A wonderful experience!

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He met us at baggage claim and helped carry all of our luggage to the car which was waiting not far from baggage claim. He asked him about some of the sites in Athens and he gave us good directions and pointers for visiting the sites. One can't ask for anything more.

Excellent service

Our driver arrived early. He was very courteous and friendly. He pointed out sights along our drive to the Plaka. We arranged for him to pick us up at our hotel the next morning for our drive to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason it didn't...

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because I already had this booked for less. Then they cancelled it and I ended up paying almost double.

Good Transfer Option

Driver was waiting for us as we got off the ship. The driver pointed out landmarks on the way to the hotel. He was efficient and friendly. Overall good option for a pre-booked cruise transfer.

Athens transfer to hotel

Our driver was waiting for us at the agreed location just outside the cruise port. He quickly got us on the road and to the hotel. Overall it was a seamless and stress free transfer.

we did not take this transfer because it was not possible to walk with luggage to the pick up point ; we were told it was a 9 minute walk but it would have been a 25 minute walk and we had 4 people with 8 pieces of luggage; the agent was incorrect in scheduling this transfer; please credit my master card thank you

Smooth ground transfer

Booked transfer from Athena Cruise port to Athens downtown hotel. Our driver was very professional and prompt. Our driver used an app to avoid a major traffic jam .. getting us to our hotel as quickly as possible navigating Athena traffic. Good experience. Highly recommend arranging a private transfer when arriving at the cruise port.

Waited for driver who never came😬 He didn’t call to say he was unable to come. Waited 30 minutes. Had to call company. Lady on phone handled it the best she could. Problem not with company but flaky driver. Using app again today from downtown Athens to Airport. Changed pickup time and driver text to confirm!!! Really like every other time I used this company. Will continue to use but will text to confirm pickup or call company😊

Transfer was great

The transfer to the hotel was great. Driver was there with a sign and he carried the luggage to the car. The driver was courteous and he provided some useful Athens information on the way to the hotel.

Don’t book this-waste if money

I booked this and also paid extra to get from the ship port to the airport. They sent a taxi instead of a private car. We had 4 suitcases, the driver complained they were too heavy, refused to put a suitcase in the front seat or have us hold our carry-ins in the back. We had a flight to catch. The driver then continued to be dramatic and called his office…after 15min of standing there I grabbed another cab that was at the line up. My daughter and I rode in separate cars to the airport (45min ride). It was unnecessary and the kicker-the cab was cheaper and told me he could have fit all 4 suitcases and both my daughter and I. I will NEVER use this booking service again.

Great Service

Driver arrived on time. He was most professional. We were four and needed a van. In Athens(I don’t know if it is the same in other Greek cities)but a regular size taxi is allowed to carry no more than 3 people. Highly recommend this company.

Worth every penny!

George, our driver, was on time and was very professional and friendly! He drove us by the coast so we could see it and pointed out things we should see and do, while in Athens. This experience caused me to book a transfer to the airport with this company.
