David did an excellent job of explaining the history of the city, pointing out so many details that we would have obliviously walked past, and he made it so fun and enjoyable! He is an absolute expert and such a pleasure to spend time with. We are so grateful for this experience and highly recommend adding this tour to your trip!

Great Guide, Great Tour!

We booked this tour for our first day in Barcelona. It’s a great overview of the Gothic area and David was the perfect guide. He is very knowledgeable and explained the history behind the places we visited. He was very respectful of our time and tailored our tour so we could spend more time at the Sagrada Familia. When we arrived at the church, there was a women’s choir performing, which made our experience very special. We highly recommend a tour with David! Great communication, and a very enjoyable morning with a really nice guide! You don’t want to miss this one!

Excellent Barcelona Tour with David- Sagrada Familia a must.

David is great to work with and knows the city very well. His extensive knowledge of Barcelona helped us expand our understanding of the history and development of the city and the Gothic Quarter in particular. We saw Roman ruins we would have missed on our own and he even shared insights about local artists and favorite cafes. Seeing Sagrada Familia with him was a highlight as he has a passion for this sight which he shares and he explained and called our attention to the many details of the architecture and art. I wish I could return there already. We highly recommend David and will work with him again.

Entertaining and informative

David was a very good tour guide a wealth of knowledge on the Gothic quarter and a veritable walking encyclopedia at the Sagrada Família!! he provided great suggestions of places to eat, and things to do. Very personable and fun to talk to as well. We highly recommend David if you were going to take a guided tour.

Wonderful Tour

Best tour in Barcelona!

David was such an excellent guide. His knowledge of the city and its history is to be commended. David quickly recognized our love of history and level of knowledge. He then adapted to be more in depth for our personal interests!

Great experience

Our tour guide Angel was fantastic. He spoke perfect English, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, talked about history philosophy architecture geology in a way that was just fascinating and relevant to what he was showing us. There were just two of us on the tour He also went over the time scheduled for the trip, for which I tipped him, but he was just friendly, open and helpful and did whatever was necessary. Highly recommended!

You will miss out on so much without this tour!

Barcelona is such an amazing city but without a tour guy with the passion to show you all the details you will miss out! Dave was exactly that. He wanted us to love this city as much as he did and took us to the big amazing sites and the "local" spots to enjoy. We were a challenge as we had 80 year old family member and 10 years olds, he figured that out too and all enjoyed his company.
