A new KIA

For all the transportation we've booked in India, this time it is a new KIA which is comfortable with good space (though I am not sure if everyone gets the same car), which is the best we ever had. The driver is also professional and safe.

It Works!

In my two weeks in India, I flew Bengaluru to Delhi and Delhi to Amritsar, and took trains Amritsar to Delhi and Delhi to Jaipur. I ordered cars Jaipur to Agra and Agra to Delhi from Viator. I liked the variety, and everything worked.

Agra to Delhi

We booked transport from Agra to Delhi. Pick up at our hotel in Agra was perfect in time. Driver asked many times if we were OK, there was water available and we had a stop for a coffee and toilet break. Driver was polite and a good driver and the car was well maintained.

Excellent transfer service from Agra to Delhi.

We had a great service from Akbran Tours when we took a transfer from Agra to Delhi. The car was immaculate, comfortable and good air con. Our driver was friendly and respectful. I’d happily recommend.

Really easy drive. Arranged before we came to India. Lots of communication before hand, so that kept things easy. Driver and his manager arrived on the morning of (the manager could speak English, so he was there to set the context i suppose?). Our driver was lovely, he couldn’t speak much English, but this didn’t matter at all. He was very polite and we were very tired, so we napped for a little while in back. Would use again when visiting India

Experienced driver

Mukesh was our amazing driver from Agra to Delhi Airport. It was one of the worst ever days to drive as the whole way was extremely foggy. He got us to the airport safely and I’m very surprised too given how bad the fog was.

Driver showed up on time....

Driver showed up on time. We got a confirm a couple of days before the pickup. The car was old, AC is broken. Driver speaks little English and when we head for a stop, we thought it would be 15 minutes break but it turned out it’s his lunch break and he took 45 minutes. Would appreciate a heads up, we had a flight to catch at the airport, luckily we set aside extra time.

More than excellent

This transfer was more than excellent. Pick up time was on time, Car new , with safety belts 😏. The Driver spoke English and was super friendly, he provided us water and we drove in 4 hours save and smooth from Agra to Delhi. Even in the crowded traffic from Delhi he did an excellent job. So happy with this transfer. They were prompt, helped with the baggage, drove safely and got us to Delhi in great time. They had excellent communication throughout the process. It was myself and my girlfriend traveling alone. Traveling as 2 ladies in a foreign country can be intimidating but we felt safe the entire time! Car was comfortable and AC was fantastic. Great private transfer from Agra to Delhi.

The company started communicating with me right away on WhatsApp after booking was confirmed. Very polite and professional as well as the driver. The car was on time, clean with AC. I felt very safe all around and well cared for as a customer. I highly recommend the service as all is arranged ahead of time and they are very reliable.

The whole experience was nice. The driver (Mr. Prem) arrived a few minutes early and introduced himself. His English is very good and he provided me with all the information I asked for. The car was very clean and comfortable. The trunk of the Sedan has enough space for my two large suitcases. On the way we made a quick stop to use the restroom and have a drink. I highly recommend their services and will use them again on my next trips to India.

Save Your Money

The driver was on time and got the job done. He was also friendly. The downside was tgat he drove extremely fast and was passing every car on the main highway. I felt rather uncomfortable. Also, this is way too expensive for India. People on Agra were offering the same deal for half the cost. Save your money.

Clean and Safe Ride

My sister and I had a great experience using this service. We needed to get a ride back to Delhi later in the day and this was a very safe and clean option. The driver and company were very attentive, asking if we needed anything and making sure we were ok. The car itself was very clean with masks and water provided. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this company. They were extremely helpful in getting me a last minute ride from Agra to the Delhi airport. It was a morning flight and the driver got me to the airport on time and did a fantastic job navigating through crazy Delhi airport traffic. I was also able to stay in communication with the driver and the company throughout the ride. I’m solo traveler and appreciated that. All very helpful and kind people!! Reliable, relaxing transfer from Agra to Delhi airport

We requested a pickup at 6.30 am from our hotel in Agra. The driver was on time, drove really well and let us rest in the backseats. Most importantly he didn't pressure us into stopping at dodgy restaurants along the way, which can't be said of every transfer company. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this tour operator, thanks Viator! I bought this transfer from hotel in Agra to Delhi on the 2nd Jan 2023. Akash was very responsive, great at communicating in real time to ensure best experience, and sought feedback on performance of his car and driver for further improvements. The car was spacious, extremely clean, had fridge to serve cold water upon boarding. Akash was kind enough to ask his driver (Mustak) to stop over for me to get foreign currency exchanged, recharge my mobile balance. He was flexible enough to allow me to choose my pick up time. The driver, Mustak, was extremely helpful, polite, clean and kind. He made this road trip a pleasant experience through his skilled driving and good chats. I highly recommend them.

Very safe and competent driver. We would have expected that the driver would have gassed up prior to our departure but otherwise satisfied with the experience. He was very nice though and safely was our biggest concern and he made us feel very safe.

I am satisfied with the service...

<p>I am satisfied with the service although I think that there is a room for some improvement. The tour operator called me the night before to make sure that I am happy with the pick up time. Then I met him in the morning personally and after some introductions about his travel company he also 'requested' me to write a review and then he left me with the driver. I was given a quite accurate estimate about the duration of the journey. The pick up was in time but unfortunately part of the express motorway was closed because of a car accident that happened the night before due to the smog. It was a bit strange that the tour operator was not informed about this but thanks to my experienced driver we managed to bypass that part of the motorway which was quite a journey because we had to go along busy and winding roads where the traffic rules are quite loose. But this is not their fault. Once we were on the motorway my driver managed to catch up and we arrived to the airport in time even if we had to pass through some traffic jam in Delhi. One thing that I didn't like is that we had to fuel the car before the journey which took some time. This should have been done earlier before the pick up or the night before in my opinion but I understand that they may have to adjust this to the opening times of the petrol station.</p>

Transfert réalisé dans les temps

Prise en charge ponctuelle, amabilité, propreté très bien. Proposition de boissons fraîches pendant le transport et arrêts/ pauses si besoin. Cependant, petite frayeur sur la route car notre chauffeur semblait bien fatigué et parfois conduire les yeux fermés.. Mais nous sommes arrivés parfaitement à l'heure et sans aucun soucis à l'aéroport de Delhi.

Worked great

The car was at the meeting point on time, our driver drove safely and calmly and overall the journey was pleasant. Advance communication/support with/from Akbram Tours was also impeccable. In terms of price, it is cheaper to order an ad hoc taxi, but then you are also dependent on ad hoc availability.
