DONT USE CONXION - take UBER instead!

Airline misplaced my luggage so i did not get it and the delay caused looking for it made us miss our transfer. Had to take uber to our hotel with no refund. Going to the airport, our flight is at 11 am, they scheduled pick up at 6am! When we requested an 8am pick up they declined so had to cancel and take an Uber again!!

Left twisting in the wind

Confirmed 2 different bookings for 4:40 PM airport to CBD lodging, but when contacted due to flight delay was told no booking after 3 PM, despite confirmation I received. Don’t know how to attribute fault for this, but had to take taxis at a multiple of the cost,

Airport transfer

Only had to wait 10 minutes from arriving on the stand to start of transfer into the city . Approached by the driver always a relief to know your names on the sheet of paper . Couple of drop offs before ours into the city. Same driver for our return trip arrived punctually smooth drives on both transfers , comfortable vehicle would be happy to use again and recommend.

Do not book

Flight arrived at 5am and when I got to the counter I was told the shuttle doesn’t start until 9am!!!

It started off well

Everything started off well. We were picked up on time and had a pleasant ride to our hotel. I even thought that the bad reviews that I had read were truly in the past....not so fast! I booked round-trip services. I tried that several times to reach someone in order to find out when we'd get picked up for our return flight home. After several unanswered attempts, I reached out to Viator. They were finally able to reach someone and the company STILL didn't respond but sent a response through the Viator representative. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the service from this company as it pertains to getting back to the airport. I should not have has to work so diligently to find out what time we were being picked up and I SHOULD NOT have been spoken to the way the driver did as we approached the van. We made it onto the transportation and got on at exactly 2:51am. The driver saw us and was instantly rude and upset. He said we were lucky because he was about to drive off, stating that we were told what time to be outside waiting. He stated that he and someone else had been trying to call me. I told him that I never received a call but we saw him drive up and walked to the vehicle. We were told to be there at 2:50 and it was 2:51. His response was, well you're supposed to be here 10 minutes before. We were never told this and had the company responded to any of my initial attempts, they might have been able to give me their policy and procedures instead of relaying information through a third party. Nonetheless, we should never have been spoken to in such a manner and I've never has to reach out to anyone several days in a row in order to find out when we'd be transported back to the airport. I don't always leave a review but this one was warranted.

Give con-x-ion a miss.

Left stranded at the airport, apparently Brisbane shuttles had stopped running. No info whatsoever from company, had to get train into Brisbane. Phoned company, no help. Applied for refund, not hopeful.

SCAM Company!

THE shuttle never came! I waited more than TWO PLUS HOURS! When a shuttle finally arrived, I was told it wasn’t going in the city. I tried contacting shuttle company ‘CON-X-ION’ directly and as you can see from my photo of my correspondence, NEITHER VIATOR NOR CON-X-ION responded!! I feel like I’ve been scammed, as the driver says this is not typical, however, when it does happen, no one ever gets their money back. I expect A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Don’t use this company, horrible service

Company somehow cancelled the reservation without notifying me. Wasted 2 hours at the airport trying to track down where to get picked up . Called company and the told me to go to the kiosk outside Virgin Australia. When I got there an employee in the company van said they didn’t have “busses” going to my location. Called company only to be informed they had cancelled my reservation.

Brisbane Airport to Hotel

I arrived at 09:00 in Brisbane Airport, and they booked me for 11:00 trip. Nobody told me anything about this. I had to wait more then I traveled by airplane.

Con-x-cion never arrived...

Con-x-cion never arrived and cancelled my pick up at airport when I called to inquire. Had to find alternate pick up.

Need more services

I wish this company would do regular shuttles city to airport. The thousands of people who stay at ibis and pullman are stuck eating at the crappy restraunt there. Getting back from town is an expensive cab ride. The airtrain is slow inconvenient and costs 22$ anyway. I cant believe Qld transport doesnt have a public bus that goes there....must be corruption.

Very impressed with this service. Efficient and on time service from the airport and also when collected from my hotel at Brisbane Southbank. And the price was very competitive. I checked first whether travelling by train would be more cost effective but the Shuttle service was slightly cheaper. And the bonus is you are delivered direct to your hotel door, therefore no problems catching train, finding a seat, crowds, stairs, walking to hotel. Actually A no brainer. Driver courteous and efficient.

Efficient, Clean, Friendly and Affordable

On our recent trip to Brisbane, I booked this transfer company online. The whole experience for us was hassle free, so affordable and the company are so efficient. After booking online, I received a confirmation email regarding our booking (together with a map of their location at Brisbane Airport) and a receipt for my payment. After collecting our luggage and departing the terminal, we crossed over to their bus shelter where their office was clearly marked and made ourselves known to the staff. We were told how long we would need to wait for our transfer (which was 20 minutes if that), the area was covered and there was ample seating. After dropping a few other customers off on the way, we made it to our destination within the hour. On our departure day, I didn't reconfirm as I felt confident they would be there. Sure enough, we walked out 10 minutes early and the bus was waiting. Same friendly greeting, promptly on time and the bus was super clean. The price was so affordable. Last year we travelled to the UK and the transfer process was very substandard compared to our recent experience with this company. Well done.

Easy no-stress reliable. Friendly and polite driver. I booked online after landing, 20 mins before the departure of the next service. There’s actually an office manned 24 hours where you can buy your ticket as well.

Always on time!

I use the shuttle twice a week and have been doing so since Oct 2019. I’ve gotten to know most of the drivers and staff at the airport. They are always so friendly and professional. Absolutely great service! Shuttles always run on time. Keep up it the good work Con-x-ions!

I got into Brisbane quite late and they were wonderful at the information booth and my driver Dave an absolute legend he helped every customer on our bus even helped a couple with 2 young children into there motel. Made sure we were all safe Highly recommend these guys great service

Worth the dollars

This was definitely convenient and worth the money it cost me. It wasn't expensive at all and had all the convenience of door to door as well.

No problems

Used Con x ions on our recent trip to Australia,and although the only transfer actually ran by Con x ions was the Brisbane return ( which was faultless) we got Con x ions to organise our other transfers in Sydney & Cairns. These were ran by third parties but were all excellent. No hesitation in using these again.

We travelled by shuttle bus to our accommodation on Monday afternoon and returned to the airport on Wednesday morning. Very good service with competednt drivers. It is interesting to see parts of Brisbane that I haven't seen previously.

The bus stop at the Airport is easy to find. the bus drivers are well informed about their guests an were quick and efficient. I could disembark directly in front of the hotel. Very good service

Easy Transfer

Van was where it was supposed to be. As it is a shared van, took a few stops before we got to our hotel. Actually, near our hotel. The Next Brisbane is on a pedestrian mall, so we had to walk from the drop off to the hotel entrance, no big deal. Return trip just as easy, had to go to the bus stop to get it. Once again, no big deal.

The only way I travel from the airport

This team is amazing. We used to train from the airport but this is so much easier especially for those not sure how train stations work. Always on time and very reliable.

Quick Service

Very friendly service, quick transfers The only negative was that I was dropped off 500mts from my hotel, I had to go into other hotels to find out where I had to go. Just to clarify....there were protests in the street. That side away, it was a friendly environment with helpful suggestions for best transfer to take. The control center was easy to locate. Overall I would and will use again....to all the staff...thank you

Reliable Round Trip Transport

This is the 3rd time I have used ConXion service from Brisbane International to and from the CBD. This time my flight arrived early and the staff at the ConXion counter kindly transferred me to an earlier shuttle. My driver both ways was Allan and he was polite, efficient as well as punctual. Would definitely use ConXion on my return to Brisbane.

Airport to Brisbane CBD roundtrip with Con-X-Ion shuttle service

This service was excellent. After exiting Brisbane International terminal it was just a short walk to the Con-X-Ion pickup area. We waited less than 5 minutes and our driver Tex picked us up. He was an excellent driver and took us right to our hotel. Truly door-to-door service. On our return trip from Brisbane CBD to the airport, our driver picked us up on-time during the pickup window, and got us to the airport well in advance of our flight to Sydney. He did drive a little fast and was a little rough in comparison to Tex (sorry, don't remember his name), but overall the door-to-door service was worth the money and saved us a lot of hassle getting to and from our hotel in Brisbane.

Easy transfer

We were picked up at Brisbane international airport and taken to Oakwood Hotel and returned three days later. Both pick ups were smooth and our driver Shane was efficient and helpful. I have used Con X Ion before and found it to be an easy service from start to finish. As you walk out of arrivals the Con X Ion desk is immediately in front of you and any change required for pick up, if you are early is easy. You are directed to the pick up point and are likely to have a little waiting depending on the time of day. Drop off and return to the airport were easy. There is likely to be some waiting for pick up at accommodation depending on the route taken to pick up other people. You are advised of this. It is efficient and well priced and easy to book, use and recommend.

FANTASTIC - Our Driver Hans was GREAT :)

1st time we had used Con-X-ions - Would defo use again... Our Driver was called Hans - He was such a Professional not only Driving but with his customers. We had Hand both into the City and back out to the Airport. This companies communications was impressive. I thoroughly Recommend using this company.

If you have time this service is by far cheaper than driving in your own vehicle and paying for parking especially if you are away for an extended period. John as on time as stated at my home address very cordial as were other passengers.

I have used the service four times recently and the service was great. I really enjoyed the jolly drivers who seemed so happy all the time even the late night transfer. I would recommend this service to others.

Always Amazing Service

Have used Conxion a number of time over the years. Always courteous and on time. Ross collected us from the airport and explained the transfers from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. Michael collected us from meeting point and explained drop offs.

Great service at a good price. When you arrive late it is so convenient to be taken directly to your door step. It is particularly nice when you do not have to pay full taxi rate. Very nice driver as well so I can highly recommend them.

Reliable car service in Brisbane , Gold Coast, Queensland

I have been using Con-X-Ion for several years, since around 2015....... usually from Brisbane Int'l airport to Gold Coast or sometimes Brisbane business area, they are very reliable, On-schedule, polite and very professional. Driver is very helpful and the car riding along the way is very safe with constant speed. I love this car service much and trustworthy. Highly recommend to use this car service if they have presence in your travel region(s) in Australia.

Consistently Great

I’ve used Connexion many times. Picked up at my door & returned. I was particularly impressed that my driver at 2.30am Friday waited until I was safely inside my house until he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connexion & will continue to happily use them in the future.

Disappointing service

Coming from the Gold Coast our driver took us to BP Coomera where we had to sit for 30 minutes waiting for another bus to transfer us to the airport. Very frustrating and lengthy. My return was also frustrating as the times for my return bus to the Gold Coast was over an hour after landing and then by the time the driver loaded bags and got organised etc it was even later. We then also had to stop at a service station again, to allow for bus changes. I have never had this situation before with this company and it just adds time to an already lengthy journey (long-haul flight from Europe). Frustrating, long, and not cheap. Certainly not an express service as the lengthy time required to/from Gold Coast adds up.

Convenient Door to Doir Shuttle

Excellent service from Brisbane airport to Noosa residence. Conveniently located just outside arrivals. Efficient service. Probably better signage required for arrivals at Virgin. I couldn’t locate the sign until I walked to the opposite side of the road. The transport itself was very good and comfortable.

Can’t go wrong using this service to the airport.but don’t expect express straight to airport. Usually stops to pick up passengers at their homes so can take a while.

Return airport transfers from Gold Coast to Brisbane International Airport

I have not used Con-x-ion in awhile only because this was a solo trip. Both the transfers were on time and the drivers very polite. The trip to Brisbane Airport in the morning was abnormally longer than usual because of the peak hour traffic but the driver made the right decision to drive into Brisbane itself and using the fantastic underground channel of tunnels that Brisbane has we popped up near the airport in no time. On the return journey I had the pleasure of travelling on one of the new black vans that Con-x-ion has purchased and it was very comfortable ride as well as a clean vehicle inside and out. Great service and great local Company.

I made all the plans online from the USA, and both the pick up and return to the Brisbane Australia airport went without any problems. It was easy to find the pickup location at the airport, and we were driven directly to our hotel in Brisbane. The morning we left the van was on time right in front of the hotel and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch our plane to the USA. Great deal. We are very pleased.

I was picked up on time and after a comfortable ride, arrived at Brisbane airport in plenty of time for a relaxed Check - in. The return from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast was equally as efficient and friendly although we we did depart a few minutes late. Nevertheless, I was delivered to my front door very happy with my Con-X-ion experience.

Best transfer company I've used!

I landed at 00:50am and was supposed to leave at 2:15am but they brought it forward as it was so late. The staff are very friendly and the driver was amazing! I was supposed to arrive at 4:15am and he got us there an hour earlier. I highly recommend Con-X-ion :)
