Wonderful and well worth the price!

Paolo was our guide and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made our tour so great. We had our 11 year old son along and Paolo was accommodating for the many snack stops he requested 🤣 I was worried that 7 hours was going to feel like a lifetime but it was perfect! Truly a wonderful experience!

Guided Day Tour

Our guide, Alan, was educated, patient, polite and responsive. One of our party had an injury and he was flexible and accommodating to tailor our experience. His knowledge of our points of interest was excellent and he recommended some local stops that we enjoyed and further enhanced our day.

If you want to get a complete experience if Barcelona in one day. This is the tour and Milena is your guide. Extremely fun, entertaining and fulfilling walk through Barcelona. Milena is cortious, polite, friendly and immensely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour and Milena.

Awesome day with Gaudi

Brunella was a perfect guide. Through the old town to the new. A great history lesson with a lot of character. An aperitif at Picasso’s first art gallery. From Park Güell to la familia Sagrada to the charm of the old town, a special day to remember.

Fun guided tour of Barcelona

Very thorough tour that started with a detailed walkthrough of the old town Barcelona, including extensive background history and interesting facts about Barcelona and how the city evolved over time. The tour then followed with some of the most popular Gaudi sites such as Casa Batlo, Parc Guell, and ended at the Sagrada Familia. (Keep in mind that both the Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia are unaccompanied visits where the guide doesn't go with you but Fred provided enough background info before where we felt completely prepared). In between, we had a couple of nice breaks at a cafe and a fun tapas lunch. Fred was a very nice tour guide who was friendly, calm and patient, considerate of all members of our party, and full of information but not overwhelming. He kept all of our party engaged including our 10 yo daughter and our parents in their late 60s. We started our Barcelona trip with this tour and felt that we got a great base to start our vacation. Highly recommend this tour and Fred as a guide.

This is a really interesting walking tour of Barcelona and Park Guell. Our guide Zsofi was excellent. She was extremely knowledgable about Barcelona, the architecture, Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. It was an excellent afternoon in Barcelona.

Highly Recommend This Tour

Our tour guide, Alan, was exceptional. His knowledge mixed with humor made for an interesting tour. Our family of 6 was just coming in from an 8 hr flight and had to fill 8 hours before we could get in the hotel. Alan did his best to keep us engaged!!

Goudy Geeks

We had an amazing day with our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Antoni Goudy and the architecture of Barcelona. He suggested books to purchase at the museum and showed us every detail of the city. Allen catered to my ever ending Goudy architecture questions and gave us a great history lesson. When my wife became ill he customized our tour to allow her to rest and eventually go back to the hotel. Allen was very cordial and concerned. We continued the tour without my wife. My daughters and I experienced Sangrata familia towering cathedral and Park Güell. This was an awesome experience for people who love history, architecture and masterpieces created by Goudy, Great for Goudy Geeks!

Great day enjoying some great locations around Barcelona

We had a great time! Brunelle was our guide and she was so sweet, pleasant and knowledgeable. She also made great suggestions. She helped us take photos, and shared a lot of the history behind the beautiful things we were seeing. She planned everything perfectly and had us on time where we needed to be for a smooth and productive day. Highly recommend this experience if you’re wanting to learn about the city and visit these 2 popular spots without any hiccups.

Our wonderful guide, Paolo, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything Barcelona, including food, history, architecture, art, music, and lots of the even the small details that make Barcelona an amazing place to visit. This is definitely a perfect way to see this city, especially if your visit will be a short one. Highly, highly recommend!

Parc, basilica and Gothic

Touring the Parc Güell and the La Família Sagrada were the best parts of this tour but the walking tour of the Gotic district with my guide Simon and her knowledge of the history rounded out the tour.

Great Barcelona Highlight tour

This tour was great! Our guide, Milena was very knowledgeable, pleasant and experienced. She led us throughout Barcelona seeing all of the most important sites in small alleys and main thoroughfares. We had a fine chat over coffee and lunch. She is a very likeable guide. We also had paid admission to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. The tour concluded at the beautiful Sagrada Familia. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Most informative!

Milena was wonderful! She took us on a walking tour of Gaudy’s architecture and showed pictures of the interiors on an iPad. She continued the tour while stopping for coffee and then we stopped for an absolutely delicious tapas lunch at a local tapateria. She left us so we could tour in interior of Park Gruell but dropped us off at an entrance most people don’t know about saving us many steps up. We took a taxi to and from the Park. She left us at Sagrada Familia so we could tour it at our leisure but she made sure we got to the correct line and stayed until we went inside. I would definitely recommend this tour with Milena.

Got to see all the best sights!

Milena was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and kind! We had a great day!! Our suggestion would be to start the tour a little later. Especially since many things are not even open that early.

Very good all Around tour

This was an excellent day spent learning about Barcelona. Our guide Oriel was very knowledgeable and flexible with us. The tour was scheduled for 7 hours but we wanted it faster. He accommodated us by speeding things up and changing the order of stops. The two busiest places, Park Guell and Sagrada Familia, were sold out for the day but we got in with our tickets. Tapas lunch was quick and delicious Lots of walking on this tour so be prepared.

Excellent Tour with Unique perspective

We had an excellent experience with Simon. The way she tailored the tour to focus on interesting architectural elements of the city were fantastic. We learned so many interesting things about the different parts of Barcelona. We would highly recommend Simon given her strong knowledge and creative approach to the tour.

INCREDIBLE DAY IN BARCELONA

Incredible private tour! Our guide, Alan, was amazing and so engaging for our 3 children (ages 13, 10 and 8). He was full of stories and brought books and information to show us along the way. He showed us highlights of the city and then we had lunch in a nice authentic tapas restaurant. After that we headed to Park Guell and then our final stop of La Sagrada Família. We absolutely loved every minute and learned so much about the city of Barcelona.

Milena was prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. From the history of Spain and Catalan to the arts/architecture of Gaudi, Milena made sure we understood the significance of the landmarks. We enjoyed her as our guide to the city, and her company.

He kept us( 6 active seniors) moving to meet deadlines for our included timed ticket entries to the key sites but still found time to show us some sites not referenced in the description of the tour . Great for Couples

My wife and I spent a wonderful day with our guide, Milena, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Milena met us promptly on time and was very personable. Neither my wife nor I had ever visited Barcelona before, so this day tour was a great way to get a broad view of the city and the work of Gaudi. My wife had recently had shoulder surgery (and a knee replacement a few years prior), so Milena was very gracious in adjusting our schedule and going at a relaxed pace. If you are a couple visiting Barcelona and was a special, individual experience (as compared to a large group), then this tour is for you. Milena was exceptional, and our experience was quite memorable. So glad we did this & it was a highlight day for both of us.

Enjoyable tour

Milena was a very friendly and cheerful guide. We had a wonderful time listening to the history and stories about Barcelona and Gaudy. The tapas lunch she took us was delicious . We would have like more time at the Sagrada Familia so if the original itinerary was kept where SF was the last place to visit it would have been a perfect tour. Nevertheless it was still a great tour and I would highly recommend it !

Informative and Fun!!! So glad we did this

Melina was a fantastic guide. Very informative, the photos downloaded on the iPad helped us gain greater insight into the history being discussed. The tickets for the Sagrada and park being included is a great time saver. We had a large group and she kept us on time while never feeling rushed. I strongly recommend Melina and this tour.

Great tour experience

Fred is a great guide. He’s very knowledgeable and provided us with history and background so that we were able to appreciate what we were seeing. Coffee at 4 Cats and the tapas lunch later were both excellent. We recommend this tour!

Enjoyed our guide! A lot of walking but interesting. Apparently a small budget for our lunch and would have enjoyed taxi ride to restaurant for lunch. Walked at least 9 blocks to get to restaurant.

Don’t Miss Out!!

I often say a tour guide makes or breaks the guided tour experience. In our case Paolo was a winner making our Barcelona tour one worth every penny!! His knowledge, expertise and friendliness during our day long tour went above and beyond. He even turned the morning rain into afternoon sunshine with his upbeat personality, caring ways and complete interest in making our experience one to remember. Lots of walking but didn’t mind as there was so much history to soak up along the way. The private tour is the ultimate way to enjoy and explore what this art and architectural old city has to offer to include the fabulous Market Place, breathtaking Sagrada Famillia and Park Guell!!

Excellent Tour

Our experience with this 7 hour tour with our tour guide (Daiam Illa) was excellent. The tour was just the right time to experience Barcelona without overwhelming you. Daiam gave us a taste of Barcelona with the walking tour. We experienced so many things that we would not have on our own. I would recommend this tour to everyone. We were a family of 4 incuding our two college children. We all loved it. Thank you Daiam.

Incredible day in Barcelona

We spent our day with Zsofi. She was incredible. Super knowledgeable, kept our pace, and really made us feel like the day was just ours. 10/10 - would recommend. Sagrada Familia and Park Güell are incredible. This tour also took us through the Gothic Quarter. Also - Zsofi has an incredible voice. Ask her to sing for you. :-)

Alan is amazing, he is very personable and full of knowledge. Our tour was phenomenal, he not only shows you the planned itinerary but also gives a deep history into the area and culture. We very much enjoyed his company and commentary. He intertwined stops in the tour at local shops that he is passionate about to show support. We cannot put in to words how much he made our short Barcelona trip a memorable experience.
