The beginning was in Cairo where Mostafa met us at the airport and helped us with the luggage and directing us to the hotel On the first day we took a comprehensive tour of Cairo visiting the pyramids the Egyptian Museum the Citadel and the Mohammad Ali Mosque Mostafa was very informative and informative providing us with detailed and interesting information about each site Next we moved on to an amazing 3 night Nile cruise We enjoyed seeing the stunning scenery along the Nile River as well as visits to the temples of Aswan and Abu Simbel Mostafa was always there to guide us and give us useful information about Egyptian history and culture

Excellent the best of the best

Ahmed Abdel Aziz is the best of all as his experience in participation is much greater than just building names. . . It provides the complete history explains the hieroglyphics and everything related to the temple and the sites we see He is the best and explained each historical site in detail made sure we were getting our vegetarian meals correctly and that everything else was generally well organized We definitely recommend it

Absolutely amazing!! Just do it!

If you’re slightly hesitant travelling to Egypt, then this is the trip for you! Everything is organised from beginning to end so you don’t need to think about anything other than having a fabulous time. From the time we stepped off the plane in Cairo we were met by someone with a sign with our names before we went through passport control. He literally walked us through, had our passports stamped, waited for us to get our luggage and walked us outside to meet our driver and tour guide. Our tour guide was Sayed Khalil and our driver was Abdel Rahman. Ahhhh-mazing is an understatement. My partner and I absolutely loved both of them. They were super friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable, organised and made us feel so comfortable! They were always on time, always had a smile on their faces and made our trip so special and relaxed. You must ask for them if you’re booking, you won’t regret it! When we boarded the Nile River Cruise in Aswan we were introduced to Ahmed Abd Elaziz. We thought he was the cruise director or manager, but no, he was our own personal tour guide for the entire 3 day cruise! He contracts for Booking2Egypt and we could not fault him. The loveliest, funniest, most knowledgeable person. We were so lucky to have him take us on our excursions. It was like having a friend with us. It was also great having the flexibility to be able to stay longer or leave earlier at certain places if we wanted too, rather than having to wait for bus loads of people on a schedule. Both Sayed and Ahmed were also contactable on WhatsApp and happy to answer any questions at any time. Booking2Egypt as a company was also fantastic and so easy to deal with via WhatsApp. They were always able to answer my questions and their response time was great so I was never left in the dark. Great Trip and Great Communication from Booking2Egypt

Some background: Solo traveler. I had booked a different trip via Viator but the other vendor selected was terrible at replying back or gave very short responses. Two days before my Egypt trip I cancelled and booked via Viator this trip with Booking2 Egypt per suggestion of Viator representative on the phone. Pros: Communication was excellent; my responses via WhatsApp were responded to in a timely manner. I was provided an itinerary each day as to what my plan was and when I was going to be picked up. Guides also messaged me as well via Whatsapp. Drivers were great. Airport pick ups were organized/great. My cruise was on the Symphony boat which the food was amazing/staff very helpful (in particular the younger front desk reception guy). Guides, for the most part, were very helpful and friendly. There was only one situation where the guide didn't meet me on the boat and the cruise staff (which was excellent) helped me to find my guide/place outside. It's possible because the guide was female she may have not been allowed to board boats ... I don't know (there is an apparent bias against females working in Egypt). Work on/suggestion: 1, Lodging/Cruise options were budgeted for a set amount and 'basic'. Consider "up-selling" customer to better lodging/cruise accommodations if available. I was more than willing to pay more for better lodging/location so let them know you don't want 'basic' lodging or 'basic' cruise accommodations. This didn't ruin my trip but could have made it a little better. 2. Perhaps it was because I booked two days before arrival but detailed, typed out itineraries (on a Google Doc or Word Doc) would be helpful compared to daily Whatsapp briefings (which were helpful ... but kept me waiting/impatient). Good to know about the trip: 1. I am usually a "do it yourself" type person when it comes to travel but it's very important to have guides in Egypt; particularly if you're a solo traveler or female. They get you in/out more quickly and can haggle on your behalf for side trips (i.e. camel rides, gifts, etc.). 2. Be prepared to be harassed by security at the Cairo airport when departing; they were asking a lot of useless questions about my souvenirs purchased and contents in my suitcase (i.e. why do you have shaving cream in your suitcase? Do you have your receipts for souvenirs ? Are you from Israel? ). Finally security gave up and let me proceed but it was sort of unprofessional having to do this two times before checking in my luggage . Perhaps having the driver/guide follow me to security (like I saw some other groups) would be helpful. Wasn't aware that "tipping" is apparently normal to security professionals at the airport hence why I was likely screened more (along with being from the USA). Overall, great experience and company to enjoy your Egypt travels .

It was a great tour and for the price!

The tour started in Cairo with a different tour guide. Cairo was alright. Once we landed in Luxor, our tour guide, Ahmed, was with us for the rest of the tour. Iman is awesome! He is very passionate when he explains everything and he knows his stuff. Our group had so many questions and he was able to explain everything perfectly. The itinerary was amazing and well organized and the tour guide made it even better. I would definitely recommend this tour to see many temples and learn the history. Egypt was an amazing experience from this tour
