II was contacted a few days before the journey and the day before, to confirm details from my perspective. On the day, Kevoin, the driver sent me a message about 40 minutes before scheduled pickup, asking me to reply to him once I was in the lobby. I did and immediaytley received a "live" Google maps update of his location. The vehicle was extremely keena dn Kevin most hopeful.

Professional and on time

Kevin was on time and contact was fast after I booked. We booked this shuttle from the cruise ship to the airport at 5:00 PM the day before. We needed to be at the airport by 8:30 AM the next day, I booked immediately when I saw that the time was available and we contacted each other immediately. Kevin the driver made me feel comfortable booking the trip, I knew he was going to be dependable, which he was. The car was very clean and he was very professional. Thank you again!!

Kevin did a most excellent job delivering us from the Barcelona airport to the gangway of Virgin Valiant Lady very quickly. He waited for over an hour for us to clear customs and get to his SUV. Time was tight to get from the airport to the ship before we sailed. Kevin did a marvelous job getting us to the ship so we could enjoy our amazing 7 day Mediterranean Cruise.
