Go for the view and a drink….avoid the food

Vertigo is located on the 61st floor on Banyan tower and the view and vibe is very cool, perfect for a photo and a drink and the service is good. Unfortunately the food is sub-standard and overpriced we tried a number of different items on the menu including - bread (sour and almost stale) - caprese salad (tasteless tomato and mozzarella) - Chicken burgers (not nice at all) - 2 x different Gnocci (chewy and bland) - Horizon mocktails (expensive and sour) - a number of different sides (average at best) View is amazing, service is good…. Food just not up to the standard or price they charge

Delightful experience at golden dragon in taj, Colombo

We had dinner at golden dragons restaurant in taj hotel, Colombo on 22/06/2022 on a/c of my aunt’s 93rd birthday. From the time our booking was accepted by Mr Vajira and before/ during and/ after the dinner M/s Kasun, Vajira, Lasantha and Thilina gave us a personalized excellent service attending to ALL OUR NEEDS. And to top it all they brought in a surprise buirthday cake to the delight of the 93 year old where she named it GRAND FINALE! THANK YOU SO MUCH TAJ ! Best restaurant in Sri Lanka to celebrate important events. ❤️

On Top of the World.

Vertigo reminds me of the very famous song written and performed by Carol and Richard Carpenter “On Top of the World” for sure this is the place to be to experience the ambience of the Bangkok skyline together with the fine dinning with our wonderful Chefs Hashan and Andy. I love the steaks so juicy cooked to perfection. My host Khun Goong a charming Thai lady gave special performance of this song. The music was provided by Khun Mie with his delightful Ukulele. The attentive service and delivery was provided by the gracious style from Mr Saw. A meal, the food, music, and company truly memorable. Certainly deserving accolade “On Top of the World”

Decepcionante la comida para 180€ por persona

Pagamos 180€ por persona y la comida fie decepcionante, y no se incluían las bebidas, ademas vimos que es mas económico comer a la carta, pero la verdad la comida relación calidad precio no es nada especial. Nos llovió y hasta el postre no pudimos subir a la terraza. Solo lo recomiendo tomar algo.

Expérience exceptionnelle sur les toits de Bangkok

Impossible de réserver sur internet avant notre départ, soit-disant aucune disponibilité mais plus sûrement un bug informatique. La vue est époustouflante sur Bangkok et permet de respirer un peu d’air frais, personnel très aimable et accueillant. Dîner plutôt bon même si la note est salée.
