Awesome tour

Excellent tour. Knowledgeable guides and magnificent views. Would highly recommend anyone to do, single, couple or family. Trio tour gave you a taste of different experiences.

Best cultural experience

What a wonderful experience we had today with Georgia. She was full of useful information and stories. Her energy was infectious and we enjoyed every aspect of this tour from the interesting museum to the tasty matsos ginger beer, so good. The culmination was the crocodile farm so great to hear about the history of these animals and how we need to respect our flora and fauna. Thanks again for such a great afternoon, we highly recommend.

Great Intro to Broome

Fantastic tour, started with drive through Town & China Town, with an informative tour guide Georgia who was extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture, town & community of Broome. Georgia, was very down to earth & great sense of humour & was very accommodating to all guests. Couldn't have had a better introduction to Broome. 1st stop was Broome Museum with alot of historical memorabilia from both Pearling & war time. Stopped in at Matsos Brewing, had a tasting of Mango Beer & Ginger Beer. Not just a mouthful, but a glass full, to actually taste it properly. Have to say, the Mango beer was pretty good, & I don't normally like beer. Then off we went to the Crocodile 🐊 Park. This was my personal hilight of the tour. I just loved it. To be so close to these creatures was surreal. Incredible creatures. The Croc Guide was full of information & also humorous & was able to show the predatory nature of the crocs when feeding them. It was also a bonus, that we were able to hold a baby croc, Georgia our tour guide, was so helpful with showing & encuraging my little 2 year old neice how to hold & pat the baby croc. 2 year old loved it. Overall, the tour was an excellent introduction to Broome & it was a great start to our holiday. Thankyou Broome & Around for an amazing afternoon. ❤️❤️🐊❤️❤️

Great tour. Georgia was lots of fun. And the museum was fantastic lots to explore. Matso’s was nice sitting outside with a delicious Ginger beer and enjoy the sun.

Great introduction to Broome

A fabulous afternoon with the lovely Georgia as our guide. She was knowledgeable and funny, the tour was very interesting and the food and drink at Matso’s was amazing. Loved the history at the museum and the Crocodile Park is well worth a visit !

AWE-day and night

This wa one of the best holidays I have experince in my travesl to ver 92 nations around the globe. The tour guides were welll informed and informative. I liked the spirit they brought to the experieinces. The most memorable were the ancient dinosaur boat trip and the crocodile park. Everyone was generous with their time in coffee shops like Millies and resturants. ED Blakely

Great tour!!

Thanks for a great afternoon. We did the Museum, Matsos Brewery and Crocodile Park on our first day of arrival to Broome. Our tour guide Georgia was a bundle of information and positive energy. I would recommend, great way to get to know Broome 😊.

An amazing afternoon

This was a great tour! Matsos was amazing and the crocodile park was very informative! Candy took us around and gave us some of the history of Broome and showed us many different things, she was super knowledgeable! We couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

Never smile at a crocodile.

My wife and I went to the museum. Matsos bar and the crocodile farm. Our tour guide was Karen. I'm only joking we had the lovely Winona. She is very knowledgeable on the Broome history and culture. We all had a very good time the crocodiles are HUGE. I recommend this tour to visitors of Broome. Neil and Samantha

Fun and enjoyable

A great day out!

Was an awesome experience and the host was amazing at providing us with the information we asked of him as well as providing us with his own information. The crocodile park was incredible and such an incredible experience being up close and personal with the crocodiles. My only downside is that I would have liked to have had more time at the Broome museum as that was very rushed and some of us did not get to see the full museum, as we needed to get to Matsos for a certain time period

Pleasant and interesting

Had a great time with a nice group of people and a guide with great knowledge. Winona was friendly and welcoming! A great insight into broome and the history. That's as close as I'll ever get to a salty that's for sure.

Disappointed

It was an okay tour but nothing special. In my opinion the crocodile sanctuary was the most educational and interesting. Our tour guide was a nice young woman but did not appear qualified for the position of leader. She was hesitant in giving hard facts, giggled quite a bit and seemed uncomfortable dealing with adults. With time and more training I'm sure she will grow into the position but, she's not there yet.

An enlightening snippet of Broome

What a wonderful way to start our holiday in Broome. Our tour guide so informative, setting up each experience so as we absolutely make the most of each venue. Learnt so much of the history and essence of Broome. Highly recommend this tour as a introduction to Broome

Convenient, but if you have other transport, use that instead

The places we went were good, croc park is not to miss! It was convenient to be taken door to door. Matsos didn't know we were coming, and the driver was talking conspiracy theories, which was pretty off-putting.

Highly recommended and good value

This was a really good way to see three places all at once and without the stress of getting around in the heat. The museum was very interesting, the stop at Matso’s was a bit long if you’re not eating but I had planned to have lunch there and the food was tasty. The Crocodile Park was a really memorable experience with an excellent tour, especially seeing the animals close up. Winona was a great guide, very friendly and helpful.

Great value and experience

A great experience with our guide Winona going through the museum then Matso’s brewery with great drinks and food and the best part being the crocodile park - love watching them get fed, with hundreds on show some with their jaws open and even a couple of dingos, camels and an emu. Must do!!

Entertaining adventure around Broome

Really informative and a fun time. Perfect amount of time at each activity and nice talk by our guide Winona in the bus. The museum was really interesting and we learnt a lot about Broomes history including the pearl farming. Matsos brewery was amazing with delicious food and beer. The crocodiles were incredible as we got to be up and close to them being fed. Overall an entertaining adventure.

Matso's is a must

Matso's was one of the best meals we had during our Broome stay, not to mention the ginger beer! Best I've tried.

Loved the crocodile park, have never held a baby crocodile before.

Winona the bus driver was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the trip worthwhile. The guide's at the crocodile park were very patient especially with scared children.

Great day out

Was a great mix of interest museum Mastos and crocodiles sanctuary, Dooma was very well informed and a wonderful host. The brewery had a tasty meal selection and tastings.

This is a really good short tour.

Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park was fantastic. Matso's brewery was a great place to stop for lunch. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable and great company. It was great how he provided extra tickets to the museum if we wanted to return and the crocodile park was awesome. Also the customer service when booking was brilliant.

First time to Broome!

Our driver Dooma was amazing very friendly and a great character. First time to Broome so the 3-1 tour sounded like a great idea the best part was defiantly the crocodile tour I wish we could have spent a little more time here but was still a fabulous day! Very convenient being picked up from your accomodation and dropped back at the end of the day Thankyou

Museum was good, Matsos meal was lovely, crocodile farm was amazing, bus driver, Dooms, was fantastic.

Crocodile farm the highlight

The crocodile farm by far. Definitely the highlight. The host was friendly and informative. The visit to Matso’s brewery was fun, but in truth should be advertised as a lunch visit not a guided tour. People would then know not to eat beforehand.

3 in 1 Broome Tour Excellent!

We were met by the very friendly and knowledgeable Dooma at our hotel in Broome. He was a really nice bloke who was interested in doing a great job. Which he did. The tour includes three landmarks in Broome:- Broome Museum, Matso’s and the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park. The Museum is really interesting as Broome has a fascinating history of pearl shell farming and cultivation and the many people involved in the industry over the years. Add the bombing of flying boats in the harbour in WW2 to the modern version of Broome as it is today. You don’t have enough time to look at everything, so they give you a pass to return later which is pretty cool. Matso’s is a Broome landmark and we enjoyed a tasting and bought lunch (not included, which was fine). The highlight was the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park. It’s not like places such as Australia Zoo, but acts as a sanctuary for relocated crocs. Excellent tour guide and commentary. The many types of crocs are really interesting, scary, big and just pure predators. We also took advantage of the 50% discount on particular tours in Broome at present. (Thanks WA Gov). We bought the trip via the Tourist Centre in town.

Candy is a fun and informative, it was just my husband and I for the first 2 legs of this tour, (wet season) which made it more special for us. The Broome Museum is worth a look for those history buffs. Matso's Brewery has amazing food and I am now a Mango Beer convert! We picked up a family before heading out to the Malcolm Douglas Croc Farm which did not disappoint. The croc handler, Luke was funny and informative. Love this tour.

So Professional

It was only a small group 3in 1 tour (wet season) we knew it would be quite but Sherrie made us feel so special ..She had lunch with us nothing was too much trouble and the lady on the phone Candy she rang us to confirm booking .Her conversation on the phone was like we had known her for some time , we have never met . Professional..We would highly recommend Broome and Around as a tour company as they make you feel special...

Great day in Broome

We had Sherry as our tour guide, she was so much fun, we had only 3 on the tour at the start .... the museum was interesting. then onto Matsos for lunch great atmosphere very enjoyable .... Off then to Malcolm Douglas crocodile park that was very impressive and the handler and commentator was. very informative only a young man , so good .. Great afternoon

Excellent tour with a lot of variety! Museum provides history, great meal and beer at the brewery, then crocodiles are really interesting and entertaining!

Amazing experience

Gabby is very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the croc park in particular. It was amazing to watch their activities from a close.

Excellent tour for 'cruisers'

Information packed tour of Broome highlights. Picked up and returned to ship only steps away from the gang-way. Perfectly on-time. Our guide/driver was Maz who narrated well and was very knowledgeable. Her professionalism shone throughout the tour. Highly recommend this tour of Broome.

Fun, Cool and Yum!

If you’re looking for a friendly tour full of inspiration, this is the one for you! The museum was exceptionally informative followed by a refreshing chicken salad from Matsos (which actually filled us up) Lastly the giant prehistoric lizards…you can’t miss the croc park especially getting to hold a lil baby one!
