Terrible! Waited for 1.5 hours and never showed up! Awful way to start our vacation. No response when sent messages or called

E-Mail Barrage When Signing Up For This Service

when booking this service through Viator, you get inundated with emails from Viator. I received emails about doing other things, notifying it was coming up soon, a barrage of after service survey emails and it is just ridiculous. The next time i am just gonna grab an uber or taxi and prevent being inundated with the emails.

Our Driver Was very polite and attentive. He gave us tidbits of information along the way back to the hotel from the airport and made us feel welcome in the city of Athens, Greece!

George met us even though our flight was delayed and provided a safe and comfortable ride to our hotel. Excellent service!

Do not use Athens Transfer

Our flight information was provided when booked. Our flight was delayed for two hours due to weather. Upon arrival I messaged Athen Transfer twice upon arrival no reply. I called three times no answer. Viator was contacted via WhatsApp. They advised they were there with a name on a sign. They even contacted Athen Transfer with no answer. Asked for a refund we were denied. Terrible experience!!!

Wonderful Airport transfer experience

The driver met me just outside the baggage claim area. He was there waiting eventhough my flight arrived late. Traffic was terrible at my arrival time; 1700. He got me to my hotel a little after 1800. I would use this service again.

Our guide was very helpful. He got us and us and our luggage to where we needed to be. He was very professional-unfortunately I don’t recall his name.

Frustrated driver = no help with bags

When we arrived from Santorini to Athens the driver called to say he was waiting for us. Great! Unfortunately, our bags and everyone else’s were delayed coming off of the plane. I received another call from the driver telling me to talk to someone because he had been waiting for us for an hour. It was as if he didn’t understand that we had been waiting too and that it was not our fault, the entire plane was waiting. I apologized to him repeatedly, but he still wanted me to do something to get my bags, which were not on the conveyer belt yet. When we got our bags we went out to meet the driver, he was not very pleasant. Of the many drivers we had on this vacation, he was the only one not to help us with our bags. I understand he was frustrated with waiting, but, there was nothing we could do.

Great experience ..the driver was so handsome ❤️🫠🫠🫠 he was waiting for me at airport. Therefore no confusion or frustration. Prices were reasonable. I strongly recommend this service

My experience with Athens Transfer was exceptional. drivers we're friendly, on time and very communicative. I highly recommend this service.

Driver was over 50 minutes late Car was super small we barely fit we had 3 (24”) suitcases and one had to go in the passenger seat we sat in back sideways because there was no leg room Car smelled bad of cigarette smoke Driver didn’t have enough gas - we had to stop at a gas station and fill up Viator needs to check on this provider

The best company in Athen

That was a comfortable trip. The driver was nice and speak English well. He offer me other rides and give me the card. I regret that I did not call them again in my return ride to the airport.
