Transport to Bangkok airport from hotel

On time, safe transportation to the airport from our Bangkok hotel. Van was clean and air conditioned which made for a nice trip.

They got in touch with the hotel the day before the car was there before the scheduled time driver was courteous . Great service! Highly recommend .

On time, pleasant, and helpful.

We only used the service for our return to the airport, having used a cab on arrival. The driver arrived early and waited for us in the hotel lobby until the arranged pick up time. He was friendly and helped us with our luggage. We then had a smooth and uneventful trip to the airport, in what appeared to be a private (clean and comfortable) vehicle. I recommend this service.

Excellent service and punctuality

I requested for earlier pick-up time after receiving directions from the host, and they happily obliged. Driver was punctual and extremely helpful, even with all our luggage. He helped us load our bags into the car. The car was very comfortable and the driver drove carefully, abiding with traffic rules. We arrived at the airport on time. Very recommended as in Bangkok, it's quite difficult sometimes to hire Bolt or Grab, plus the extremely unpredictable traffic. Making this booking saved us from so much stress.

No issue transfer

On time collection and good communication leading up to the event. Car wasn't new but tidy and airconed. Driver fine in the chaos of Bangkok traffic it does take awhile to get there but easier than lugging bags about in heat.

Professional company and great value !

Our guide was at the airport to collect us, with a clearly marked sign with our family name. There was no problem when I called to advise our plane had been delayed by 5 hours. The car was clean and comfortable. They also included a free 1 day SIM card (with data!) in our envelope which we used in the car to text home we all OK. We had a little trouble trying to find our hotel but it was in a strange place, no fault of the guide. We also booked the floating market with them and the guide PIP was amazing and looked after our children as well by taking our photos. Very recommended.

I don't mind people making mistakes, it's how they fix it that interests me and in this case, they dealt with it in a very professional manner. Apart from that, very smooth ride and clean car. It took about 30 minutes to get the airport. My recommendation would be to confirm pick up time the day before to avoid any bad surprise.</p>
