Ruined my anniversary surprise!

Horrible experience…1st off my driver wasn’t at the airport on time then showed up 1.5 hrs late..then I was given a taxi which is not what I paid for being it was my anniversary, ruined my surprise for my wife and someone needs to make this right

It was well worth the price.

The transportation pick up was well coordinated. We took the option to have an escort who met us as we got off the plane and he walked us through an immigration line where they expedited the process. Then we picked up our bags and he took us to the trip advisor coordinator where I saw my name posted. She called the driver and took us to him. Just having your confirmation number for the ride and your hotel information to show everyone would make the process go smoothly. It was well worth the price.

Great service, arrived early and still hassle free!

Good service provided by IAsia Thailand. I changed my pick up time a few times via WhatsApp and they are very prompt in replying to my request on the changes. The guide was waiting for us who took us to the driver a Mr Pet. He helped to carry our luggage to the van. There is also free wifi on his van that we could use. We then booked our return with them. Excellent

Extremely disappointed lucky to get to our hotel in 1 piece

Was not there to greet us, another company representative called the company and got the driver to pick us up. He was 40 minutes late. The other company representative took us to the van. He drove to fast and reckless my son fell forward hitting the seat in front hard then he settled down. Extremely disappointed

A must do option for any visitor to Bangkok

Pre-Arranged Transfer is a God-Send

Arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport is frenetic and having pre-arranged transportation into the city is a god-send.

The instructions were...

The instructions were slightly confusing, as it said between gate 3&4, which meant by the doors 3&4 after grabbing bags and out of customs area. They were very nice and helpful once we found them

The staff at the airport were so attentive. She escorted us to our car and made sure we got in safely. The driver was cautious and gave us a good ride to the hotel

I’m not sure why I’m getting this email to leave a review and asking how my trip went , when it never happened . Mid way on the sky I got an email they canceled my ride and I would get a refund And I still have not seen a refund or en email with my refund .

Prompt, easy, and good driver

There are two parts of this package: 1. Fast Track in the airport 2. Transportation from the airport to the hotel Part 1 - we were met as soon as we exited out of the airplane. The person was there with a sign with our name. He helped us to pull the carry ons and led us to Fast Track. BKK airport is very large and busy. If he wasn't there to escort us, it would definitely cost us more time and effort to find the Fast Track. We were tired after a long flight, so the help was good to get to Fast Track directly. But he really didn't do anything else but to lead us to Fast track. There was no paper work needed to go through custom and immigration. He then led us to pick up the luggage. It was a long wait for the luggage. I tried to ask him a few questions, but his English was too limited to understand me, nor to answer my questions. After the luggage arrived, he pushed the luggage to gate 4, where we meet the driver. At Gate 4, there were so many names listed on paper, we couldn't find my name. He tried to call his company to find out why. I asked him if the driver could be anywhere else, he said no. We waited for 10 minutes, still no driver. So I started to walk further down the walkway myself and found a driver holding a sign with my name. After I came back with the driver, another sign with my name showed up. So we had two drivers with my name. We spent another 10 minutes to figure out who is the right driver. Part 2 - Transportation - after we figured out who is the driver (which was the one I found by myself) we followed the driver to the outside of the terminal. He told us to wait there for him to pick up his van. We waited for 20 minutes because the traffic at the airport was very heavy. After he came back with the van, he helped us with the luggage. The van was large and clean. The driver was very safe. We arrived at our hotel after 1 hour.

Good experience

Our arrival was on time but it took much longer to emerge into the meeting area due to slow luggage delivery. Finding our name on the board between gates 3 and 4 at Suvarnbhumi Airport was easy and friendly young ladies called the driver to pick us up. It took two hours in a comfortable, air-conditioned van to reach our centrally located hotel near the River. I would highly recommend this service,

It was convenient but not worth it

I had to wait a while in the heat for my vehicle, I booked it because I didn’t want to wait for a car but ended up waiting anyway. Unless you have a family with you with a lot of luggage, don’t spend 3x what it cost at the airport for this

Your a nobody to them

This service claims it does porterage, it doesn't!!! Due to a recent surgery I'm not meant to lift weight so that's why I booked it. The driver never spoke to me, now come on this is bangkok, the land of smiles.... the trip itself was good that's why it got one star, but a more friendly driver would have been good. I waited at airport almost 40 minutes for the driver. Save your money and get a metered taxi when you get here... I Asia I'm appalled that this is the standard you allow.

Easy and affordable car from BKK Airport

It was great experience to get the private car from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pratunam area in Bangkok. It's easy to find the guide who was right outside arrivals as described. Only take less than 5 minutes until the car arrived to pick us up. We were also given a courtesy call the day after which was a nice touch. Definitely recommended!

Vacation

Was simple and easy to make booking and after leaving customs was easy to find sign with my name. Van was nice and clean and only short walking distance once leaving airport. Would recommend and use for future travel.

Cleaning of airport

Today i am now at Bangkok airport . Its all over neat clean and all employer dedicated to country . Welcome to all tourist. Here many Indian come everyday but here not only vegitarian restaurant. Its difficulty for vegitarian peoples. So i requested to thai governments for open vegitarian restaurant.

到着後ゲートに出て20分待てど誰も来なく、他の業者に探して電話してもら10分後ようやく来てくれてようやく車に乗れるかと思いきや彼は会社の係でドライバーではないといわれた。それから待つこと20分ようやくドライバーが到着、ホテルに着いた。grabの三倍の料金支払ってこのサービス。次回は絶対ない！！！！

スワンナプーム空港→バンコク市内ホテルまでの送迎をお願いしました。到着時の対応がよかったので、出発時も追加でお願いしました。 Tripadvisorで申し込み後、申し込んだアドレスに待ち合わせのExitとGateを知らせるメールが届きました。Exitから出ると、各社送迎サービスの方たちがネームカードを持って待機していて、本業者のカードも私のを含め３組分提示してありました。 スタッフの女性と落ち合うと、ネームカードに携帯番号を記入するよう言われ、そしてそのネームカードを胸に掲げて写真を撮られました。写真はオフィスに送るという説明でした。なんだか映画でよく見る犯罪者の写真のようでしたが、安全上そういう仕組みにしているのかな…と思って従いました。 移動中は一応GoogleマップのGPSで移動ルートをチェックしていましたが、ちょうど混雑がない日だったのか、最短ルートで走ってくれたようです。タクシーと比べて乗り心地もいいですし、ほかの送迎サービスよりも若干割安なので当初は心配でしたが、何も問題ありませんでした。 なお、出発時のピックアップ時間は飛行機の出発時間の４時間前と指定されました。私も渋滞を考慮するとそのくらいの時間がちょうどよいと思って事前にリクエストを出していたのですが、確認メールが送られてきましたので安心しました。夕刻だったので市内ホテルから空港まで往路の＋30分間かかりましたが、渋滞も見込んでのピックアップ時間設定だったのかなと思うと、信頼できる業者さんかなと思いました。
