in total, however you could opt out of trips or add on additional ones if desire. You’ll also want to bring money to tip your guide, driver, and hotel staff. Tipping is optional but recommend tipping guide and hotel staff are around $10 usd per a day and driver $5 usd per day. -There were a couple items that contradicted reviews I read prior to the trip. 1. Boat provides water for free in your room. If you buy water on ship it’s $3 for a liter. 2. Beers were $4-5 each and wine was around $30 a bottle on board which was cheaper than I expected. 3. Towels were fine on board, no need to bring your own. - Our guide offered some side trips including a carriage ride around Luxor which was worth the $15

Tour with Bee

Me and my wife had the tour of a life time. We enjoyed every second of it and we would totally recommend this to everyone here. The most notable part of it was the tour guide named Bishoy or Bee. He truly did a great job taking care of every detail and thanks to him we enjoyed this tour to the max. The places we visited are amazing and we learned a lot about history of ancient Egypt. I don’t know if I would be back here again but I am thankful I managed to do it now. You have to visit Egypt at least once in your live

Go for the “Bee”

Pros: “Bee” is outstanding tour guide. Excellent English. Very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and Roman/ Greek history. Very engaging communicator. Does not bore you with irrelevant facts. Excellent customer service as well. I was going to rate the trip as a 4 based on Cons below, but “Bee” added so much value must be 5. Also driver in Cairo, Ahmed was very professional. Balloon ride is incredible. Scenery on Nile is so beautiful. The Cruise boat was very enjoyable. Good food, good room. Great customer service Cons: the travel agency on Trip Advisor add states inclusions for carriage ride and Edfu and Komombo Temple but we had to pay. Expect to pay an extra $200-$250 for tipping and entry fees per couple. But not bad considering the beautiful history and scenery. Would not recommend the train ride. 12 hours from Cairo to Luxor and 15 hours from Aswan to Cairo.

Our tour guides were very good, specially Bishoy and Mahmoud. Balloon ride was very nice, highly recommended.

Terrible food destroyed the whole experience

I have done nile cruises before this was the worst. Especially the food was awful. Ended up eating g out in the city with fellow travelers. The only thing that kept us there was the tour guide Bee was keeping the group organized and going. But the itinerary was so bad mist destinations we reached after dark so no good photos except a couple of places. Most painful was not being able to enjoy and shoot the Luxor temple and avenue of sphinx during sunlight.

The 3 day itinerary is really well planned. Everyday day has something unique. You would love the rooms in the cruise and the housekeeping with their creativity with towel art everyday only make the stay a fun and a pleasant one. Better than expected - amazing cruise!

We had an awesome experience on this cruise. The best part was our guide, Mahmoud. He made us laugh the whole time and explained everything in detail. He is clearly very knowledgeable about Egyptian history! The staff on the boat was awesome, always smiling and happy to help us. The food was also better than expected. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the view from the rooftop in the afternoon cannot be beat. We had a great experience on this tour! They helped us arrange everything including an upgrade to the overnight train. The staff on board the boat was amazing, always smiling and ready to help you. The views from the top of the boat were amazing, super nice to relax in the afternoon. The rooms were more spacious than we expected, and the food much better than expected.

Amazing 4 Day Nile River Tour

After looking through hundreds of Nile River tours/cruises, my friend and I came upon this tour which hit all the things we were looking for, most specifically Abu Simbel and a morning hot air balloon ride in Luxor. I have taken many tours, but usually I enjoy exploring on my own to indulge myself into that countries culture. Our tour guide Bee (Bishoy) made these 4 days a once in a life time experience I’ll remember forever which allowed me to have that same type of indulging experience I’m always looking for in a new country. The stops and visits each day were amazing, especially Abu Simbel and the hot air abloom ride, but what truly made these 4 days memorable was Bee’s insight and knowledge of the Ancient Egyptian culture and his personable personality. It was easy to see his love for what he was teaching our tour group at each site and until the second we said goodbye he went above and beyond to make each person’s needs met. If I could steal him for any other tour from here on out I would do so in a heart beat. If you’re looking for a trip that you’ll feel educated, safe, all while feeling part of a family this tour with Bee’s leadership is a must do.

Time of a life time

This was the most beautiful experience of our life especially when I was on my honeymoon. The tour guid Bishoy was wonderful he knows very well the historical event the way he explains was very clear very detailed. We loved everything. The trip to abou simbel not worth it honestly it’s very long drive to go 8 on a very bumpy road to go see a temple for one 1 hours not worth it could’ve slept instead of waking up early. The cruise was amazing the food the service the people how lovely they took care of us and helped us when we most needed them it was incredible. Get ready for not much sleep there is sometime when we would finish our tour at 9pm and the next day we would have to be up at 4 am the activities are extremely interesting but they are very much compacted that is why we had to go to bed at 10pm wake up a 4 am to catch the other activity. In all we loved our experience we loved our tour guid who was once again a very knowledgeable an amazing person who wants to help you in anyways possible.

The Best Costumer Service Ever!

We love to travel across the world! we’ve stayed in the best rated hotels. But NO Costumer Service across the glove comes close to this boat. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! They exude confidence and service skills, there are no other words that can describe the attention given to the guest in this cruise. During our trip we stayed at the Mena House and Kempinski Hotels in Cairo. However when we took the Nile Cruise at the Radamis II our Egyptian adventure took a turn, we observed hard working people trying to make it during this COVID pandemic. We woke up to wonderful delicious breakfast, genuine nice servers and management. Mr. Tarek took absolute care of the restaurant which provided traditional tasteful plates and alcoholic drinks, he made sure that every person was being taken care off and provided excellent 5* costumer service. When returning to the bedrooms, Mr. Hashim (Janitorial Staff) made sure that the room stayed impecable. He welcome us with magnificent blanket figures made by blankets, pillows and flowers. It seemed as if the room was part of the Arabian nights stories of imaginary wonders without exaggeration. “ you will see it when you choose this package” . On the sun deck, a wonderful young man name “Hussein” awaits to make the most wanted cocktails in the boat, his energy is contagious and makes guest feel welcome. The sun deck view is priceless, and I know “what a wonderful world “ but you cannot pay enough to see the life of Egypt by the banks of the river nile. Young children waving , fisherman catching their dinner, and amazingly boat paddler entrepreneurs, selling Jellabiyas by hooking their canoe to the cruise #amustexperience. Thank you very much !!

The trip was amazing everything from the ship to the sights. At the temples it was just the right amount of time to spend for pictures and to learn about them. Mahmoud was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to take pictures he even bought us breakfast when we met. excellent trip overall will definetly come back.

Great once in a lifetime experience

Mike was fantastic!!! He really knew how to make us comfortable and avoid tourist traps. He was smart and clearly knew his Egyptology. He also helped us get around places outside of the tour. The most important thing was he made us feel really safe on the entire trip.

Marvelous

My most memorable part of this amazing experience was the service, we are a party of 5 and we began our experience with a Cruise and our tour guy Hany in Luxor, he made sure that we had everything that we needed to make our vacation simply amazing. He listened and explained everything in detail so that we understood everything our tour entailed, from ship on boarding to our departure on the overnight train. As soon as we got to the other part of our experience we met another amazing tour guide that I simply adore, zenab is wonderful, she explained all the tours from beginning to end, she is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Egypt and her enthusiasm is simply marvelous. Highly recommend doing as much tours as you can to have the full experience of Egypt.

The Best part of our 24 days in Egypt

Our favorite experience was swimming in the Nile River and visiting a Nubian home and having lunch on the river in a fantastic A1 Nubian restaurant! Hany our tour guide was GREAT, hands down the best in every way, very engaged and entertaining with our young eight-year-old!!! We felt so reassured and safe with Hany as we are 4 woman with a young child. The crew was so attentive.The ship is very clean. Fantastic job by Ahmed for cleaning our cabin every day.

My Nile Cruise and Cairo experience

Excellent Nile Cruise from Cairo

Hany was the best guide I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 66 countries and I’ve never met an experienced guide who genuinely cares about the customers experience. He was beyond helpful and just an amazing guy. He went above and beyond for us in many ways. I hope to return to Egypt one day now. This trip exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend timeless tours and my guide Hany as he was absolutely a 10/10

A really amazing family trip

The Itinerary was very good. Cruise was excellent and cruise staff amazing! We vacationed in Egypt in April 2021 and we were very fortunate to have Hany as our tour guide. From the very start, Hany was friendly, professional, and courteous. He brought great energy to our tour group and it was fun being around him. Each day, our tours were jam packed with sites to see, from morning to evening, and Hany was with us every step of the way. Every morning Hany would give us an overview on the upcoming day. In the evening, he would debrief us what to expect for the following day, and made sure everyone was on the same page. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns my family and I may have had. He was very knowledgeable about all the tour sites we visited, and he engaged us at every stop as he gave us a rich and vibrant history of his beloved country. I could really tell he loved being a tour guide. Hany was patient, and he never made us feel rushed as he let us explore the sites on our own at certain points of the day. He would even take the time to take family photos for us so we could keep and cherish those memories forever. Hany looked out for us when we shopped at the local markets. He made us feel safe the entire time as he gave us tips and pointers along the way. We had such an incredible, unforgettable experience during our time in Egypt and we owe our thanks to Hany. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide!

Brilliant

This trip has been amazing and great value for money. The tour guide is very helpful and the boat is really comfortable with everything you need. Tours are of good length not too short or long and easy with a young family. Train ride is difficult with a family but the tour easily adapts if you want to fly in and out. Flights are cheap and easy and the option I would recommend with a family. We have had a great time and would definitely recommend this trip. The attractions are drop dead incredible.

A beatiful cruise

This was an amazing trip! From pickup at the airport to drop off, everything ran so smoothly. Our guide, sultan, went above and beyond in helping us have the trip of a lifetime. From describing the scenes on temple walls to arranging a traditional Egyptian meal, sultan made sure we enjoyed our trip and that we had every opportunity to fully customize our tour. Egypt felt very safe, even in the midst of a global pandemic, and we had so many opportunities to see amazing things that we wouldn’t have any other time. It’s the perfect time to visit!

Amazing tour

This was the most amazing tour. Hani showed us around luxor and Aswan. We felt very safe in their hands. Hani was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. Nothing was too much trouble and he was fantastic with our kids. We travelled with another family - altogether 4 adults and 5 kids. Additionally my children have food allergies (one is allergic to nuts, the other requires a gluten free diet.) Both were catered for during the trip except for the train ride so be sure to pack snacks. Thanks again for an brilliant tour! COVID NB: We wore our masks at all times as did all of the staff. Plenty of sanitizer available during trip.
