Great places to visit

That was a great trip. The journey was long, but we had a good driver and guide. Krit had a very good knowledge about everything. The van was comfortable, lunch was delicious, and the places were amazing. I highly recommend this trip. It was worth the price.

An amazing day!

Had an amazing time on this tour - the elephant sanctuary is a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide Nan was so knowledgeable and assured us we can visit all the sites at our own pace, whether that was quick or slow. We spent a lot of time swimming at Erawan falls, the water was cool but relaxing. It is a long drive home, but absolutely worth it in my opinion.

Get ready for a great time.

A great experience! The guys did everything to ensure we made the most of our time…historical background, acting as photographer, interfacing with staff at the waterfall and elephant care facilities. You’ll have a new understanding of the power of elephants.

My wife and I had the best time on this tour! From the beautiful waterfalls, to our time at the elephant sanctuary, ad simply getting out of the city. Jessie was a great guide with a lot of information about the area and Thailand in general! It is a full day for sure.

A fantastic trip you will always cherish!

Best guided day trip ever, Fantastic experience!! Our guide Peter Preecha was the best recommend asking for him you will be very pleased! He spoke very good English and explained so many things to us. It was a long day but one of our most memorable. We have taken many excursions but this was one that will be hard to beat! Totally recommend

Gentle giants

The elephants were amazing. We'll probably never have another chance to touch these animals and it was well worth the trek. This is a 12 hour trip with all the driving and you'll want to bring changes of clothes. Sit in the waterfall area and get a free pedicure with the fishes nibbling on your feet. It is a strange feeling.

Must try

Nan was such a delight to be around with her bubbly personality. The waterfalls were beautiful. Our most memorable moments were feeding and bathing elephants (even those who are afraid of animals should try this experience). She also took us to some spots for photos like the death railway, cave and bridge.

So worth it to book a smaller/personal tour

Our guide, Nan, was so efficient and helpful, allowing us to stay ahead of the crowds at various stops on the tour. The elephant sanctuary was a once in a lifetime experience, and hiking up along the waterfalls was a great way to experience the national park.

A Great Experience

We had a blast on this trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of context throughout the tour, plus they were very accommodating to our needs, the fact that they provide water on the scorching heat of Thailand was a very welcome treat.

Loved the falls and the railway. This was our only opportunity to see elephants. If you have a different option I would choice a different location.. our tour guide ann was wonderful! Highly recommend her

A perfect day getting out of Bangkok to see nature and history

This was an incredible tour and I recommend it to anyone that has a full day to spend in Bangkok! It's well-worth the price. We were picked up at our hotel, had a private tour seeing history, waterfalls in a natural park, and then the elephant sanctuary. Eddie, our guide, made the day perfect! This was a full day with so much history as well as nature. We had Eddie to ourselves so we had the chance to be asking questions about the local cultures and customs during the drive to the activities. This is one the most memorable trips of all of our travels in the world and I recommend this to anyone!

A classic, iconic Thailand tour

Seeing the Thai country side, feeding and scrubbing elephants, and then seeing the bridge over the river Qwae…a completely iconic tour of Thailand.

Private, but without any background or history

The visit to the elephant camp was the most memorable part of the visit. Erawan Waterfall was also beautiful and a serene area to visit. Our guide and driver were very nice, but they simply take you and drop you off at each site then you're on your own, without providing any information, background, or history. It may have been just as easy to go independently to each place and spend as much (or little) time as we wanted, rather than go by the fixed schedule.

Excellent Guide and Tour!

An excellent tour, thanks to our tour guide “Bella”. She was knowledgeable and cared for all our needs. The lunch buffet was of good standard as well with a very nice selection. My mother and I enjoyed the experience / day very much (from the famous bridge over river Kwai, the waterfalls and national park, death railway and elephant sanctuary visit). We learned a lot about the tragic history around the railway construction and Japanese invasion shortly after Pearl Harbor. I am grateful for this newly acquired knowledge. Once again, thank you Bella!

Definitely the highlight of our trip! Our tour guide Nan made it extremely special and unforgettable. The trip provided a little bit of everything from history, wildlife, and overall engagement. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a day trip away from the bustling city.

My trip experience

No conformation no contact by the Company nothing. It was an awful experience Had to really prove my point to get a refund. But I finally got it. Very unusual by Victor. As I use them all the time.

A wonderful day trip from Bangkok.

The whole thing was wonderful, Bella and our driver. Mr. Nui gave us perfect service, particularly since we were the only clients that day. The elephants experience was over the top, the falls were beautiful, the cemetery was moving, the story of the Railroad of Death and seeing it was also very historical and moving. Also great to see Thai life outside of Bangkok.

Star the Elephant 🌟 🐘

Best day ever!! My friend and I went to experience this tour to see more of Thailands natural beauty and it ended up being probably one of the best best trips of my entire life. We got to meet a beautiful 25 year old elephant called Star who is being taken care of at the elephant sanctuary and we both instantly fell in love with her. A massive thank you to our amazing tour guide, Nan, who made the day even more memorable! We can’t wait to come back.

Great tour

Private tour was excellent but wished water would have been available in the van during the ride as this was a full day tour.

Good Tour BUT…..

This tour is great BUT from pick up to drop off we spent 13.5 hours on this tour with a (very generous estimation) total of 3.5 hours actually doing the excursions. The distance between the places visited is quite a journey but getting out of then returning to Bangkok is just horrendous which put a dampener on the tour which led to the tour guide, who was lovely, rushing us. For example 1st stop River Kwai we had 15 mins to look around. 2nd stop waterfall we had just 45 mins in total. We had the same amount of time for lunch then same time at elephant sanctuary and lastly half hour max at the Death Valley railway.

Wonderful city

Wonderful City! Loved every site in Bangkok, especially the street food. Felt very safe and at home there. Looking forward to going back next month.

Worth every penny and memorable for life

The foot massage by baby trouts on Erawan falls, and the enthusiasm of our tour guide Kerry. Second the feeding and bathing Elephant, and the bridge on River Kwai. Overall worth every penny.

A super cool experience.

Excellent guide and the places that we visit were amazing. The guide was super friendly and kind. We did everything that was described in the trip. The transportation was comfortable and safe.

Spend some time with the elephants

This was an amazing experience. Everything from preparing the food for the elephants, feeding them and being in the river was remarkable. A life altering activity and highly recommended!

They cancelled and didn’t tell us

Didn’t go. Received two confirmation emails advising us of pick up time of 6.30am. Woke up early and excited and waiting for car. After 30mins, contacted company to be advised they had cancelled our booking. No reasons given, just told to check the website. When asked if they had anyone available they said they were booked out. I guess that was the reason. Double checked and never received an email to advise they cancelled the booking the day before. Now I have to chase the bank to get a refund of over $500usd for a 3 person booking. Will also be leaving BKK in 2 days so won’t get a chance to see it. Absolutely shocking. Don’t bother with these people.

Amazing experience

The guide was so kind and she helped us schedule the trip while having the maximum amount of fun. The driver was a professional. We started with the waterfall, then the elephants then the bridge and everything was so well organized

We did this with a couple of business friends. It was a great day. The waterfalls were the highlight. Just amazing - If you love nature, you'll love this. The Elephant Haven was good, but having visited Lek Chailert's Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai. It felt a bit rushed and like the elephants weren't treated very well. They weren't roaming free and were forced to do tricks and pose for photos by the water. My past experience in Chiang Mai was very different (free-roaming elephants who can do what they want). It's a long day: over 12 hours. More than half of this time is spent driving. The van was luxurious and comfortable.

A must tour introducing you to countryside, history, Elephants and monkeys.

It was a fabulous tour and was made extra special as our guide Rung was excellent. It was a long day but thoroughly worth it.

Best Tour Ever

Araya and the driver were amazing! This was our favorite tour/experience while we were in Thailand. From bathing the elephants, feeding monkeys, eating at fantastic local restaurant and learning about local culture - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a private tour and it is a bonus. From visiting the waterfalls and going for a swim, (the fish nibbling is an experience like no other). To visiting the associated 2nd WW sites ( Bridge over the River Kwai) and listening to the information from the guide. Then to finish the day with Elephant Care - so many incredible experiences in 1 day.

Wonderful day out in nature, swimming in waterfalls, visiting the elephants!

One of the best days of our trip. After a day working our way around congested Bangkok, it was a balm to the soul to take this trip out to the national park, swim in a series of gorgeous waterfalls, then visit the elephants. The surrounding area is beautiful and was a perfect capstone for the last day of our trip. Our guide, Prit, was fantastic. The van was clean and comfortable. We were able to stop when we needed for convenience stops. Lunch was a good buffet at a really pretty restaurant. We were all a little worried about the "hike" to the waterfalls, so for future readers here's the lowdown: You park and then walk a paved fairly flat trail about 300m to the first falls you can swim in (technically falls #2.) We went up to #3, paved, mildly inclined trail, and #4, (paved, much steeper with stairs.) We were there in November and the water was cool but very comfortable. There are changing rooms at level #2. It's definitely more on the "we have infrastructure out in nature" side than the "you're hoofing it thru undeveloped jungle." The elephants have the potential to get you very wet, which they know. We were given heavy weight cotton dark blue pj type shorts and shirts to wear, along with flip flops. They'll keep your clothes and shoes in a basket for your. Go commando and keep your undies dry, or bring a second set. There are changing rooms and showers with towels, shampoo and soap available. We were soaking wet by the time we got out of the river with elephants. We gave one of the workers a phone from the group and he took continuous pictures and video, which was a bonus. We had a great time and got some fabulous pictures. Definitely take this tour, you won't regret it!

Our experience was so amazing with the history of the bridge, Erawan waterfall, and our favorite the Elephant Sanctuary visit. Ken was great and very knowledgeable on everything. Spectacular

The Erawan Falls were breathtaking. Great photos. The elephant sanctuary was a lot of fun. You get to feed and bathe the elephants.

Our tour guide Rung was really good. The day felt chill while also productive. We appreciated that the planning of the day had avoided peak timing of massive crowds. Would recommend this !

Simply amazing

We got off to a bit of a rocky start as the company was having vehicle problems but they more than made up for it! It was definitely the highlight of our trip. Mister Prakub (please excuse me if I have the name misspelled) was a wonderful guide throughout the trip and kept us well entertained with stories about the history of Thailand and life in the farming communities. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Does the job if you don’t drive

It’s nice if you don’t have a car. If you do and don’t mind driving, this trip isn’t worth your money. The trip allows very limited time to explore each spot, and the tourist doesn’t speak very good English nor has more information than what a quick cursory Google search has to offer. The lunch arranged was not particularly great which was evidenced by the complete lack of customers despite the lunch hour.

Reng and driver were absolutely fantastic. This was totally worth the 3 hour drive to the waterfalls. So beautiful and just truly amazing experience. Lunch was great. Very cool place. Stopped to feed some Monkeys. Super scarey but fun. The elephant time was just so humbling. Can’t say enough about that. The train track and war history was very cool with. Good shopping opportunities at both locations. TEng had everything we needed snacks for us to Try and chargers Highly recommend. Bring 2 dry changes of clothes. You will get wet at elephant care!!!

The waterfalls were stunning & feeding & washing the Elephants is something I will remember forever

I would recommend you use the Golf Buggy to get you too the first waterfall & if you have time and the stamina visit all 7 levels of the waterfall.

Loved the national park!

Prakob was a wonderful guide and the highlight of the day was definitely the hike up erawan falls. Bring a towel bc they have shower rooms at the bottom to change after a swim. The trip to/from Bangkok took about 3 hours each way so be prepared for that. The elephant park was my least favorite bc the elephants are clearly trained to cater to tourists for photo opportunities. They seemed to be more interested in the business of tourism there than providing a sanctuary for animals. It was more like a zoo with trained elephants to do tricks. But the cave temple at Burma railway was very cool. Overall it was a fantastic outing and customer service with my guide and chauffeur was top notch.

Absolutely amazing!

The whole experience was perfect!! A spacious comfortable van picked us up. Our guide Rungaroom was so friendly and helpful! We loved spending the day with her! We first went to the waterfall and swam in waterfall #2. I liked that there were changing rooms and showers. The elephant sanctuary was my favorite part! To be able to feed and bathe the animals was magical. Our guide made the whole experience efficient, fun, and unforgettable

A valuable journey

Very enjoyable experience. Pick up was done punctually and the car was comfortable and cool (brought a small blanket). Although outside of the city, both our guide and driver were excellent and made the two hour trip safely and smoothly. In fact, we booked at the last minute and were the only ones on the tour which we appreciate that it wasn’t canceled. For us, the waterfalls and elephant sanctuary were the highlights, the most memorable being the sanctuary and knowing that these wonderful creatures so intelligent and kind-hearted were treated well was blessing. Despite being visitors, a big thank you to our gracious hosts. I would recommend this tour without reserve.
