Amazing tour of Jordan

Such an amazing trip! This is a great way to see so much of Jordan in a short amount of time, we did add an additional night in Amman. Our driver, Firas, was incredible! He shared so much of his country and culture with us, he helped us arrange additional activities like snorkeling in Aqaba, and sunrise camel tour and a trip to a Dead Sea outlet store. He helped with translations and took care of everything for us at our hotels and helped us with recommendations for what to do on our last day in Amman. The van was comfortable and air conditioned with wifi. We went with the 5* option and all of our hotels we lovely. Spending the night in a dome tent in Wadi Rum was an amazing experience. We definitely recommend this tour package.

4 nights and a wonderful experience

Had a excellent experience with Khaled showing us the wonders of Jordan. He was very helpful and was always waiting for us whenever we needed him. I recommend this whole heartedly.

Jordan summed up in 5 days!

My sister and I had such an amazing experience on this tour! We were so lucky to have Ahmad as our guide for the 5 days who made us feel safe everyday. He communicated really well, was very punctual, and ensured everything went smoothly at each location. Not only was Ahmad knowledgeable about the places we were visiting but he also pointed out everything on the drive, answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for local food and activities! We really enjoyed every day of the tour but the highlight I have to say is Wadi Rum. It was such a unique experience and surreal. The food at the camp was sooo delicious! We also had an amazing time on a 2 hour jeep tour with Abdullah who took us to the best spots for photos and also took great photos of us. Petra and the Dead Sea were the reason we came to Jordan, and this tour gave us a perfect amount of time to spend at the 2 destinations. We had a very knowledgeable guide at Petra, Basil. I strongly recommend going with this tour for anyone coming to Jordan.

Memorable Jordan with Ahmad!

Jordan did not disappoint. We had a memorable time with the professional assistance of our driver, Ahmad. He ensured all was perfect for our Jordan adventure. I would highly recommend travelling to Jordan and utilising Ahmad for transportation.

A Magical Trip!

Our Zaid Tours trip was more than we could have imagined! Each of the hotels, which included breakfast & dinner, was great. Yet, it was our driver Amer Arramouni who made everything possible! He’s funny, a skilled driver, prompt, explained everything & we learned a great deal about Jordan’s history, interesting insights into its culture & its wide-ranging music. He also answered our many questions. As we checked-in at each hotel Amer didn’t leave until he knew everything was as it should be. I was traveling with my sister; we normally do everything on our own & travel independently. I’m a retired airline employee and have traveled all over the world. This was such a treat for us and gave us time to relax! We did a 4-night trip with Zaid which included Petra (Wadi Musa), Wadi Rum, Aqaba & Dead Sea. Here’s where everything became extraordinary: arriving in each area we were having conversations with Amer about what we wanted to do & he arranged everything in advance so when we arrived everything was taken care of. Each of the guides & snorkel boats he arranged for us was incredible & he knew who to select. Our Petra guide filled us with information that we are still talking about (sadly, I don’t recall his name). Amer arranged Abdullah as our 4WD (4-hour) Bedouin guide at Rahayeb Desert Camp, Wadi Rum. We had so much fun with Abdullah as he showed us his desert & shared things about Bedouin life & the sweet camels as we laughed while they sniffed us! Our troubled world could learn much from the Bedouin people! If you visit Rahayeb Desert Camp be sure to request Abdullah as your guide…he was one of the most memorable things of our Jordan trip! (see photos) Upon arriving in Aqaba Amer gave us a brief city tour as well as the South Beach on the Red Sea. He also arranged a 4-hour snorkeling trip for us with Sea Guard prior to arriving in Aqaba. This was a great trip with a tasty lunch cooked onboard! The dive master/owner showed us pictures of him learning to ski in Switzerland last month. Everyone working on the boat was part of his family! A very cool day! Zaid tours was fantastic from start to finish. Amer, thank you for keeping us laughing and thank you to Abdullah at Rahayeb Desert Camp for your kindness & smile! Without your help and knowledge our trip would not have been the same. Jordan is filled with treasures beyond imagination, yet its people are the most valuable! ,

Amazing couples tour

My Fiancé and I had an incredible experience during our tour. Our driver Mahmood was professional and friendly, and very accommodating. The 4 nights were all in quite different places and it was the perfect mix of site seeing / tours (Petra, Wadi Rum) and relaxing in Aqaba and the at the Dead Sea hotel. Our only challenge was initially receiving details from Zaid tours regarding the pickup from our hotel, but it all worked out. We would highly recommend this tour!

Best Travel Experience Ever

This was our first time visiting the country of Jordan. Knowing very little and not sure how well we would be able to communicate we chose this 4 day tour. Absolutely the best travel experience ever for us. Prior to booking the only concern I had was the transportation from the Dead Sea back to Amman. As we discovered , our driver took us back when we wanted to return to Amman....I only mention this because it didnt seem completely clear in the information provided on Viator..Our driver Amer was extremely punctual and never late. His explanation of the culture, the country and the people during the drives was amazing and he spoke incredible good English. The tour in Petra was absolutely unbelievable and at every place we needed a guide he called ahead and reserved a guide just for the 2 of us. He always made sure our hotel/accommodations check in went smoothly and always verified what time we wanted to get started the next day. The drive to Wadi Rum was spectacular. He arranged our jeep tour for us ( recommend a late afternoon/evening tour to see the sunset). Our driver also came along with us on the jeep tour. He explained everything at every stop on the jeep tour. We stayed at Sun Camp in a Martian tent- experience of a lifetime. We ate a traditional meal. The he drove us the next day to Aqaba. He walked us around the city, took us to a local restaurant for an amazing lunch, the a dessert shop. The food was amazing. Again he dropped us off at our hotel to enjoy the evening on our own. The next morning and almost every morning we stopped for coffee at small local places. The Amer drove us to the Dead Sea. Making a few stops along the way to see different things..i.e. small towns/villages, photo stops and he is willing to stop anywhere all we had to do was ask or show a interest and he knew. The Dead Sea hotel was beautiful but not much to see except the Dead Sea. The lowest place on earth! The next morning on our way back to Amman our driver recommended stopping a few places. He took us to Mt. Nebo which has spectacular views. He then asked to take us to the town of Madaba and we walked the town and visited a few archeological site. After lunch he drove us back to Amman. He offered to show us the city of Amman but he already had other tours pre booked. If ever driver with this company is as good as Amer, then you can't go wrong booking to tour. Absolutely hands down the best travel experience ever and would do it again without hesitation!

Jordan is a beautiful country with surprises around every corner! I highly recommend this tour.

Our driver, Mazen, was punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable and you could not have asked for a better tour guide. All of the sites on the tour were spectacular and the hotel rooms and meals exceeded our expectations. This tour was a good value for the money.

Solo trip to Jordan

My experience woth Zaid Tour, and more precisely with Mazen was amazing! I always travel solo and it was my first time booking a complete tour (5 days), so I did not know what to expect since I always choose what I want to do! Fortunately, all my expections were met and it was everything I could hope for, Mazen was amazing, very friendly, carin, and with lots of knowledges! I was amazed by Mazen’s hospitality and positivity, he really made my trip to Jordan memorable! I could not recommend this tour more!

An experience not to miss!

Highly recommend this to everyone, our guide Amir went above and beyond, without his hospitality & local knowledge our trip wouldn’t of been as great as it was. We went with the 5 star accommodation option, it definitely added to the experience in Aqaba & the Dead Sea. We were tossing up between Zaid tours & driving ourselves but we are glad we went with Zaid. Amir showed us where to eat, finding local hidden gems we would of missed. Helped us order when English wasn’t available & found us the best prices when haggling. Itinerary for the tour was well balanced, with jam packed days in the beginning & free time towards the end. We took up an optional extra to visit mt nebo on the way to Petra. This was well worth it, in addition to the church we visited the mosaic factory which supplies all the tourist shops at a faction of the cost. - highly recommend doing this on the way to Petra and then doing Petra the following morning as it gets quite busy in the afternoon. Additionally, we booked Amir to do a Jerash tour with an airport transfer at the conclusion of the tour. He even stopped by the best baklava & knafeh store in Jordan for us! I would recommend Jerash as a self guided addition to this tour.

Fabulous Private Trip

We had an amazing tour with Hasan. He was an excellent guide and really went out of his way to make the trip different (I had already been in Jordan for 3 weeks) and special for us. We were happy with all the hotels and experiences. Hasan was always on time, very professional and easy to communicate with. He added extra stops that we wanted to do and was very flexible. He also gave us tips and suggestions and even took us to get some local food before heading to Petra. Could not have asked for anything better.

Amazing Trip Around Jordan

Excellent experience from start to finish - our driver Mazen was brilliant and knowledgeable, taking the time between each destination to show us points of interest along the way, and each hotel we stayed in was great. An amazing selection of destinations too, with Wadi Rum being the highlight. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Just hotels & transfer

This trip is essentially a driver w/ booked hotels (all breakfasts & dinners are buffets at hotel). We were under the impression that the photos of camels, 4x4’s, etc was included in the trip itself but everything is at additional cost and there are multiple days with no activities included at all. We were also up charged after booking (3x) 4 star packages to put us in two rooms instead of three of us in the same room. Our driver was not a guide, he simply dropped us off at locations.

A remarkable and unforgettable experience

The tour was truly remarkable and we were left in awe with what we saw. We were picked up by our driver Khaled in Amman and he was very punctual, on time and great to be with. Our hotel in petra (old village resort) was stunning and the staff there were exemplary. The visit to Petra is stunning. Pictures and videos don't do it justice. Khaled asked his to leave at 8 am and I'm glad we did as it gave us enough time to see Petra and it wasn't so busy. From there we went on to wadi rum and did a tour around the desert before settling in for dinner star gazing through the night. When you see the milky way, you realise how small we actually are. We again left early from wadi rum to go to Aqaba, to give us the maximum time to relax by the red sea. Our hotel was the movenpick which was beautiful and right on the beach front. We were able to relax and even go snorkeling amongst the coral in the red sea. something that has to be done. One more early departure onto the dead sea, but it was a long drive so we understood the need. Khaled was great again as we stopped a couple of times to take pictures and for breaks. We stayed at the Hilton at the dead sea and the hotel itself was great, but we had to wait for a couple of hours before our room was ready. The check in process could have been better. We didn't know at the time but Friday is a rest day, and the hotel was very busy (probably cause people were driving in from Amman for the weekend). The dead sea experience is amazing no matter which way you turn, you will stay afloat. The hotel gives you a mud and salt scrub as part of the dead sea experience and you come out with great feeling skin. Be wary though as small cuts in the skin will really sting. We left the dead sea after our nights stay a little later, as we were heading back to Amman and we were grateful as we needed the extra lie in. In hindsight we could have done with an extra day in petra and Aqaba from a personal point of view, but everything with the tour otherwise was just spot on. Thank you to everyone who made this a unforgettable trip.

Highly highly recommend this Jordan highlights tour!!

THE PLANNING We were originally going to go on a big tour group but the dates didn’t work for us. Upon inquiring with Zaid Tours - the team both on WhatsApp and via email were very responsive and answered all our questions (shout out to Safinaz & team) They offer many accommodation options to suit your price & we went for prime but upgraded one night in Wadi Rum for the dome. They are honestly so accommodating - so send through your questions. THE TOUR So organised, relaxing & gave us everything we hoped for. Mundher was the kindest, and accommodating guide. Always early, and cold water in the car ready for us to go. We were so lucky to meet him & he accommodated all our needs. The car has Wi-Fi all the time - in case you need to contact anyone at home, very comfortable leather seats and spacious. We are so happy to visit Jordan & would highly recommend this company - everything is truest well organised and you will have a wonderful time. 7 stars from the Leng family ✌🏼

We were very happy with our tour guide in Petra. We got nothing to worry about as all was carefully planned. Amazing Tour!!

Wow! Our trip to Jordan was centred around this tour and what an experience! Perfect tour which exceeded our expectations and an amazing tour guide - Aws. When contacting ZaidCo, I explained that we would like to add some additional nights to relax in Aqaba, this was no issue and emails were responded to promptly with the itinerary amended accordingly to suit our needs. We were a family of 8 including 2 young children and opted for the 5* experience. This included stays at: - Old Village Resort (Petra) - Sun City - Martian Dome (Wadi Rum) - Movenpick Tala Bay Resort (Aqaba) - Hilton Dead Sea Resort Each hotel was perfect and we were well accommodated with breakfast and dinner included every day. The children enjoyed the facilities with loads of swim time. For the tour itself, Aws was the perfect guide, nothing was too much to ask for and he was extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Our trip would not have been the same without Aws and driver - Mohammed. He even managed to book a trip to Wadi Mujib (another must) for us at short notice. Whilst the itinerary was jam packed to include all main stops, everything felt well paced and not rushed at any point. We always had plenty of down time so the kids could also enjoy their holiday while the adults were sightseeing. Everything We Wanted

There is only one way to start this review and that is say we had the best tour guide and driver, Ahmed! He was always on time. He was always pleasant and knowledgeable. And he was open to discuss his culture and religion. It made this trip of a lifetime a 5 star experience. I'm not overstating this at all. We left Jordan, feeling we had a new friend and greater understanding of the Middle East. This is the gift of travel at its best. Tim

Beyond Expectations

In preparing for a first visit to Jordan, wanted to make sure we visited all the key highlights. A Google search led us to this 4-Night tour. Easy to book and it covered all we wanted. What made the trip amazing was Hassan with Zaid Tours. Hassan is congenial, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat, tour add-ons, sequencing of activities, etc. The experience would not have been the same without Hassan. Wonderfully Planned and Executed Trip to Jordan

We had a wonderful experience touring Jordan with our private guide Hassan, arranged through Zaid Tours. He was extremely personable and very informative about Jordanian history and culture. The whole trip went very smoothly and we even had a chance to snorkel in the Red Sea, something I did not think would fit into our tight schedule, but Hassan worked it out for us. Very thorough and consistent email communication with the staff at Zaid tours prior to our arrival. Strongly recommend.

great food and hospitality

Driven by our own personal guide, who was very kind and helpful. The basic schedule described was supplemented by some extras, including Mount Nebo and a boat trip on the Red Sea, which we paid for extra. The hotels were very good, the one at the Dead Sea was very close to the sea and convenient for floating; the one in Petra was just outside the entrance. The tent in the desert at Wadi Ram was very comfortable. Wifi is available everywhere. All excellent. The food especially in this country is wonderful and should all be tried, many great salads. Be careful during Ramadan, as many of the restaurants close in big cities such as Amman, during daylight hours and only open at sunset.

Fantastic private tour of Jordan with driver Hassan Mahmoud Alqurneh

We had a fantastic week long tour of Jordan, in late November early December 2017, with our driver, Hassan Mahmoud Alqurneh. Very knowledgeable and helpful to us. He was there for all our travel needs, and very professional driver. We felt very safe in his care and have recommended Zaid Tours and Travel to those considering travel to Jordan and specifically him as their driver if they contact your company. We will definitely continue to refer both Hassan and Zaid as the mode of tourism in Jordan.

<p>long trip, lots to say. Our driver Hassem was very nice and everyone seems to know him however, he was falling a sleep and almost went off the road several times. Shops around Petra much, much, cheaper than the shops on the way to Petra from Amman. Bedouins are aggressive sales people even childrenthey all say their name is Mohamed. Not much to see in Aqaba, amazing view of the Red sea from room, food not good. The night in the Bedouin camp was amazing, excellent food, dj music, hookah pipes all over. Hotel Edom in Petra was miserable food OK, wifi 3 per divece/day.We paid and it never worked, 2 electrical hookups in roomhad to disco TV and lamp to charge phones, one broken chair in room, etc, etc, ...Ramada hotel in Dead sea was amazing,</p>

Viaggio in Giordania

Siamo appena rientrati da un tour in Giordania dove siamo stati accompagnati per 4 giorni da Fakhrey Abu Saeed, un autista gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Experiencia mejorable

Excelente chofer Amer Ramoni, siempre estuvo dispuesto a que todo saliera de la mejor manera posible, nos sirvió de guia durante el camino. Nuestras observaciones: El hotel Ufo Luxhotel son 2 hoteles con una misma recepción y area de comedor. El otro es Luxhotel, la diferencia es que el Ufo (junior pod) son estructuras metálicas sin area de estar, sin jacussi, con un forro interno de las estructuras metálicas en tela, la cual obviamente huele a guardado. Tener en cuenta que las posibilidades de upgrade onsite son difíciles, la agencia , ante nuestra queja pudo resolver el problema y conseguimos mudarnos a una verdadera Bubble. Deberia el tour operator hacer esa observación y poner a dispocision pagar un upgrade para el luxhotel, ya que es acomodación de lujo lo que se persigue en este tour. En Aqaba el hotel Movenpick Resort and Residence , no deberia ser ofrecido en el tour , ya que es un resort destinado a familias con niños.
