Really good day out

Good day out. All of the rides were really fast, even the ones that looked slow. The big drop slide felt really dodgy getting into the start booth as the floor was really wobbly. Really good ride though. Wish we’d brought water shoes as our feet were burning on the all of the floors all afternoon. Lots of people carry sandles or crocs to avoid this and I wish we had. Discovered a free bus back towards Barcelona as we left that was put on by the park which dropped us at a station to get the train back to Barcelona. Not sure if it takes to the park as well, but worth checking. Google maps tells you to get the 805 bus to the park but this is wrong…you have to get the 804. My daughter figured this out a few weeks before us so we were ok, but lots of people were saying that their bus didn’t arrive which was prob the 805. Get the 804 and you’ll have a great day here.

Quite good for small children. Maintenance needs to be looked at..ie very slippery surfaces around pool and missing boards on platforms.

The water park is just great! Had so much fun with the kids that we wished the park remained open for longer hours. We loved everything there (the rides, the swimming pools, the picnic area,...). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend it for a family friendly day out.

Some disappointment feelings

The water park is not bad nether very good. They said that there’re safes for rent but there wasn’t and nobody could explain why.

To much People; queue

Problems with information from operator Julia travels via Viator. Tried to follow information given in voucher but that was wrong. Had to call the given number in voucher and then I had to use my own car to the park.

Great for the kids

The kids loved it. It didn’t take us long to get there from The Gothic Quarter. Lots of lifeguards. Pools were clean. Lots of choices of slides. There’s also a shaded park area. €4 for sun beds and you have to pay for lockers. We had a great day

<p>Water park was amazing fun. Shuttle bus was a nightmare. No info on booking as to where we were being collected. Hotel eventually called the disinterested customer services, where I was informed I was supposed to call to arrange pick up! No phone number on voucher anywhere and no emails to state this either. Had a city bus tour and if it wasn't for the fact our hotel was right opposite a stop we would have been left in the dark there too! Good deals through Viator but thats it!</p>

<p>Lockers were expensive 8 euros and were told wrong information about the shuttlebus, was told we would be picked up and dropped off however shuttle bus only takes you halfway. was also very disappointed that we were told the wrong time for the shuttle bus and ended up spending about 50 euros on taxi.</p>

<p>Me and my partner loved it here. The queues weren't too long and went down quickly. The food was a bit pricey but as expected really. Staff were friendly and helpful and in general the park was fairly clean. A good day out in the sun!</p>

<p>Nice day but gained nothing by having a Viator Electronic Ticket Voucher booked online. Stood in queue for 30 minutes to enter but was refused entry with the voucher and told I had to queue all over again at the ticket office to exchange for a ticket!! </p>

<p>Shuttle was well organised and we were allowed to catch the 16:00 coach instead of 18:00. The Water Park is literally 15 minutes from Barcelona centre. Good changing/toilet and shower facilities, varied slides (which were great fun)! Excellent picnic and eating facilities if you like fast food! Busy in first week of July - lots of local children and queues weren't too bad. Wave machine was superb fun! Plenty of pools with space to swim. Highly recommend for getting away from centre of Barcelona for the day.</p>

<p>A great day out. Would definitely recommend that people take the 9-4 option rather than the 6-11 as the park becomes ridiculously busy from about 11AM onward. We arrived at 10.00 when the park opened and almost had the water park to ourselves for the first hour or so. Great day out and worth every cent. Also make sure you bring your viator voucher to the reception of the waterpark as that is what gets you into the park</p>
