Guided Tour Sagrada Familia and Park Guell

Wonderful experience!

Our tour guides, Philippe for the Sagrada Familia and Juan for Parc Guell, were exceptional. Their passion for Barcelona's culture and history was evident, and they exceeded our expectations. We took the tour in French, which was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the experience in our native language. Their extensive knowledge, enriched with anecdotes and local legends, added a unique and appreciated touch to the tour.

Insightful background for both tours!

We very much enjoyed this tour! As others have mentioned, this is essentially two separate tours, and you are responsible to get yourself to the meeting spot for both tours. There was plenty of time to get to both, so no need to stress. We ended up with the same guide for both tours. His english was excellent, and he provided a lot of insights and background to both locations that we would not have known otherwise. It really added to the enjoyment of the experience. The inside of Sagrada Familia was breathtaking! It is not your typical Catholic cathedral. The colors were amazing and everywhere you looked it was incredible! We enjoyed both tours and would recommend them to anyone wanting to tour two of Barcelona's biggest tourist destinations!

Below expectations. Guide did his best, but it wasn't understandable enough. Sorry.

Had to pay extra on the spot because my child wasn't a child (12 years) unlike the information on the website. 18 euro extra We didn't understand a thing ( just like the rest of the group) of the information the guide gave us. He did his best to explain in English but because of the accent it was very very difficult to understand.

Amazing experience during first time in Barcelona

We visited La Sagrada Familia with a tour guide called Bruna and we had a great time, she explained everything very well and was super kind. Unfortunately she did not give us the tour of Park Güell, but it was also an amazing experience!

Amazing tour

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. We really enjoyed how we had the guided tour and then free time to explore the area. Our tour guide Bruna was fantastic! Very nice and educated about the different sites. Definitely needed the background story to enjoy Park Guell. The tour company was professional and easy to find the meeting point. Only thing that could be improved is the explanation of the time line prior to purchasing the tour since the two tours are separated by several hours. But we Highly recommend.

Beautiful spots

Both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell are beautiful and must sees. Guide was informative and skip the (very long) line makes tour well worth it. Just note that if you do both, it’s two seperate tours - you meet at and tour Sagrada Familia first, then you make your way to Park Guell on your own (usually by taxi) for 2nd tour. Not a huge deal but none of the people we were with knew that until tour guide explained at end of Sagrada tour.

Excellent tour

Very well organised. The tour guides were extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about both the Sagrada Familie and Park Guell. All arrangements went like clockwork. The guides ere concise and overall a very good experience.

Having historical...

Having historical information on the sites makes it so much better to appreciate. The tour guides had a lot of good facts to provide.

Less than satisfactory tour

It was a beautiful place to see and get in somewhat quicker than standing in line. What we could hear was good and helpful except we could only hear or understand about half of her presentation. Just past midpoint we lost physical contact as it was impossible to track her in the crowd. A lollipop sign could have prevented this.

Excellent tours but plan your day!

Highly knowledgeable & entertaining guides but plan your inter-site transportation, as you’ll have only about one hour to get from one to the ither (allowing for queues & walking to the meeting points) - works best with either the HOHO or normal busses or taxi (but more expensive)

Barcelona Must See Places

We had the same tour guide for both Sagrada and Park Guell. He was great (I believe Mark was his name.) He was knowledgable and explained everything perfectly for us during the tours.

La Sagrada familia

Great tour. Our guide was amazing! I highly recommend this. The church was absolutely beautiful. This was our first time to Barcelona and fell In love with the city.

Great tour

Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided interesting information without droning on and on. My only negative comment is that his English was very heavily accented and sometimes made it difficult to understand him. While the group was large he did manage to keep us together.

Isaac S. is the BEST!

Isaac S. was our tour guide. He was phenomenal because he is so full of character and passion for what he does and it truly illuminates out of him. His speech was fluid when telling stories about either attraction. He was also very kind and funny. If I had to choose a tour guide to travel all of Spain with it would be him. Thank you for the amazing experience Isaac.

A must see

Our tour guide Violet was fantastic! She explained alll the details about the Sagrada Familia and park guell in such an enjoyable way, it never got boring. Both places are incredible and a can’t miss. Highly recommend!

Wonderful tour of Sagrada Familia

It was a wonderful tour. Our guide was friendly, very personable and knowledgeable. The basilica is breathtaking and so much more meaningful with a guide.

Incomplete Tour description caused me to miss out on Park Guell

So, the actual tour of Sagrada Familia was great, the tour guide was very informative and also had a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, I never got to Park Guell because the tour description was not clear about the total length of the tour, including that there is an hour plus of free time in between seeing Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. So, instead of a 1.5 to 2 hour tour, it's really a total of about 4 hours. I did not have 4 hours. Because of this, I was unable to get full value for what I paid and will be asking for a 50% refund.

Isaac S is the tour guide of dreams!

What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon! Our tour guide Isaac S was so unbelievably passionate about the Sagrada Familia and parc Guell and he was energetic and knowledgable throughout the whole experience! Can’t wait to return in 2026 to see the “finished” sagrada Familia and have Isaac show us around again!

Amazing , must do .

The experience was amazing , our guide Isaac was very informative and great at helping us immerse ourselves with the experience. He made the experience very good and easy to understand as we don’t speak Spanish and are from Ireland.

Best tour!

This tour was amazing! Our guide really went into detail about everything and helped us learn all the history. She also kept us in the shade on a very hot day which was sweet. Would recommend highly!

Gina was amazing! She was fun/funny and so knowledgeable and passionate about the Sagarada and Park Guell! I highly recommend this tour when we come to Barcelona to see these sights!!

Guiding in circles

Having the easy access to the entrance of Sagrada Familia is wonderful. Our tour guide was at times confusing and went in circles. The group was too large (19) and it was difficult to hear at times. The two different meeting spots was also frustrating since the description did not mention needing to go to the Park on our own within the short time frame. Also, at the end of the tour, our guide Oriol stood near us and waited for a gratuity. It was very uncomfortable especially since we understood that tipping in Spain is not typical.

Guides were knowledgable...

Guides were knowledgable and friendly. The worst part was having to travel between the two places. There should be transportation provided from one to the other.

Visit to La Sagrada Familia

Some friends recommended that I take the Ls Sagrada Familia tour with Tours For Today and I did it and I loved the tour!!! The guide explained everything in detail and very pleasantly, even the children listened with interest!! I recommend it 100%!!!!
