Great venue and activities, but terrible process to get the tickets

The actual Barca experience was great! The interactive elements were great. My complaint is regarding the ticket process. Viator makes you go across town to a Tour Operator (Julia) in Nord bus station to get your tickets printed out on paper…… How archaic is this? are we back in 70s???!!! It would have been better just to get the tickets at the stadium/venue. I wrongly assumed there would be a long line….. YMMV

Purchase tickets at the Museum!

We had to pay out of pocket because the redemption place was over 30 mins away from the museum itself. So I recommend, paying on site upon arrival at the museum. Overall, It was a great experience! I Highly recommend the tour of the museum! My kid loves soccer so we will probably visit again after the stadium's renovation.

Perfect Christmas present

I was unaware at the time of the purchase of the construction however it was a gift for a big FCB and he was very excited. Very well presented, great organization and very friendly staff. We had a lot of fun in the 3D part of the experience. Never really waited for anything too long

Slightly underwhelming

I was aware of the stadium being under construction so knew the experience wouldn’t be as expansive as it perhaps would have been. The immersive tour was self guided and a look around the club museum. It was well presented but we were probably all finished there within 30 minutes at most. The viewpoint experience was included and quite underwhelming (at no fault of the tour), to see what was a visually emphatic stadium turned construction site. For what the immersive tour is it’s ok but personally I walked away feeling slightly underwhelmed.

My experience of inmersive FCB museum

Hello my name is Oleg, from Poland, I'd recently been doing the immersive players experience with my family, 5 members, some days ago and even if I have to say that the visit in the basketball hall was perfect ( the guide was Erik), there's some things that you (as a club) have to have in mind to improve, like for instance the 'accesse's staff' dress code which is all blue coloured, that was really weird. Also we're entering through a door that was crunching as we were in Halloween, so we are thinking of coming back on Christmas to see if there's so kind of Jesus coming. Thanks a lot for your time... we'll be visiting you soon

STAY AWAY!!!

This was my first disappointment via Viator booking. Paid 134€ and got NOTHING! In app before purchasing there was no statement that I would get vouchers and with it would need to get tickets on totally different place in city. After payment when trying to click “get vouchers” their page didn’t work and all I could see was sign saying “oops, something went wrong. Try again” Well, as you can imagine it got me nowhere. No help from Viator nor from Julia travel agency! Never used those vouchers I paid for farely! Was ripped off!!! Had to buy new tickets from official seller at the spot so my boys could see what they longed for a long time

Just buy tickets when you arrive!

You are better off buying tickets when you arrive as opposed to buying from here. The pickup point for these tickets are not close to the stadium and not worth buying! We ended up not even picking them up since it was out of the way.

Check where you have to collect the tickets

Check the small print. Can’t use the tickets at the venue. You have to collect tickets somewhere else 50 minutes away from the venue. No refund given.

Terrible customer service.

Turned up at stadium and nearest ticket redemption was an hours walk away . Tried to cancel tickets as has only purchased tour a couple of hours previously. Couldn’t get an answer from Viator for help and when they eventually did we had left to go back to ship. Viator would not refund the money when I eventually got hold of them! One very disappointed boy and unhappy customer. Would not recommend this for anyone.

Great Experience

What an interesting view of soccer (football) and all the accomplishments of the Barcelona FC. The virtual reality experience is excellent. It is indeed a great experience no matter the age.

Not to be booked on this site

Do not book this through Tripadvisor : it is absolutely not clear that you have to pick up paper tickets from somewhere miles away from the stadium . The booking details visible on the phone are not accepted .

Not worth the money, cheated and robbed.

Not worth the money. Paid €112 for four of us to get FC Barcelona stadium tour and instead got what seemed like a video game experience. Lasted 30 mins. Add transport to and from.. Kids we hoping to see in the stadium however it doesn't state when booking that the stadium is closed due to modifications. Complete rip off. Dont waste your money.

Appalling Experience

If I could leave no stars I would! We never got to see the stadium or the museum as I inadvertently clicked on the wrong date but immediately called the company to change it for the following week. Was happy to pay an admin fee as appreciate it's a pain for them, but absolutely no way were they going to do that with almost three weeks before we were due to go. After some arguing, they said they'd give me a 50% credit to rebook the correct date. I agreed reluctantly telling them I thought it was dreadful customer service and then never heard back. Followed up with two emails and still radio silence. Never dealt with a company like it and would never ever use them for anything again. So, we aren't seeing the stadium or the museum or playing robokeeper. Thanks on behalf of my 11 year old son who was so excited.

DO NOT use this service to get your tickets & tour

the tour itself was great, but this viator purchase is a complete waste. you need to pick up the tickets in town at the bus/train station unlike any other viator experience/tickets I have purchased which are just available conveniently in the app. And, for the same price, you can conveniently buy tickets on-site at the museum with no wait at all if you go early- and, note, if anyone in your party wants to play the robo-goalkeeper, you will have to buy a ticket there anyway. This is a completely lousy means of doing the tour- DON'T PURCHASE.

Still worth a trip to Camp Nou

We weren’t sure what to expect with the stadium being half demolished but the immersive tour made our 11 year old very happy. Lots to see - all very interesting- would highly recommend the experience - don’t worry that the stadium isn’t there at present. One thing - do NOT prebook the robokeeper experience. This is very poorly organised in a corner of the grounds with no shade - when we were there there was an hours queue- in 30 degree heat.

Too many logistics to get the tickets

The museum itself was fun but logistics to get the tickets were a pain! We were staying in gothic quarter and to get tickets we had to Uber to a bus station to pick them up and then 25 more min ride to museum. For 45 dollars in Ubers to pick up a ticket I should have been able to get on my phone or at the museum itself

Amazing time

Every thing was amazing from start 2 finish really enjoyed it wud defo tell people 2 go well worth the money and an experience u wud never get again defo do it

Waste if money and time.

Total rip off. Some tv screens of footballers. Trophies and demonstrative shirts over the years. Not even close to seeing the old or new stadium and even the viewpoint shut. The worst value for money trip ive been on. I’m embarrassed for them. Keep your money or throw it out the window, as it’s more fun.

Redemption of tickets

It was not made clear that I had to redeem the tickets at Julia’s travel. It was a 10 minute taxi ride which adds to the cost…that needs to be made clear….

Bad experience

We reached directly at camp nou and were not allowed to enter with the online reservation that we had. Upon calling,the tour operator told us that the tkts had to be collected from their office. We did not have time to pick up the tkts so had to pay again and buy the tkts at the counter. There should have been an arrangement to send the tkts via mail/WhatsApp in this digital age.

Great day to see some football history.

Felt it was too busy, to many people in the stadium so looking at displayed memoribla was very difficult, audio head set faulty and ran out of power they didn't worry when we asked for a refund, we just gave the ticket back and it was refunded. Glad I went.

A must visit place for any football lover

As a Barca fan it was a dream come true for me . I enjoyed the visit seeing the place where the magic happens. I lover every bit of it

Nou camp experience. Wonderful!

Fabulous experience. Very interesting. The museum was awesome inspiring. We went onto pitch side and then up onto the higher tier.. staff recognised I was exhausted and let me use the lift! A nice touch.

TOUR WITHOUT THE TOUR

SCAM- paid for a tour on 26/04/23 and was unable to view the stadium after already queueing for 2 hours, as was advised they're not sure when they will open. Complete waste of €50.

Really interesting tour. My son was enjoying. So many interesting things to see. Recommended to see for all football fans.

Match Day Visit

Arrived for a tour and museum experience only to be told at the entrance that we would only be able to visit the museum and look at the stadium from the top as we would not be allowed inside due to the upcoming match that evening. We were offered the chance to come back the following day but would have preferred to have known prior to arriving. Museum was very interesting. We travelled from the UK for the visit and left feeling deflated. Very shocked by the price of merchandise in the club store. VERY expensive.

Amazing experience

I brought this as a Christmas present for my partner and 2 sons and they loved the experience they had a really good day out and haven’t stopped talking about it

Great experience! Kids want to return.

If you are a Barça fan this is a must go! Having been a fan of the team from afar, it is breathtaking to walk on to the field and see the trophy room. My teenage kids want to return again. RE Tour Operator You could buy the ticket directly from Barça site. If you buy them here you have to go somewhere else to pick them up first. However, this is written explicitly on multiple places before you book, so I find the poor reviews about that unfair. To pick up the tickets, everyone was friendly, it was super quick, and made us explore more of the city, so no regrets.

Great experience well organised

Spent a few hours on the tour. Very well organised and lots to see. Took amazing photos pitch side and from the stands. Lots of football history to enjoy.

VIP

VIP players view is the way to go, the food and drinks before and during games is excellent. Getting seated and watching the game from player view while sitting in comfortable chairs is well worth the money.

Massive bummer

The longest queue you can imagine. Also could not access the stadium at all as there was a training at that time. Also needed to pick up tickets from the office, no electronic delivery. I would suggest to book directly from FC Barcelona website instead. And check that there is an access on that day

Appreciate the walks...

Appreciate the walks around the different rooms, pitch and (stadium) stands. The crowds were the damper during an otherwise good visit/tour. :)

The ground was great. Viator was not. Really bad organisation. Had to go to a bus station miles away to get my ticket!

Camp Nou Tickets but Read the Details

I’m giving this a 5 star review because of the ease of buying the tickets. HOWEVER, READ THE DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING. The ticket pick up itself is very far from Camp Nou. I will not blame them l, but myself, for not reading through all the details before purchasing.

Camp Nou-amazing! Ticket collection-nightmare!!

Camp Nou fantastic! But getting the tour tickets wasn’t! They have to be collected from a small office in a bus station miles from the stadium-even with Google maps it was a nightmare to find!! Why they can’t just be emailed to you is beyond me?? So if you buy it via trip advisor please make sure you plan this into your stay. Thankfully the tour itself made up for the inconvenience.

Julia travel absolutely poor with the tickets

The tour was great after I had to pay for the tickets AGAIN. The location for me to collect the tickets was over 5k away meaning I could not collect them. I have used your services before and had no problems with our Anfield tour.

Full of energy being among all of the Barca fans

My husband is a long time Barca fan. I really enjoyed watching him study the exhibit in the museum, taking photos, and especially loved being in the stadium with the other fans. We met others and who love the team, and helped each other take photos in the stadium to take home and share! Loads of fun!

Camp Nou.

What a superb experience, the stadium is awesome so easy to access even with 78000 spectators entering and leaving. We were positioned on the halfway line about 30 rows back, super view, fantastic atmospherics and a really great game of football against Vilareal. Catering was a bit naff but the rest of the experience was mega. Apart from an occasional visit to see the grandchildren play my wife does not generally do football but even she was awe inspired. Expensive but the experience is well worth it. Come on Barca.

Very poor booked for tour, museum etc only to get to the stadium to find out we could only do the museum and view stadium from the stands, not impressed !

Camp Nou tickets through Julia travel

Got to Camp Nou only to find out that the tickets we booked needed to be picked up somewhere else in Barcelona ! Tried to purchase three more tickets at the stadium only to be told that the museum was closed and there was no more stadium tours that day due to it being a match day so it wouldn’t have made any difference if I’d picked up the original tickets…. Still wouldn’t have got in. Could not get a refund as the tickets were for the day we ordered them and the company needed 24 hour notice to cancel and refund. Dreadful experience

Great experience but Viator could do better

Camp Nou is an amazing seat of football and holds a wealth of history and triumphs. It was a truly memorable experience to share with the family. I would not recommend using Viator however as it required us to travel across the city in order to collect the tickets rather than simply download them to my phone. This wasted a good hour and a half of our day in Barcelona and threw all of our plans out meaning we needed to rush and didn't make it to one of our sights.

Check where you need to pick up tickets

We ended up not using the Tickets we got from here and we didn't get any refund .. we made a mistake and didn't check the pick up location because it is so so unlikely that the pick up location is 20-30 min with car from the events.. I don't recommend buying tickets from here, just go to the stadium, there is no time slot so you can just buy your ticket and go in, it is also less than what they offer here, it is just very convenient to buy it at the stadiumno long line ( we were there on sunday at ~12:30). This is just not worth dealing with, The customer service was not helpful at all..
