Taj mahaj at sunrise was amazing! one of the best experience in my life. Our guide, Vijay Chauhan, his explanation was very understandable. He told us beautiful story behind this great architecture. it was impressive! What is special about this tour that he took a lot of beautiful photo for us. He knows all the good place to take a nice pic. We also visited some places we learn about craftsmanship in Agra. We saw some incredible arts and learn how to create it. And we visited Fatehpur Sikri Fort as well. we felt the ancient atmosphere and learnd a lot about Mughal empire. Driver, Kuldeep was kind and he always give us cold bottle of water!

Expert of the Mughal empire now and past

We took a tour with Vijay Chauhan and Driver Kuldeep. They picked us up at 5am for the Taj Mahal with the sunrise. At the morning time, there are a few people and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Our guide Vijay is expert of taking pictures of Taj Mahal. He knows everything and very angles. He is the expert of the history, and provide us rich info about Mughal empire. We also visited the places of craft man. It was good time to know how the old time is descended to current generation. If you want to grasp the all aspect of the Mughal dynasty, this is the tour you should take.

Good enough for Diana, better for me

Nothing could have prepared me for how the Taj Mahal makes you feel. I’ve been to Hagia Sophia, the Colosseum, the Vatican, and even Trump Tower (haha). But Taj Mahal is in a league all on its own. Arif made us feel like we were his friends and we were his guests. He knew so many interesting details, but even more importantly, he took really good care of us. Highly recommend his as a guide! And of course, you can’t miss this as a sight!

Amazing day out in Agra

My partner and I recently took the day tour to Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatepurhri Sikhri. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and morning at the Taj Mahal - our guide Mahesh was not only extremely knowledgeable and explained the historical significance of the place very well, he was also an excellent photographer! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a tour of the Agra fort before having some small shopping opportunities. The local handicrafts were beautiful and watching the many talented people working on them made us appreciate how much work and skill it takes to put these items together. The tour to Fatepuri Skihri was fascinating too. Overall our guide Mahesh and driver Ankit impressed us with their professionalism and service. The team was very happy to support and educate us on the sites and made the overall tour experience very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Mahesh and Ankit as guide and driver when visiting the famous sites of Agra!

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Mr Shyam was very sweet and he told us some amazing facts about all the monuments. Would definitely recommend him. The driver that was with us, Mr DK Sharma was also very helpful. The car was very clean, we booked him again the next day for our day trip to Delhi! would recommend both.

Epic and eventful tour.

An eventful and productive tour with lots of things going on. The Taj Mahal is spectacular and is worth all the hype. Don’t worry, you’ll get the chance to take a lot of pictures. The morning is definitely the best time to go. Although the Taj is the main attraction, the agra fort and fatehpur sikri are worth exploring and have an interesting history. If you get Faraz as a tour guide you’re in for a great tour!

Lifetime experience with a great guide !

It was a dream for me to go to the Taj Mahal ...a lifetime experience...and I am very grateful to Ashish, a wonderful guide who explained carefully all the details but also took amazing photos ! Traveling alone that's a very appreciated skill! The car for the transfers was very comfortable and clean , the driver D.K. was very kind and had a great driving. In general I'm very happy with the whole experience and both they really contributed to make this day a wonderful experience , thank you :)

Super great tour

My tour guide Vijay and driver Vipin has been super wonderful. Vijay was really great at taking pictures from different angle and cool spot of Taj Mahal, so you are getting a tour guide and a photographer all at once.

Wonderful tour!

Great experience, starting with chauffeured pickup from hotel and direct entry to Taj Mahal (tickets are purchased for you in advance). Our guide Vijay was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us find some of the best spots for photos or to notice specific details. Detailed knowledge of history and architecture and could answer any question we asked.

We were well taken care of on the Agra tour

My friends and I (3 women) were very excited to go on this tour (found from TripAdvisor reviews). From the start, we got off the train from Delhi and immediately Mr. Nirmal was just outside the train door with a sign. We barely had to think/worry about how we were going to find Mr. Nirmal, Praveen (aka Rocky, our tour guide), or Hari (our driver) the whole day because we were always with someone the entire time. They made sure things were seamless. We felt safe and secure, Hari is a great driver. Getting through the historic site entrances were a breeze, since the staff knew Praveen and he was prepared. Very knowledgeable in the history and facts, he was able to point out details I wouldn’t have caught if I didn’t have a guide. He knew all the prime photo taking areas. There was 2 obligatory stops to the tour at local reputable craftsman shops. One was at Kalakriti culture center, which is where the decendants of the craftsman who worked on the Taj Mahal’s makrana marble showcase their work. Honestly a must stop after seeing the Taj Mahal, it made me appreciate the fine meticulous work they do all by hand. The other store is Ganeshilal Emporium for their hand embroidery and tapestries. They also have an extensive jewelry selection. I adore handmade items so I’m a sucker for these kinds of things (but of course, don’t feel pressured to purchase). But overall, a perfect blend of history, site seeing, and connecting it back to the people who built it all and who continue to this day

Excellent Agra Tour

If I could give Praveen aka ROCKY 6 stars I would. He was super friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. Not only did he thoroughly impress us with his knowledge, he also make going into the sites a breeze. Excellent photographer :) Plus we got some unique handicrafts. The best!

We were hoping for a family full-day trip to meet the needs of adults age 22 to 87 yrs. We were not disappointed, starting with sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal! Mahesh was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible to meet our needs.

Fab day in Agra with Vijay!

Fab , 5* full day trip with Vijay Chauhan of Pacific Classic Tour India, immersing ourselves amongst the amazing sites of Agra. Starting at the majestic Taj Mahal as the sun rose. Without his extensive knowledge we could easily have fallen into the Instagram trap. However, understanding the extravagance and immense love of its creator and the artisan skills that went into creating this breathtaking wonder of the world. With his swift photo skills we also have a treasure of amazing shots of our time there. Next stop was breakfast upon the rooftop of a nearby hotel which was a gem of a find courtesy of Vijay without whom we would have walked straight by, so un-assuming was it from ground level. Agra Fort followed with a pause for a 5* banquet in a peaceful hotel garden before finishing with a tour around the world heritage site of Fatehpur Sikri. All of this interjected with visits to some local artisans at work showing Agra’s centuries of traditions that were used at these sites - marble inlay, handmade rugs and embroidered jewellery with opportunities galore to buy. The driver too was kind and efficient. Definitely the best tour we have done in India so far and well worth the money.

My firt time in Agra

It was a wonderful experience take this tour. Rajni the guide was very attentive and gave us clear and complete explanations about all the places we visited. The driver was also very educated and attentive. In sum, I was very satisfied with everything during the tour and had a amazing time.

Best guide in Agra.

I took the tour with Rajni Kant as our guide and Gurmeet as our driver, and the tour was excellent! Raj is a very knowledgeable guide, he knows everything about every single attraction we went to, and would always explain about the place in a very interesting, enjoyable and funny way. Gurmeet was very careful manner, always looking after our security. I truly recommend them as guide and driver in Agra.

Fun filled foggy day

This was an amazing experience! Bijendra was the best guide, full of knowledge, kindness and flexibility. The fog was especially dense during our visit so he adjusted the tour such that we still had the perfect view of the Taj. He also had quite a knack for getting the perfect pictures for us. Would recommend and request Bijendra.

Fantastic Day Trip to 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites

Absolutely wonderful day trip to three different UNESCO World Heritage sites. Learned so much about the rich history of the Mughal Empire. Fascinating and intricate architecture at the Taj Mahal. Beautiful palaces of luxury in Agra Fort. And rich and diverse history of Fatehpur Sikri. Would highly recommend to others looking to capitalize on their time in Agra. Vijay was a fantastic guide and very helpful with answering all our questions. Despite the crowds, still managed to capture some breathtaking photos of these places.

Wonderful tour but prepare for the added merchant stops!

The Taj Mahal was even more amazing than we imagined! Our tour guide, Vijay, was great and very knowledgeable about the history of the different sites (and best picture spots!). PSA to anyone booking this tour: there are 3 different local business shops that were unplanned. Although it was cool to see the artisan processes, there is INTENSE pressure to buy from these places and it was very awkward as we weren’t prepared to negotiate or spend thousands of dollars on hand crafted carpets, marble work, or embroidery work. If we had known this up front the trip would’ve been 5 star, but the surprise of it and frustration of being pressured to buy expensive items was off putting.

Would recommend but prepare for pushy shop owners!

This was an amazing tour covering all aspects of Agra. The Taj Mahal was one of the top experiences of my life and was completely worth this tour package in itself. Vijay Chauhan was very knowledgeable about all of the sites and was an excellent guide! He had all the best spots scoped out and new exactly where to take our pictures for the best shots. Our driver Gurmeet was also great at navigating all the roadways and directions! PSA TO ALL TRAVELERS: This tour includes several (unlisted) stops to local craftsmen shops. Although educational to see the different types of artistry, we very much would’ve liked to know this up front. All three stops were extremely pushy in trying to sell their products which put undo stress on us to negotiate prices or leave the shops without purchasing anything. I just want everyone booking to be prepared to experience that as we were not. The first two stops (Persian carpets & marble work) were interesting but the final stop (embroidery) was a bit over the top as we were all absolutely exhausted after 11.5 hours of touring (although still interesting in its own right just not at that point in the tour). With that said, I would still recommend this tour to everyone! It was a great way to see all the main sites of Agra without having to stress about entrance fees/requirements, transpiration, or where to get food/water.

Amazing Experience!

Vijay did a wonderful job showing us the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikhri! We had nothing to worry about the entire time regarding tickets, transportation, and food. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing. He told us many fun facts we would have otherwise missed had we gone alone. The Taj Mahal at sunrise was the way to go. Drive was very smooth as well!

Great day in Agra

Excellent tour with tour guide Vijay Chauhan and driver Suhil. Vijay is a master storyteller and Suhil is excellent at navigating Agra traffic! We did the full day private tour and visited Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri Fort. We also were taken to a few shops and to lunch. The few shops they teach you about the art and history is nice but you just say no if you don’t want to buy. Would highly recommend your, Vijay’s service is great and his knowledge even better.

Had an excellent day with Vijay (guide) and Suhil (driver) - Vijay was very knowledgeable and good at story telling, kept us engaged even with all the history. We did a full day of sightseeing, including the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort … and a huge plus were the great picture he took of us! Totally recommended! … We were also taken to a few shops and for lunch, just FYI. Overall it was an excellent tour, informative and with great memories

Knowledgeable Guide. Well organized tour

Mahesh has been our guide for the day long adventure. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the places and how abouts of them, was paitent in answering all our questions. The driver provided and him have been very professional as well as accommodating for our food breaks or wandering around. Additionally he's also a good photographer and we got some great snaps. Highly recommend the tour.

Wonderful all day tour.

Excellent all day tour. Our guide Mehesh is very knowledgeable and patient. Took his time showing us everything and took wonderful photos of us. Even took us to a few local spots to show up specific foods and where monkeys hang out. 5 starts, highly recommend.

What a day!

What a day! Mahesh and Ravesh were fantastic. Welcoming and warm and made us feel right where we belonged. Mahesh has every piece of knowledge you could possibly desire to know- we learnt so much. Was an extended long day for us as we went to a few artisan places which were wonderful to see and experience. A great way to see the main sites of Agra in one day- would recommend!

Knowledgeable, respectful, great English

Fantastic tour with Mr Mahesh Kumar. Extremely knowledgable about the Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri, and Agra Fort - every question I had he had a comprehensive and comprehendible explanation for. Very good English language skills too - up there with the best I’ve come across in my stay in India. He understood the timings for the tour extremely well, and was flexible with the plan knowing I had a train to catch in the afternoon. He organised a lovely roadside masala chai for me when I was in desperate need of a caffeine boost. He took me to a beautiful marble shop with beautiful handcrafted ornaments. Very affordable compared to many of the major players in big cities in India, and even more so vs in other countries. The manager of the shop walked me through the process of how they make their products - incredible! Bought a few items as was very impressed with quality and price. Driver Mr Vipin handled the car very well too. Very professional, got as from A to B safely and smoothly. Overall, great tour!

Would do it again.

Guide Rajni Kant and driver were both punctual and professional. I appreciated the time taken to explain the rich history of these places as well as time to indulge us as we took a tremendous number of photographs. Some folks in these reviews complain about the trip to the marble/stone setting place. I’ve toured many places in many countries and have come to expect this sort of thing. The craft displayed is an ancient and disappearing (and amazing) art. I much enjoyed seeing how this is done, as well as spending time checking out the stunning examples for sale. I didn’t end up buying anything (perhaps regretfully), and the proprietor was nothing but kind and gracious and low-pressure. It’s not a racket/scam. Chill. Enjoy it. Thanks for a great experience. Good value.

Amazing memories with PCT India

The Taj Mahal was at the top of our list of sites to see while in India. As one of the seven wonders we wanted to make sure our visit went smoothly and decided the best option would be to get a guide. After reading many reviews, we decided to book a Private Sunrise Taj Mahal and City Tour with Pacific Classic Tours. Our tour began at 5:30am when DK our driver and Mahesh our guide collected us from our hotel. From the moment we met we knew we had made a good choice of tour. They arrived in a very well maintained A/C vehicle which was stocked with complimentary cold bottled water and a small basket containing snacks and hand sanitiser. After introducing themselves we drove to the Taj Mahal where Mahesh had pre purchased tickets for us so we were able to skip the long queue of people waiting to enter. The knowledge Mahesh has about the history and architecture of the Taj is simply outstanding. We moved around the site slowly and he took us to the best locations for photos. Furthermore, I cannot leave this review without mentioning Mahesh has a great eye for a photo! If you want amazing photo memories this tour will not disappoint. After visiting the Taj Mahal we returned to our hotel to have breakfast. This was a welcome break after the early morning pickup, giving us just over an hour to freshen up and recharge our batteries. After breakfast we continued our tour visiting Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival we parked and took a short bus ride to the monument. Here there are 2 sites, one which you pay for and one that is free. The one that is free attracts many people,and tourists are a prime target for scams. Without a guide we could easily have boarded the bus to the other site and had a poor experience. Again Mahesh explained the history and architecture. We asked many questions, and he was able to answer them all. Next we went for lunch at the 5* Marriott Hotel. Lunch was extremely good and another well timed break. Our last stop was the Red Fort which was the perfect end to our day. After the Fort Mahesh explained he could take us to see the famous local marble crafts and how rugs are made. We politely declined as it had been a long day and we had visited a marble shop the previous day. We were really grateful our request was accepted without additional pressure, resistance or objection. It is extremely exhausting for tourists when guides and locals pressure us to visit shops, and it can be tough to exit without making a purchase. I’m summary, we had the most amazing day. The tour is expensive, however if you are only visiting India once then booking with PCT guarantees you will have a great experience and you will make memories to treasure forever.

The Sunrise tour of Agra is one of the best decisions we have made so far on our trip in India. Our guide, Manishbhai is an absolute legend who accommodated our pace and needs perfectly. We didn’t just speak about the history of the monument but the architecture and the symmetry. Its the first time my boyfriend has visited India and he couldn’t recommend this tour enough. Unforgettable Agra Adventure

Our Agra tour was a blast thanks to Mahesh and Prem. These guys personalized our trip and turned it into a two-day adventure, complete with a Taj Mahal sunset view. They knew us so well that they took us only to the jewelry store (clever move, guys!). Mahesh was like a walking history book, sharing tales about the country and its sites. Plus, he had a knack for spilling extra info whenever we asked. And guess what? Mahesh doubled as a photographer and nailed it. Who knew a tour could be so informative and Insta-worthy?

Amazing Day in Agra!

Mahesh and DK were absolutely incredible!! We enjoyed our time in Agra so much thanks to this dynamic duo! DK was our driver and Mahesh our guide- both were extremely knowledgeable and worked together seamlessly. Having a beautiful car to cool off in between stops was definitely the way to go and DK was very skilled navigating the streets and monuments of Agra. Mahesh knew his stuff inside and out! He was able to give us tons of history and facts as we visited all the highlights of the city including the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri. He answered the millions of questions we had with kindness and patience. We would highly recommend both of these gentlemen to tour Agra!

Amazing tour!

The sunrise Taj tour is worth waking up for. The building was amazing and our guide Mahesh was perfect. He really took his time and explained everything to us and answered every question we asked. D.K. was our driver and was amazing. This tour was so good we changed the rest of our plans and had D.K. drive us to Jaipur to take us around there as well.

Agra & TajMahal first experience!

I want to express my thanks and an excellent service provided by Mahesh who was our tour guide and Sanjay our cab driver. Without them I don’t think this tour has been successful for us. Mahesh was on time for our tour and he took excellent pictures of our family and guided us starting from the Taj Mahal explained the history and the unknown which we ever read or heard about the place. He made us very comfortable indeed he is very knowledgeable and genuine. He was very confident on explaining all our doubts and clarifications. He took us to Agra fort next and it was like a breeze for us to explore along with him. He even took us to shopping where we bought some things which we liked. His recommendation was perfect for us and never forced us anytime. He was very patient and even in Fatehpur Sikri he showed us lot of things which we couldn’t even did on our own. Overall he is an excellent guide and I would definitely recommend him. Last but not least our driver Sanjay was helping us out by giving his own umbrella during rain in between and took care of us to reach places safely. Excellent and smooth driving overall. 5* tour experience

My brother and I were part of this private tour with Mahesh and DK. Mahesh had very detailed knowledge of all the landmarks we visited and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was also very patient with us if we wanted to have some time to explore on our own. Our driver DK was also very polite and respectful and happy to wait while we explored. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Agra for the first time as you will come away having learned a lot about the history and culture of the city.
