Half Day Sidecar Private Tour to Poseidon Temple & Athens Riviera

JUST DO IT!!!

Twelve days in Greece and this was the best! My granddaughter and I (ages 17 and 78) loved the experience of riding in the sidecar, the trip along the stunning coast, and seeing the incredibly beautiful temple of Poseidon. While perhaps not for the faint of heart, you will have the experience of a lifetime. Demetrius, our driver, was as handsome as he was charming and spoke excellent English. When we look back on our trip in future years, this is the memory we will remember best.

Awesome experience, so much fun!

I’ve never had so many smiles on an excursion! This was a blast! I was a little nervous ahead of time due to my lack of experience on motorcycles, but I had no need to worry. We got to see many sights in the city and both enjoyed this experience. Our guide was happy to modify the tour to avoid duplicating sites we had already visited on other tours. The best way to spend a half day in Athens!

#1 Sidecar

Whoa!! What a blast!! Dimitris was absolutely the most charming sidecar driver on earth. He took my mom and I all through Athens. We hit the hot spots and he treated us to coffee and a local wine bar. We buzzed thru the streets with priority in the sidecar. If you want to see Athens in a snap, hire Dimitris!!! SO. MUCH. FUN. 🇬🇷

Best way to see the city!

I booked this thinking that we would have a lovely morning exploring the seaside and the Temple of Poseidon. Due to high winds coming of the sea our guide re-routed and we had a personal and up-close tour of the city of Athens. We were there with a larger group and this was our free day of exploration away by ourselves. We say twice as much with our guide than we did with our group. He was very open to stopping for however long and taking us to wherever we wanted in the city. Our stops included the highest hill in Athens with a quaint little coffee shop at the top, a active fish market, two ancient markets, a drive around the Acropolis (we didn't stop because we had already stopped to see that earlier on our trip). The new Olympic stadium, the Greek cultural center and Library of Athens (the cafe there is amazing), and Palaka market. Worth every penny!

Cancelled same day after the scheduled pick up time....Viator had no idea either! Viator provided a full refund, which is why they are great to work with and rescheduled me same day so I could see Poseidon Temple

Half day out the city center

Excellent half day to get out of the city center and discover the riviera. The side car are beautiful, confortable . Dimitris and his colleague where super good drivers and really nice . We were 2 couples, each one on a side car and enjoyed very much the tour . We would really recommend it for any group between 2 to 10 people ( they have enough side cars and drivers) Forgot to mention a stop by one of the best slouvaki . Bravo !!

Best experience ever!!

This tour is a MUST DO when visiting Athen! Perfect for solo travelers and families alike. George was my driver and he was amazing. He cared about my safety and that I was having a great time. He was super attentive and just an all around good person. I absolutely loved spending the day with him! I had the opportunity to meet Stavros as well. Really good guy. As a traveler, it's nice to interact with people your that genuinely care about your visit and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. The ride itself was unforgettable and unique. I loved how people waved back at you and it was so easy to get around not having to worry about parking or anything. The views were magnificent driving along the coast. This was my favorite thing to do in Athens hands down!

You need to try it!!

It was very nice ride, The drivers was very carefully, Who is the most of the archaeology places under small parts of Athens, I will recommend to everybody to do a ride.

Road trip experience

Before a couple days I went on a trip with them. I show things I wasn’t waiting to see. The guys and everyone involved was super friendly and really helpful. I will go 100% again next time if I have some free time !

Ride like the wind!

Never though that will enjoy a ride that much, driver made me feel safe the entire trip. Weather was on our side so i got to enjoy a beer as a passenger with the greath view of Athens riviera!

Great experience for a couple to take a ride with one of those sidecars. We took a ride to poseidon temple and the tour was amazing! The experience of the rider and his professionalism gave us a sense of satisfaction. Highly recommended for a couple or friends who want to see the Athens Riviera with another view. Great job lads! A coastal escape

A wonderful opportunity to experience the coast of Athens. As you approach the Temple it feels like you are in some Greek island. An opportunity to take a break from the city and see some wonderful spots on the outskirts of Athens. Wonderful guidance and we were able to stop at some spots on the way as well for pictures

Best day

Having 2 teenagers and a younger at our family it was difficult to find an experience that would make my kids get interested. We took 2 motorcycles with a sidecar and we decided to go see the sunset at the Temple of Poseidon, in Sounion. Probably was our best day in Athens. We took our bikes at their start point. They briefed us in 5’ and off we started our way to the beaches. My kids had so fun, it was amazing feeling the sea breeze and sun as if we were in a roadster car. The driver was driving slow and soon I felt comfortable about my decision. We stopped at Vouliagmeni lake, we had a quick coffee there and started to Sounion. This ride reminded me the California roads by the ocean. One side rocks and one side the Aegean Sea, just wow. What I appreciated is that the driver allows us to have a quick swim in a remote beach while going to Sounion. It felt as if we were already at the islands. Sounion is better than Acropolis. It’s like Acropolis on a hill by the sea. The sunset was just amazing, the temple was wow. I definitely recommend this way to have sunset pics, a bit of cultural visit and an adventurous afternoon at the safety seat of a sidecar.

Wow, what a fantastic authentic experience!!! I met with Dimitris, our driver at their sign up location. This was a vintage cafeteria with a working juke box and newspapers dating back to the 60’s… The motorcycle with sidecar is brand new and even I am 185cm tell I fit perfectly in the sidecar. What I wasn’t expecting was the usb port to charge my phone while I was riding and enjoying my time. Dimitris is a knowledgeable driver, he drove us through quite narrow picturesque streets of Athens. It’s actually VIP tour because you feel you drive on a convertible car and I could stop where I wanted to stop to take pics and enjoy my time. I highly recommend if you are looking for a different and intense memory of Athens
