Nopparat Thai Dinner with Classical Dance

Average dinner and a show

We were recommended this show by a friend and had a good time. It’s not in the same building that is shown in the pictures, it’s currently on a small circular stage in the center of the restaurant. The doors open at 7 and they start serving drinks (1 nonalcoholic drink included) soon after. Appetizers are a small dish of fried food (sweet potato, beans, shrimp) with duck sauce. Entrees are rice with a curry, broth soup, fish, and glass noodles. Dessert is fruit. The food is good. They offer a small glass of fig juice after. The show itself has lovely dancers with live music and lasts 45 minutes. It is a very simple show with no backdrops, just nice consumes. They do get the audience involved. We enjoyed our dinner here but for 800 baht it was steep.

Lively meal with local dances!

Not only is there a classical dance show, but the food is delicious as well! The shrimp chips, tempura, and curry that came out first were all very satisfying and tasty. The Classical dance is also very wonderful. At the end we took a lot of photos with the dancers (dont forget to tip)

Great night out in Bangkok

We booked the ticket only with no dinner. We were really impressed with the artist, dancers and musicians who did a wonderful performance. Not as fancy as the other shows BUT this was great for us. As you leave, the dancers will see you off and you can take pictures with them (dont forget to tip)

DON’T GO

The show is very poor, it is not lively, the food is not even close to being called delicious, the atmosphere is low quality for the price, save your money and look for a better show, the show does not take place in a theater as shown in some photos, it is a small space and low quality show, they only charge you in cash. DON'T GO, you will waste your time and money

Very disappointing

We were sitting on one of the sides of the stage (which is round… all the eating tables are positioned around the circular stage), and not once did any dancers turn toward us, head on so that we could see them full face. Most dances faced one main direction, so very lucky for the people who were sitting there. The food, if it had been hot, would have been nice, but the spring rolls and the noodles, and the deep fried vegetables were all cold by the time they were served to us which was disappointing. The performance was quite short. We ordered drinks and I had to go and chase bartenders twice to remind them to bring our drinks and then when they did finally bring the drinks they were wrong. A little frustrating. I don’t think this performance is worth the money and I wouldn’t bother to go again.

Great value

Food was delicious and a great way to taste a variety of classic Thai dishes. Dances were all very beautiful and/or fun and entertaining. The sword dance where the little girl came up to help was so cute, the ones where the dancers went into the audience were fun too. Venue was accommodating, even though they had a lot of large tours they still checked in with me often since I was solo, they didn’t mind that I was 15 minutes late, and helped arrange my rack back to my hotel. Glad this was my first experience in Thailand.

Value For The Money.

The location of this Dinner/Classical Dance venue is different from the pictures on this "ad". You eat around a circular stage which holds 4-8 dancers at one time. Dancing/music was entertaining. Food was ample. Good service. Size of facility may hold up to 250 people.

The costumes were colorful. The dance performances were short and sweet dances. The bathroom was out of soap

Delicious and delightful

The Classical Thai Dancers were so talented and very entertaining to watch! The dinner and service were excellent and this is an experience we thoroughly enjoyed! High recommendations for this event that travelers should not miss.
