Great first impression

From the person who meet us at the airport to the driver who took us to the hotel, they were great and friendly.

Absolutely stay away

You will receive a confirmation email with contact details for them. Pretty standard for the tour operator to reach out to you on WhatsApp for airport pickup. Never heard from them. No one with a sign with our name. Get a text saying driver is at some obscure door waiting for us just under a hour after already getting to our hotel with bags. Get a defensive text shortly after saying I never reached out to them.

Variable experience

We booked a round trip service in Bangkok. The reason I give this 4 stars is because the pick up driver seemed rushed and not prepared. He did not give us waters and the car had air conditioning but car was not as modern. He let us know he was about to run out of gas when we were on the highway which made me very nervous since the gas light was blinking. We had to stop on the way to the hotel so he could get gas in the car. Our driver to the airport, Peitoon, was fantastic and professional. The car was clean, modern and air conditioned worked very well. There was waters for us and they were on time for the pick up at the hotel and waiting in the lobby. Peitoon is a five star driver!

Easy Professsional Excellent Service

Highly recommend this private driver and transfer service. At Bangkok airport, I retrieved my bags and went to door number four where I was greeted by the sign with my name on it. The man there contacted the driver for me and waited with me until the driver arrived. The driver arrived and put my bags in the trunk and open the door for me, and the car was beautiful, clean, and had air conditioning and water. The driver took me to the hotel door and dropped me off, and I provided a small tip. The service was easy to book, easy to use, and I would highly recommend using them for any transfer from the airport to anywhere in Bangkok.

Luggage may become an issue

We had no problems finding our driver, but they are not prepared for more than one suitcase and one carry-on per person, the representative told us. We did not have the option to list how many bags we had when we hired the shuttle on this website, and had no idea that it would be a problem. We are in Thailand for several weeks, so have more than one bag and a carry-on each. We had an appropriate number of people, according to them, but too many suitcases. Luckily, the driver was willing to let us hold some of our luggage on our laps, so that we would fit in the vehicle that they had sent. It all ended well, but it was much more complicated than it should have been. Other than that issue, the service was wonderful and our driver was very kind.

Chesper option than others

This ride was way chesper than the other rodes our hotels booked for us. I would definitely reccommend using this service.

Hard to find driver

The pick up point was difficult to find with so many gates and we had not been advised which gate our pick up was from. Fortunately friendly locals helped us and we eventually found the Rep who rang for our driver, who was efficient and safe. Maybe it would be a good idea to advise travellers in advance where they should go to find their Rep, as happened for our pick up at Chiang Mai airport

Exceptional Service

Our driver was wonderful and went above to help us. We forgot our passports in the hotel safe and he contacted the hotel and explained our problem. Instead of us having to go back to the hotel from the airport, he asked the hotel to have our passports delivered to us at the airport. Excellent service by a very caring and helpful driver.

Well organised transfer despite the large number of people waiting

Despite the huge number of people arriving for transfers they seemed to have a system that works fairly well & after a short wait we were sent upstairs to meet a pick up car that we had seen colour & rego for. .Luckily I was being helped y a young man from Cathay in a wheelchair & he knew where & how to go. We may have had ore problems without his help. The ride into Bangkok went well.

Our connecting flight was diverted due to a medical emergency, so we missed our final flight into BKK and had no way of calling the driver. Once we arrived they graciously and quickly sent another car for us. We appreciated the swift response after a difficult and long journey. Car was clean and air conditions. Driver was very professional.

Ride to hotel

Shuttle driver was late but once he arrived the drive to the hotel was very smooth. I really appreciated the driver getting out after I was dropped off and he took my luggage out the car

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Got us there quickly. Door to door service No problems whatsoever Water was provided as advertised. The gentleman was standing by the exit with a clear and visible sign with our names and “Viator”

Got us there but poor drive quality.

The was on time and got us to the airport on time. The reason giving a three star rating was that the driver constantly accelerated and decelerated along the way giving the ride very jerky feeling. Even along the freeway he would always step on the gas and then let go. It gave me a car sick kind of feeling.

What a

Driver didn’t really speak English, never got a water bottle like description states and definitely was not door to door. I had to go outside after finding my name on a sign and find my driver by license plate. What a nightmare!

It was fine. But watch for system issues

Booked for 4 people to the airport, driver showed up with paperwork showing 2 even after company confirmed it was 4. Driver was fine and accepted it but somewhere the systems need to communicate better and more accurate

Late night transfer with one small hiccup

Transfer was mostly efficient. Appreciate the email about where to meet. Unfortunately, we were enroute to didn’t get the email until after we reached the hotel. We found the Viator sign by wondering near the exit, however, they had our names behind someone else’s so we passed them several times before asking the person who revealed our the sign with our names. Not a great start at midnight, but after that everything went well with the ride.

Never connected with my driver, did not know where to meet him. Waited 45 minutes! Had to catch a taxi.

Had a peace of mind knowing that the driver and car were waiting for you. You just need to look for your name at the gate and the transportation to hotel is there.

I booked both ways, from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to the airport. Both were perfectly done. I’m very satisfied with their services and won’t hesitate to use their services again next time I’m here n Bangkok.

Reliable Airport transportation

Loved that we were met at the gate and we were escorted to express customs exit. The driver was knowledgeable and safe. Would definitely use them again and actually already have them booked for our return to Bangkok

My hotel transfer driver / van to the airport was punctual and a good safe driver. Clean van too with seatbelts.

Reliable transport

A bit of a delay in getting picked up, but we did take a while to get off the plane - our driver had to be called and it was some time to arrive. However, we got to hotel without any major problems. The drive back to the airport was great, even adjusted our time for pick-up to suit us better. Would use this company again.

So far half our Viator experience has gone perfectly. On time pickup iat airport clean van and polite friendly driver. Our 2nd half will be shortly.

Our ride was waiting even at 12:30 AM!

We were nervous about our pick up at the Bangkok airport because our arrival time was 12:40 AM. No worries! Our contact person was exactly where we were told to meet and our taxi was there to take us to our hotel within 5 minutes. Our payment through Viator was all that was expected - no hand held out for a tip, no having to negotiate, no worries about having the driver demand an exhorbitant price upon arrival. Thanks, Viator, for choosing such a reliable company for us and handling the scheduling.

Pick up service is punctual. We felt safe with our service driver (I think his name is Pisu). He even took our picture before getting on his SUV.
