Thai Cooking Class in Bangkok

Wonderful experience!

Natcha (sorry if misspelled!) was an amazing teacher - very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information she has learned from years and years of experience cooking and consulting all over the world!! She accommodated our vegan and vegetarian diets with no problem which was very much appreciated! I cannot wait to try our new skills at home :)

Essentails in Thai Cooking!

Learned a lot of the techniques to make Thai cuisine authentic: from cutting up ingredients to the balanced use of sauces, pastes, and spice mixes. Appropriate cooking temps was covered. Kimmy was a great and entertaining host/teacher. We will definitely use what we learned.

Super Chef, super fun and really interesting dishes to leant.

The Chef 'Natcha' was super friendly and charismatic, with a lot of knowledge not just on Thai cuisine as she has traveled and learnt in many other countries. Super didactic lesson and the cooking school was also in really sharp conditions. Truly recommended!

this was an awesome class! very well organized and the food was amazing...one of the best meals we had in Thailand. you can pick your menu so that you know that you will like the food our cooking teacher kimmy was the best! I would enroll in this class again!!

I enjoyed the cooking class. We had a little tour on the market. I saw raw rice paper for the first time. I want a recipe at the time of the lesson. Because, chef Cherry taught me important things. I wanted to take notes. Thank you Chef cherry. I hope see you again.

I love cooking Thai food and this class definitely motivated me to use fresh ingredients like galangal, lemongrass and kefir leaves, instead of the ready made pastes. Saren is a fun instructor. Their class is clean. Market tour is interesting. Overall, a great experience if you are interested in cooking Thai food at home.</p>

<p>Awesome experience. The instructor was personable, spoke great English and took extra precautions to ensure healthy safety. We very much enjoyed the experience. Definitely do not eat before as you make so much food and can make sure to personalize it to your taste preferences i.e. spicy level. Highly Recommend!</p>

<p>Such a cool experience! We really had a lot of fun and the chef was so warm and friendly. I'd really recommend doing the early class so you can walk thru the local market. It was great to have someone explain what all the local produce was. The food was great! You'll take some left overs with you and be full all day. It was one of my favorite experiences in Bangkok. We even came back to the market to get some of the great Thai tea/coffee from a vendor that the cook introduced us to.</p>

<p>This was the highlight of my short stopover in bangkok. Sarin was my chef/teacher and was very friendly and we got on well. Bang rak market is a place to behold and the kitchen overlooks this. The dishes we made were perfect and quick and easy. Don't have breakfast first. A must do in Thailand Enjoy</p>

<p>Myself and two friends did this cooking class together, and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Make sure you turn up with an empty stomach, as you get to eat the dishes you cook, and I struggled to finish mine had to take a doggy bag home. I've picked up some tips from this class which I've now applied to my cooking at home, which my wife is very happy about. Only a 5 mins walk from Saphan Taksin BTS skytrain station, so it was easy to get to. I would definitely come back again and learn some more dishes next time I'm in Bangkok.</p>

Tolles Erlebnis ❤️ Unsere Kochlehrerin Cherry hat uns am Markt (die Kochschule ist direkt im Marktbereich) einen Einblick in die Lebensmittel und Gewürze Thailands gegeben. Anschließend haben wir Laab Kai, Pha Neang Gai, Pad Thai, Som Tam (mein absoluter Thaifood Favorit) und Khaw Neaw Mamuang (Sticky Rice with Mango - mein neues Lieblingsdessert) gekocht. Unser Kochlehrerin Cherry war super kompetent, sehr lustig und hat uns auch einen tollen Überblick über das Leben der Thailänder verschafft. Die Kochschule ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. 100% Empfehlung.
