Our car and driver were waiting when we left the airport and we were on our way! The driver was very careful and got us to our hotel quickly. Very smooth experience all the way around. We are going to book the same car service from IAsia when we return next month. So easy and very much appreciated.

Unpleasant drive

Car was very late and the ride to the hotel was less than pleasurable. My stomach was very upset when I arrived at the hotel. It felt like the car had no shocks.

Easy to find name on the board, very efficient. The person who met me at the airport took me to the car waiting outside. Friendly efficient driver welcomed me and drove me straight to hotel.. so easy! Highly recommend them.

On time pickup

On time pickup, quick comfortable ride to hotel. Car was not electric as advertised , but to us it didn't matter.

Very nice clean car. Professional and courteous driver. We found our name on the wall of names and were immediately greeted by a friendly girl. She called the driver right away and within five minutes we were in the car and on our way. Would highly recommend this service.

Would reconsider booking

No issues with the drivers from and to the airport. We booked the round trip option although next time I’d have reconsidered doing them separately as when the issues arose, we ended up needing help from Viator and the rep kept on insisting that the service had been completed even though the second pick up hadn’t happened yet, due to both under the same reservation. The cars on both occasions were very clean and nice so no complaint there. The issue is just communication between us and the company itself. We booked all of our transportation from/to all around Thailand with no issues with other companies. They confirmed the day before and let us know the time and location of pick up, we had no communications from this company. Our arrival was delayed by 1 hour because of flight delay and I communicated such but received no responses. Finally, received a rude WhatsApp message asking where we were. When I told them that we just landed, grabbed our bags and now were looking for the driver where we were told to look, no responses. From the time we started looking and until we got to the car was about an hour later. I also needed to add that telling us who the person to meet didn’t help when the person wasn’t even there by where our name card was. It was honestly quite frustrating. The responses via App and WhatsApp were very slow and honestly short and quite rude. The return to the airport was another issue. They had indicated they would pick up at certain time and we requested a different time. No responses! So we had to get Viator involved which was another issue itself. Finally we thought we got everything taken care of. On the day of, I got a message that the driver was waiting in the lobby ONE HOUR early! The time change we requested didn’t happen at all. Again, we used Viator for most of our transportation bookings and had no issues, so this was quite an agitation. If we were to do it again, we would have arranged transfer from our Hotel instead. While it would have been triple the price, it would have saved a lot of time wasted and agitation.

Great high quality service

Very smooth transfer service. We were greeted on time at the airport and assisted by a very kind lady. Pick up at hotel was seamless. All cars were very nice and clean!

Great service

After receiving the confirmation with the location of the name signs - all was very easy to find. The driver was friendly,helped with the luggage and gave some suggestions for Songkran without being too talkative. The car was clean and indeed electric ;)! Nothing to complain about!

Terrible. Never got a driver

I didn’t get a driver. My transfer never happen. I shared my flight number with estimated time of arrival. It’s requested and important in case of delays. So that’s the point, by the time I got out there was nobody waiting. I try to contact support, but effortlessly. No return until now. Really bad service. Ouh, and I lost the money Inpaid for the service that never happened. Aweful.

Not the greatest pickup/dropoff

Staff at arrival was nice. Driver was great , car was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival i had to search all over the place from door 3-4 and walk thru several times. Started messaging, since i didnt have cell service(cant call). Another company called for me to see my agent. And was told to walk thru again and as i did i saw my name on sign being put up. From then it was about 20min til car arrived (pretty standard). Now departing was something else leading up to. Last time i confirmed w company about pickup from hotel to airport it was 2 months ago (per thier statement), so around 1130pm wednesday i messaged to confirm pick up time 5am on friday. I waited til 5pm Thursday to message again (all via tripadvisor app), waited till again 7 n asked again. Honestly since it was a 5am pickup i wanted a quick verification that they were gonna be there. Is that too much to ask? And i got a smart snarky response from agent in reply even stating that they confirmed it 2 months ago. As of now really disappointed with the level and attitude i have received from them. Very efficient process, only thing to keep in mind is look for your name (as opposed to IAsia Thailand) on the sign.

Early Morning Amazing

Finding my driver was easy. He was very polite and got me to my hotel safely. It’s a bit unnerving to land somewhere at 1.00 am but I felt safe with this company.

Not What We Expected

It was difficult to spot where our pick up was, as there are several pieces of paper posted in the area indicated for pick up. After having to scan what seemed to be a wall of place cards, I was able to locate my name. I pointed to my name and a lady came to us. To be fair, the lady was very accommodating and warm, however, it took approximately another 20 minutes for the car to arrive. The car was not as advertised: it was not electric, did not provide bottled water and Wi-Fi. We did get to our hotel safely.

Excellent experience

When I arrived, I located my name on a wall at door 3 and was on my way to my hotel within minutes. The vehicle was clean and spotless and the driver very courteous.

A Sure Bet for Top Tier Service

After a delay getting our luggage and not walking far enough down the Arrivals hall to see my name, we missed our window. When we finally figured it all out (stay on the 2nd floor), this company was extremely understanding. They found another driver to take us. While we waited they kept us informed of the status of our ride. They made us feel well-cared for and welcome. The car was new and clean. The driver was courteous and made us feel comfortable and safe. This was such an easy win. Don’t bother with unpredictable taxis and the long line to get one.

Absolutely perfect transfers, and will book again without hesitation!

Some people complain about transfer service, but our transfer was perfect in both directions! From the time we arrived and located our name, we were in the car in under five minutes. Incredibly courteous, professional, and very comfortable ride both to and from the hotel. There is no doubt that on our next visit I will use the same service! Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is a little complicated if you are not prepared for it... when the operator says (very clearly in the booking) to exit arrivals and look for the railing next to the AOT Limo desk for your name, the only thing they leave out is that your name is somewhere within possibly hundreds of other names. And it can take some effort to find your name. If you don't find your name, then call the provider!

Do not book with viator. Easier to use Grab, their version of Uber.

There was no one to greet and pick us up at the airport. We had to look for a company rep to help and she was not really helpful as she doesn’t speak much english. We had to find someone to translate . So it took a while and a lot of frustration before we got to our pick up sedan

The electric transfer service is superb and convenient! It's only took a few min waiting time in order to get our vehicle at the arrivals. The vehicle is very spacious to fit 3 of us and our big luggages. Free water and wifi too! Toll way fees were also included

A wonderful experience with a great car!

I booked the electric airport transfers as a surprise for my husband and also because I really wanted to see what our was like to ride around the city in a fully electric car. We were not disappointed. The I Asia rep on arrival was very forthcoming with communication while escorting us to our car and you can she had a real sense for customer service. The car was brand new and inside leather seats and water and wifi waiting!. A most enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it.

Superior Electric transfer to reach Bangkok city!!

It was great experience to get the EV transportation from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pratunam area in Bangkok. It's easy to find the booth near exit 7 as described by I Asia. Car was very new and clean and water was waiting. There is a lot of luggage space in the back. Definitely recommended!

Electric vehicle was superb

Travelling to Bangkok first time and booked the Electric transfer just to be different and help the environment. Met by the loveliest lady called Ms Wan who showed us to the vehicle. Its a large car like a CRV and all new inside. Water was waiting and we connected to the wifi which was also included. Great way to arrive to our hotel and i would recommend this to all travellers!

Started our holiday ECO style!! So worth it

Very easy to book with Expedia and we received our voucher and when we arrived to the airport, we just walked to the electric car booth. Once we got there, we told the staff we have a booking and showed them our booking number. Then we enjoyed a trip with zero emission. The car condition was excellent, this looked brand new with plenty of space for 4 passengers plus we had 4 large baggage. No extra costs involved and no surcharge to my hotel. Highly recommended

The price is reasonable and it is a limousine service that I would like to use again in the future.

Due to the congestion during the New Year period, we had to wait about 40 minutes from the meeting point to departure, but the journey to the hotel was smooth and the driver was not reckless, which was a relief.
