Prompt and friendly, highly recommend. Vince was great and super helpful. We used this company from the airport to our hotel and return.

Unreliable device, extremely disappointed

I pre-booked our transfer shuttle service to the airport weeks in advance to avoid stress. The day prior to our booked service goldcoast super shuttles contacted and advised that we would either need to cancel or change the scheduled time to an hour and a half earlier than booked as they had double booked and not looked at the schedule until that very day. I would never use this service again, they are unreliable and it has caused an extremely stressful end to our holiday.

Vince provided us with great, friendly service on our most recent trip to the Gold Coast. He communicated well, was punctual (even waiting patiently for us due to our delays on arrival) and chatted away happily to us on the trip back to airport. We would highly recommend his service and use him again in the future.
