Great service, poor co-ordination

This is great service, and if it wasn't for the excellent lady helping me it could have ended very badly when the transport didn't show up. it got resolved with her help and I got to Hua Hin eventually Viator is a services broker and cannot co-ordinate between services, and it is hard to deal with when there is a breakdown in service. so I wont recommend Viator again

The smile when I first met the lady. Sorry I forgot the ladies name. So friendly, chatty and helpful. I would recommend this service to everyone. I also included a transfer to the bbk hotel. It meant I was relaxed from start to finish.

The service getting out of the airport was so fast, I would recommend Fastrack to anyone! The representative was able to give me lots of advice, to help me navigate this new place

iAsia Immigration Fast Track Service

We recently used the Immigration Fast Track service provided by iAsia Thailand at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. We were met by a lovely lady who guided us quickly through the airport and immigration. She helped us quickly get our bags. She also assisted us right through to meeting our driver for our transfer to the hotel. On this point she was beyond helpful. Our driver didn't arrive (to note this service was not booked through iAsia - it was a different company). She took hold of the situation, made a few calls, walked us to a different part of the airport and waited until our driver eventually got to us. We would never have found him without her. She was amazing and went above & beyond.

Highly recommended

We were met right outside the plane and accompanied through the terminal to the short priority immigration lane in the arrival hall. Our guide was polite and professional, The process took just a few minutes and allowed us to avoid waiting in long lines to have our passports stamped.

Not the convenience you’re hoping for.

Fast track through customs is already available to business class passengers. No value here. Greeter walked fast in front of us and didn’t really notice or care we had to practically run to keep up. Had to wait for car to hotel for 20-30 mins, could have just walked up and gotten into a taxi. Driver was nice but it was a low end Toyota. Absolutely not worth the price.

Best way to get out of the airport hassle free

Best way to go through the airport. It was quick and so easy. We were off the plane and out of the airport in less than 15 minutes. Very good if you want to get started on you vacation ASAP.

As a first time international traveler who doesn't speak Thai, this service was absolutely crucial. My agent was helpful and polite.

Must do for a long flight

MUST DO IF YOU HAVE A LONG FLIGHT !! I cannot recommend this service enough. It was worth every dollar. They quickly got us off our flight and thru everything to get our bags and walked us directly to the car and it includes the return to the airport. They helped us check our bags and get to the lounge/gate. Makes everything worry free before and after a long flight

Fast and Efficient Service

Ideal to beat the often extremely long queues at Thai immigration if travelling in economy class. We were met at the bridge as expected, taken directly to fast track immigration where we only waited 5 minutes.

Fast and easy

We were almost the last row to get off the plane…our guide was waiting at the Bangkok airline gate for us…we walked for 15 minutes to immigration/customs and got in the fat track line…the baggage carousel was loaded with bags (3 bags deep in parts) when we picked up our bags (almost the last to come out)- everyone else was still in immigration/ customs line…i would say that this service saved us hour to hour and a half with no confusion about what to do or where to go…the guide showed us the taxi stand and left…easy

Easy entry into the country

I have been to Thailand before and wasn't too worried about getting through customs but life has been stressful lately and I was looking for a little luxury. This experience was seamless and I didn't have to think about getting off the plane. I would highly recommend for nervous travelers for for those who just need a little break from having to be aware.

Absolutely recommend this service! If you have any reservations, at all, about getting out of the airport, through passport control, or getting to your hotel-do not hesitate to book this. An agent with your name in a sign is waiting for you as you exit the plane. We were extremely pleased with the ease and speed—we didn’t need to worry about anything and didn’t need to wait in any lines. Can you get out of the airport and to your hotel on your own and for less cost? Sure you could, but why ruin the start of a great vacation with airport anxiety when you could just book this service.

Fast track immigration service

Was met off the plane by the representative, she walked me to the immigration fast track lane. Straight through in no time, then to the baggage carousel. Loaded my luggage onto trolley and then took me out to my pickup point. Excellent service, highly recommended especially after a long flight!

Got me through fast

It was fast, efficient and effective. I saw a line of well over 200 people waiting to go through regular passport control and, after 30 hours of travel, being able to skip that was a delight!

You deserve it. No hassle comfortable greeting airport

Fantastic girl was waiting at the jetway with my name printed on a sign I then got into the golf cart where my driver was waiting to get me through customs even at customs I went through a better line at customs, so almost no wait. I was then walked to a limousine waiting area and waited about 10 minutes only and then got into my limousine to take me to Pattaya wonderful experience.

A really good experience

This really worked perfect. I had the full package including transport to and from the hotel (four weeks between the dates), and everything worked perfect both days. The staff at the airport had a high level of English and took you trough everything in a very nice way, both at arrival and at departure. The car was waiting for you in time both days. The drivers had more limited English but both were very nice and polite. To sum up: I got more than I expected and I am really satisfied with the service. If I shall point on one little thing for further improvement, it must be that I not was offered a bottle of water of the driver at the airport. I was offered it by the driver who picked me up at the hotel, but I think for travelers it's most needed after long flights to Bangkok. Anyway, it's no big thing. Just a tips for improvement.

The rep was waiting at the jet bridge when we exited the plane, escorted us though immigration and then on my way to the hotel about 20 mins after landing. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Worth It!

This service was so convenient. We spotted our guide immediately after leaving the plane in route to immigration and customs. It was a quick commute and process. The overall experience was hassle free. Our guide was also kind enough to help us find our driver. We would definitely recommend this service.

Shockingly bad service.

Firstly my guide was 15 minutes late I waited at the Jetstar area for 45mjnutes! He was looking for a man instead of a woman, it was not easy to identify him with a very small lanyard around his neck! He was quite nice just doing his job . The whole fast track service is very ordinary, they send you through immigration and then walk you (a very long distance ) to the “lounge” comfortable enough! Very easy job and huge money ($149 AUD). The whole process is quite misleading, I thought I would go through fast track luggage (business) , but no still have to queue up! I also (stupidly) used this same company for an airport pick up from BKK airport. I walked up and down the arrivals looking for my name for 90 minutes but he was a no show. Now the company I ASIA cannot find my booking! So that was another $45 down the gurgler! I could not consciously recommend this company to anyone! TRIP ADVISOR!

Fast track was worth it

Our guide was waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane with our name so we could find him easily. We got through immigration so quickly and our transfer to our hotel was great.

Excelkent service

Well worth it. They were waiting with our name on sign even though plane was delayed. Fast tracked us through immigration, helped us to collect bags which were also delayed coming out and took us to car that took us to hotel. Fast, easy, friendly fantastic service. If i am ever back in thailand i would always use this service

Unprofessional and lack of Thailand hospitality

Should have included Wi-Fi and bottle water on pickup. Poor service. The fast track person took me to the wrong pick up location for the driver. He was constantly on the phone texting rather than assisting me

Quick & Easy! Worth the Money!

Our guide was waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane with a sign that said our names. He took us through immigration, helped us with our luggage, and took us to the representative who they use for our transfer to the hotel. Our guide also was patient with us as we stopped at the bathroom after a long flight and waited for us while we exchanged money. This was worth the money for us because we had been traveling for 28 hours including layovers and the last thing we wanted to do was wait in an immigration line. We was off the plane and through immigration in 15 minutes.

Facile et rapide

Nous avons été accueilli puis accompagné dès la sortie de l’avion jusqu’au contrôle de l’immigration par un accès spécial. Nous avons passé les contrôles en quelques minutes puis ont nous a accompagné pour récupérer nos bagages. Super service, très efficace.
