Just the escape I needed!

We had V and he was an amazing tour guide. This was the best tour I had in the Bangkok area. Take this chance to get out of the city and see this beautiful island. You will forget you are in Bangkok and see the most beautiful plants as you learn more about Thailand.

Excellent experience in the Lungs of Bangkok.

It was super hot in April but we had a great time. V was an excellent tour guide. He really looked after us well. Everything was taken care of. Pick up, drop, face towels, bottles and bottles of water, mango sticky rice and lunch He spoke excellent English, gave us lots of information about the Thai life, culture, religion, wildlife etc. It was our first time to Thailand and first morning there too. I regret we didn't understand enough about tipping and thus gave him too small a tip.

Great way to see more of Thailand

What a great tour. We had such a personalised experience with our amazing tour guide. We were taken to temples (blessed by monks during Songkran) in a proper market and some beautiful local food moments. Thanks so much for this experience. (I think the tour guide was Kan?? He was fabulous)

Perfect City Escape

Our guide, Kan, was excellent!! Cycling is the best way to see a different side of a place and this tour was a great escape from the city. We were worried it would be too hot, but almost all of the ride is in the shade of the mangrove and while on the bike you have a breeze. Very organized, informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Adventure!

Biking in Bangkok in a mangrove forest was something we did not think we would do so it was a real treat!

Beautiful experience

What an experience !!!! This bicycle tour is a must do! Very informative guide and well organised. The ride through the trees, farms and fish ponds is amazing and refreshing.I would do this again and highly recommend it.

Great way to spend Half a day

We were lucky enough to only have 2 of us and the guide V. Has travelled a lot and speaks very good English He was fantastic right from meeting us at the cafe to start. The ride was flat and easy to do as the time went on the only worry is the heat to be prepared with sunscreen and hat. This tour is well worth the visit and money.

Things you should not miss in BKK

Jungle Bike Tour - some excercise and nice change of pace in Bangkok

This is a nice tour to get away from the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok for a few hours and get some exercise as well. The tour is in a part of Bangkok that is green, not crowded and a couple degrees cooler. We enjoyed the national park, a sprawling market, and a great Thai lunch as the best mango sticky rice in Bangkok - that is saying something. Our guide was great and knew the area very well. The ride was very leisurely and nobody should be deterred fearing it may be difficult.

Amazing and unusual tour of Bangkok Jungle!

We have been to Bangkok many times over the last 20 years. We only found out about this tour recently. It was without doubt the best trip we have done. We had no idea that this chilled and amazing part of Bangkok existed. Our guide was fantastic, he explained so much, and was a joy to be with. My wife thinks he is the happiest person she has ever met, and I can’t disagree. It’s a full on half day in the heat, but what a treat it was. We saw so much that we never knew existed. The bikes were great, the stops along the way excellent, and the food exceptional. Logistics to pick us up and drop us back at our hotel were slick, and we had a day as a family that we will never forget (3 adults, 1 x 11 year old). There are a few tricky places to cycle, with narrow paths and no railings, but nothing that a bit of caution didn’t take care of. Awesome trip, book it, you will not be disappointed!

Good bike tour

Collected from our hotel on time and taken to the meeting point where we met our guide for the morning ‘V’. From there a short river crossing to collect the bikes, V was very friendly and knowledgeable, many stops for water and food along the way.

Biking tour

We had a great day riding 10 miles around the island. Very easy pace, the terrain is flat. We got to see the locals, feed the fish at the park, stop at the floating market, have lunch and end the day with Mango Sticky Rice!

Excellent Cycling Experience

An excellent cycling experience just a stones throw from Bangkok centre, but with a feeling of being in the wilds of the countryside. Quiet paths and roads with plenty of refreshments on the way. Lunch was perfect and in a setting by the river.

Recommend this

This was a cool thing to do in Bangkok, an interesting contrast to the city and a fun activity. It was gentle cycle around an area south of the river, including a national park, local neighbourhoods and a floating market. Our guide Vee was great, lunch in some local spots was really good and appreciated vegetarian options being available. Hotel pickup and drop-off made it all very easy. The market was more of a locals place rather than tourist-oriented which we enjoyed. Thanks Vee for a great day

Great tour and experience to try!

Excellent tour. Easy enough bike ride. Helmets were available for safety. Informative tour guide, learning a lot along the way. We didn’t have this experience pre booked - in fact we booked at 9pm the night before and the whole process was seamless. Overall a great experience!!

Amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok

Nice diversion from the bustle of Bangkok.

Very good from the start with the hotel pick up by private car on what happened to be a Sunday morning. We walked to the ferry and were at the bike rental station in less than 15 minutes. Decent mountain bikes and helmets after a few adjustments we were off. All very smooth. The ride lasted until @ 2:00 with a great stop at the “floating market “ where we tasted & tested a bunch of different flavors. Back on the bike and we toured the peninsula which was a perfect balance between raised paths & the equivalent of country roads. Bring sun screen otherwise everything was included. We stopped for lunch at a homestay restaurant on the water which the entire group enjoyed followed by a stop for dessert. We were all taken care of including the ride back to our hotel. Really good day!

Wonderful bike tour in Bangkok

This tour was a highlight of our time in Bangkok! Delicious food, interesting stops along the way, pickup and dropoff at our hotel--everything was so organized! If you like biking, this is really a terrific way to experience Bangkok!

Perfect last day activity during our stay in Bangkok

This place is a nice gem inside the city one would not expect to see. Out of the buzzle and noice of the actual city. About sixteen km of cycling in total was not too hard, even though the temperature was high, as we had several stops on the way. And absolutely the best sticky rice with mango during our two week stay in Thailand. Arrangements were perfect. Pick-up from the hotel with nice car, meeting nice quide by the pier and ferry over the river. And the same back. The guide was active and gave lots of information during the bike tour, with very good English. We were seven in total, including our guide. This allowed us to be close enough to hear his stories and also place questions. All and all, you get so much more out of these guided tours compared just hiring a bike alone and cycling around. Perfect last day activity for our visit to Bangkok.

Jungle cycle tour

Vi, our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. His English was fantastic which is always helpful! The jungle was so pretty, I particularly loved the birds and plants there. I would recommend this tour without hesitation.

Wonderful respite from the bustle of the city!

This bike tour was just perfect. We needed some exercise (10+ miles on flat paths or clearly marked bike lanes) and a break from the hubbub and traffic that is Bangkok! Our guide was most accommodating, and the snack and lunch were both delicious.

Great time!

Great time. Picked up from hotel on time and dropped off. Really nice way of seeing a different part of Bangkok. Nice pace on bikes, and really enjoyed the stop offs for a drink and something to eat. Would highly recommend.

A-Mazing

What a fab time we both had from start to finish our guide Viz was amazing made the trip really enjoyable and what a lovely way to see the Green Lung with a fantastic bunch of people. The food was yummy and my favourite mango and sticky rice we’ve ever had. Guide went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our group would definitely recommend booking this trip if visiting Singapore… truly amazing ❤️

Magical bike tour

Amazing Tour!!!

This was an amazing adventure! Our tour guide, Gon, was absolutely fantastic. Biking through the jungle was gorgeous and a little challenging at times— make sure you’re honest about your experience with a bike! The guides can adjust the biking route to accommodate for those who can’t make the sharp turns on the canal ride. If you are up for a slight challenge, however, it is an incredibly beautiful and rewarding experience. The floating market was also absolutely incredible! Usually it is only open on the weekends (something to keep in mind when choosing your booking), but we saw it on a Monday because it was a holiday. We actually wished we had come a little hungry— Gon was buying us all sorts of wonderful snacks! Lunch was absolutely delicious, and can accommodate dietary preferences if you let them know when booking. I’m a vegetarian and still had a delicious meal! The mango sticky rice at the end of the trip was the real cherry on top, I must say. Overall, I highly, highly recommend this experience if you want a little break from the hustle of Bangkok and could use some exercise!

A great ride and food!!!!

We loved our guide. He was fantastic. The home.cooked meal.was amazing. It was a treat to get out of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok to this oasis!!!

Bike ride in a rural unspoilt part of Bangkok

A great morning and early afternoon bike ride on a Bangkok island (peninsular) with jungle greenery. This experience was exceptional and different for a city trip. Tips first - - if you can do this on a weekend, you’ll visit a floating market and try some food. - there are some slightly elevated (up to 3m) concrete tracks without railings. One of our party fell off the track, luckily he was not hurt. So if you can’t balance a bike at slow speed very well, this may not be for you, or be honest with your self and get off and walk those sections. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to the meeting point. We then had a very short walk to the pier to get the long tail boat to the island to get our bikes and helmets. There was a great selection of bikes to suit all needs. We were given water to put in the bottle racks. We cycled for about an hour, arrived at the market and spent about 45mins there, sampling some food ( included). We cycled more, mainly on cycle tracks and some small roads with a bike lane. The routes were through parkland, along water ways and through jungle vegetation. We stopped for lunch at a river side hut restaurant on stilts over the water, where the food (included) was amazing. Rice, sweat and sour pork, vegetables, chickens wings and melon. Further on we had Mango sticky rice and then back to the boat. In total hotel door to door the experience was 5hrs. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic bike tour

This is one of the best tours I’ve done. From start to finish it was well organised and our guide was very friendly and made it fun. It was interesting to see the jungle areas, feed fish, visit the market with lots of tastings and finish with a delicious lunch. It was very hot but we were kept supplied with lots of water. Luckily the terrain was flat so the riding was easy and I would thoroughly recommend this as a means to see another way of living in Bangkok.

Great half-day tour just outside the city.

Great way to see Bangkok from another perspective - from across the river. Their driver picked us up less than two blocks from our hotel. When we arrived at the dock, we met our guide and hopped on a boat to the island. After fitting us with bikes and helmets, we were off for a ~10 mile ride through the labyrinth of paths in the jungle. Our guide Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every so often, he’d stop us to share something interesting. Next time, we’ll do the night tour.

Amazing trip through Bangkok jungle

This was a great experience. Kan was an amazing guide who made sure everyone had a good time. He also had a good sense of humour and made us laugh all the time. The path is sometimes narrow which makes the whole thing more exciting. I really recommend this for everyone who wants to do an activity and see a very different part of Bangkok. You should be able to ride a bike properly if you go on this trip, otherwise you’ll just ruin the trip for the rest of the group.

Great biking and good fun

If you are a bike lover, this is the tour to take. We had great fun with our brilliant guide. The tour exposes you for parts of Bangkok which is unknown for many visitors. If you do not fancy biking, stay away 😁😁

We thoroughly enjoyed the scenic views, cultural experiences, food, and excellent tour guidance from Vee. It was a great way to get a little exercise while mixing in a little bit of everything in one excursion!

Wonderful experience in the forest outside Bagkok

We thoroughly enjoyed our bike tour through the jungle at the outskirts of the city. The level of difficulty was medium, allowing accessibility both for adults and for children. We had beautiful nature paths and the guide was amazing. We had a stop for lunch which was local and delicious, followed by another stop for mango&rice dessert (also delicious). As the tour was on a Sunday, it also included a stop at a market which was fun and gave us the opportunity to try small, lovely treats. Overall, a great experience and a chance to see the less touristy parts near Bangkok.

Everything about this tour was PERFECT 👌

Vee was our Thai guide who spoke perfect English! Everything he told us was very interesting also for our 12 year old son. This was the best Thai guide we ever had in Thailand and we did many tours already. The tour itself was very well organised. The timing was so good. The communication through whatsapp with Ansrach was also very very good 👍 We loved the hotel pick-up, the beautiful ‘green long’ of Bangkok, the stopover at Treehouse cafe and the wonderful lunch, and of course all the information we got from Vee especially about all the religious ceremony and rituals but also about nature and the neighborhood layout.

DO THIS!

Khan was a super friendly guide with a great sense of humor. The trails are a skinny, raised maze of jungle goodness and happy llittle local residences. We also enjoyed monitor lizard sightings, delicious lunch and coffee stops, and AMAZING STICKY RICE! The bikes are Trek Marlins with Shimano components and are perfect for the flat terrain.

Enjoyable, fun and a must for the sticky rice and mango!

This was a great way to see a different part of Bangkok and enjoy the greenery of what is left of the jungle. The transfer was efficient and the guide met us as arranged. He was both informative and made the tour fun and interesting. The sticky rice and mango was a revelation! The lunch was excellent and provided a chance to get to know the group. Only thing to improve would be the very hard seats on the Mountain Bikes!!

A ride in the jungle

My wife and I and our 17 yr old son had a fantastic few hours exploring the scenery, heritage, markets and food of this part of Bangkok. From the pickup and dropoff at the hotel, the funny, experienced and knowledgeable guide (V was awesome), to the wonderful sights, sounds and tastes we experienced, it was something we will all remember from our holiday to Bangkok for a very long time.

Fun Day - well organised

We are a couple in our early 60’s and really enjoyed this tour. We were collected promptly from our hotel and the tour group was waiting as we arrived (via some busy Bangkok traffic). A quick boat trip across to the island to collect our bikes and get on our way. The bikes were fine and most of the trail around the island was easy riding. There were some narrow parts to the trail that needed some caution but not too challenging. One of our tour was unable to ride a bike and they took her on the whole route on the back of a motor bike. Plenty of stops along the way and a nice authentic lunch. Our guide, Mas, was excellent with good communication and a friendly, caring attitude. She provided some education along the way, which was very interesting. On our return, transport was waiting for us to travel back to our hotel. Overall a great day experience in Bangkok.
