Quad bike was so much fun. The tour operators were amazing and made us feel so comfortable/ at ease since it was our first time. We liked the practice round on the tracks at the beginning at the tour so that way we can familiarise ourselves with the bike. We also got split into small groups. I think it was a brilliant idea and made the ride fun. Having small groups is easier to manage the different rider capabilities especially those that want to go fast and have more fun at the course. I was impressed with their washroom, it was wheelchair accessible and lots of room to navigate around. Would not change a thing but if I had to add on to the experience, it would be nice if the tour operators had a designated photographer on the track that could take some action shots while we enjoy the ride. The tour company could then sell us these pictures or include it in the packages. But all in all amazing experience nevertheless

Adventure guaranteed

I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to add a bit of adventure, and an adrenaline rush, to their day. We had a great time and will come back and do this again some day. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable, and mindful of safety. The scenery is stunning and the history of the property very interesting.

Couldn't recommend this enough!

Such a wonderful experience! The guides were so informative and knowledgeable about the land, and the family who owns it. We got to see beautiful new baby lambs, and they were so respectful about giving all of the animals their space.

Awesome Fun, Would Do Again

Upon arriving the team was great, friendly & professional & set us up very quickly. Run through of details & quick trial track practice run, and we were off. Our tour guide, Jye was a legend. Helpful, detailed knowledge of wildlife & history of the land, & great humour that our group loved. Stunning views & really fun sand dune weaving trails were a highlight. Honestly nothing they could’ve done better. Awesome experience, definitely recommend & look forward to the chance to do it again.

Genuine Aussie historic farm quad bike adventure

What a fabulous day out, much better than anticipated! Drew took us all over the beautiful 500 acre Aussie working sheep farm, the original settlers stone home still remains as a ruin being rebuilt, can't wait to do the tour again to see the home restored. 'The quad bikes are easy to use and very stable. There is also a funny old home built in a rock canyon... it is nicknamed "Uncle Micks house", as a joke about the horror film Wolf Creek.

Aussie coastal quad bike adventure

Genuine adventure tour of 500 acres scenic coastal south Aussie farm. The tour leader Drew went over and above to give us the best day out ever. The quad bikes were easy to ride very stable and amazingly capable over soft sand and rocks. But wait theres more We! We also saw a movie set like rough hut (could be something out of an Aussie horror film) in a rock canyon.

What an experience I had been putting it off for awhile, because I didn’t realise they accommodated young children. Have a two year old boy and a six-year-old girl. We didn’t do the quad biking but we went in a little buggy and we could hear everything that the tall leader was telling us. We got to see way more of the Farm then I think you would if you were on the quad bikes.. thanks to the team we can’t wait to come back. Absolutely stained part of the world!!!

Simply a must do

Fantastic guide and great afternoon out. They took time to make sure everyone was confident on the bikes and made sure we had time to experience the whole farm. Amazing views and a nice bit of history thrown in.

Excellent experience The staff Drew Kelly and Lynne were accommodating kind and provided heaps of useful information They looked after me when I was stressing and had patience with me and thus I got the best time and conquered the bike Wonderful advise to go to Parson beach up the road for sunset You all deserve great credit in bringing our time in Victor Harbor to a fabulous conclusion

ANAZING!!

What a hidden gem this place is!! The hospitality, the history and the views!! We had an amazing time riding quads on this property, getting muddy and seeing all the farm animals along the way. The fire pit towards the end of our tour was such a nice touch, just to stop, relax, roast some marshmallows, have a drink and chat some more. Our tour guide Jye was awesome. Staff are very informative and super friendly. HIGHLY recommend this place. See you again soon!

Thrilling experience

It was an amazing and thrilling experience to be on a quad bike trip.I had so much fun while enjoying the beautiful scenery .Must do once in a lifetime.Also, Our tour guide was amazingly awesome.Looking forward for another one soon😃

Breathtaking, unique experience

Amazing experience. Throughout our time we had combination of draw dropping facial expressions as well as big smiles from the breathtaking views. Our key guide Lynn was so personable and accomodating (she made the day for us). She made us feel at ease whilst having a lot of fun along the way. Her knowledge was exceptional and we left with added recommendations for other places.

Todler-Grandma Friendly

An “Adventure Tour” is a big leap to describe what you will get. This experience is NOT aimed with anyone with any sort of experience having ridden motor bikes or quad bikes before. Do NOT attend if you are looking for a bit of fun on an off-road track with a quad bike. As the website describes it is a tour of a farm, and that it’s what you will get. Riding the quad bike is more of a more convenient traverse of the farm rather than an “adventure” per say. Expect a ride at a slow to moderate pace, with frequent stops ensuring no pace is gained. Take one hand of the handlebars and expect a grilling! Having experience with offroad vehicles myself we were paired with instructor Lyn who was VERY unconfident behind the wheel for an "instructor" and very picky on very minor aspects of operating a quad bike. Unconfortably, she required assistance from another instructor just to get her bike moving (she’s a tour guide) and would frequently stop on sharp bends causing a potential role over hazard in the sandy track portion of the tour. I felt frustrated and very unsafe by her guidance, who stops a top-heavy vehicle on a sharp steep bend!! Don’t worry about wearing white as you won’t get dirty. I would say this is an all-age friendly activity, my grandmother of 94 could comfortably operate the quad bike with lead instructor Lyn.

What a great experience. Check in with Mary was easy, Instructions from Kelly, Jye and Lynn on the quad bikes were clear & precise. The practice track is a great idea especially for the novices (me) to get accustomed to the controls. The guides gave plenty of encouragement so helped with the first time apprehension. Lots of great information on the farm and awesome scenery. Overall a very different way to spend our anniversary with children & grandchildren. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to "have a go" Thanks everyone

Can’t wait to go

I’ve never actually done the tour because the beautiful people that run it have the same days off we do! But I’ve met the crew and Mary who owns many many times and it’s always been a pleasure!!

Awesome Farm Ride!

Such a great experience for our family on the bikes with Kelly as our tour leader. We had such an amazing ride around the farm, visiting the sheep, seeing the sights over Waitpinga bay. Our teenage boys (16 &14) loved it and so did we. Kelly kept up a great pace and we had the adrenalin pumpin' the whole time!

Fantastic time and the hosts were super friendly and so energetic and informative, very friendly for ages 23 and up and even the younger ones got to experience this adventure with a guide and 4 other people

Worth every cent

The guys there were excellent. Friendly and very easy to talk to. Quad biking is a good day out but mix that with awesome scenery and some local information about the wildlife, there is something for everyone.

If you're looking for something fun and exciting, this would deffs be it!! Was super anxious at first but the lil track at the start eased my nerves once we got "on the road" to the rest of the trip. This experience is honestly so worth it! Super fun for our group (6 people) :)

Awesome Day my son who had never ridden a quad bike and myself experienced had a ball the staff were great with my son teaching him . The ride was amazing including stops at historical places on the property could not recommend highly enough

Fantastic experience

We had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our tour guide was Alan and he was great. Told us lots of interesting facts about the area and made our time fun. The drink and marshmellows around the firepit just added that extra bit. We will be back!

Awesome Experience

It was my first time riding a quad bike and I was a bit nervous. We rode around on the mini track before heading out onto the farm tracks. I felt some of the tracks were challenging for me but with Jye's encouragement I attempted them successfully. I always felt safe. The farm is beautiful at this time of year with many baby animals to be seen. It was exhilarating driving through the Waitpinga river (creek) and stopping for a drink and to toast marshmallows by the fire. Jye showed us how to hypnotise a yabbie, he made the tour interesting, entertaining and fun. Highly recommend this tour for all skill levels.

Cannot rate highly enough - GREAT

WOW! What a great way to see something different and have a blast at the same time. I wish I could remember the name of my guide - cause he was awesome! If the tour owners read these, I think he mentioned he was also the mechanical hand on the farm? Absolute gem and absolutely made the experience for me! He was great at not only knowledgable and friendly, but he also had a great skill for knowing who was capable and how to ride within everyone's skill and fun levels. Highly recommend the adventure tour for anyone! No experience needed!

I can’t say enough good things. Worth every cent!!

For both my wife and I, this was by far the best tour we’ve taken in years. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and felt welcome. Everything was planned to perfection. The instructions on how to use the quads were clear and precise. From there start you go on a test track to get yourself comfortable and confident with your quad. After a few spins around the track, you’re on your way following your tour guide. Although we cannot remember her name, she was great! The tour itself is amazing, filled with beautiful sea views, seeing the sheep and cattle, old farm ruins and aboriginal eagle rocks, the list goes on and on. Plenty of stops for picture taking, be sure to get yourself video’d crossing the water, it’s a splash! I truly can’t say enough about how great this tour was. And such great value as well. Thanks for a great way to spend an afternoon!

Brilliant quad bike ride for the whole family

these guys had great communication before we booked, confirming our 13yo and 15yo could ride their own bikes. Booking was easily accessed on line with speedy email confirmation. we were met by friendly and professional staff who helped us with helmets, gloves and goggles. they gave clear bike instructions and plan for the ride. The initial course is great and the kids loved burning around the practise track. then, our guide took us out to the paddocks where there are loads of tracks and paths around the livestock who are super content having biker around. there's a couple of water areas and excellent sandy areas, great for a little slide around the corner. we felt very safe and career for the whole visit. we were impressed with the giant set up these guys have and can't wait to go back when it's wetter, for more splash and mud. today didn't rain, and mostly we got a little dusty. however there were very clean toilets and shower if needed. great places, well worth the trip and can't wait to book again. The big and little kids loved it!! thanks guys

Adventure Quad tour

Today four of us went on the adventure tour with Waitpinga Farm Quad Bike Adventures. Not only was the tour awesome, our guide Jack was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great information at the places we stopped. He was also a fantastic person and made the tour a lot of fun. We would all definitely recommend the tour to others and will be going back again ourselves. Thank-you for a great day!!

Unforgettable experience!

My son and I loved every bit of it. Jye, our guide, was brilliant... we couldn't have asked for a better guide. The whole team at Waitpinga Farm were very friendly and patient. The quad bike riding is exhilarating. They take you in small groups, so if you're a beginner, you can go at your own pace. Jye let us open them up through the sandy part of the course, which was amazing. I can't recommend this enough... we'll definitely be back! My son (who is 13) said it was the best experience of his life. Thank you Jye and Waitpinga Farm!

Amazing day and will definitely be returning

We did the adventure tour and it was amazing. Our group was lead by Daniel and Kev popped in and out. Both of these guys were very friendly, knowledgable and approachable. It all felt very safe and even when at the back of the pack, it is clear the workers keep a close eye on you to make sure everyone is okay. It was really an amazing and enjoyable day and we will definitely be returning in the near future to do it again.

Amazing adventure.

Had Kev Take us on a 1.5hr adventure tour. Very informative tour of the property. Great fun. Few stops and some history. Even got up close with some ducklings and cattle.

Great fun

Our group of three was inducted by Daniel and then lead by Rosko for the adventure tour. The scenery was beautiful and we checked out the sheep and cows as we drove around meandering tracks that provided little challenges along the way. We felt safe and well supervised the whole time and Rosko was fun and informative about the area. One in our party was particularly nervous about riding a quad bike. She was given extra attention and assistance in the orientation area until she felt confident enough to do the tour. We all had a great time.

An Awesome Experience

We visited the farm as a group of friends aged from 17 to 37 Jack and Daniel took our group and were informative and funny throughout our visit. The bikes were so much fun and the views were amazing. We will be back 🙂

Great adventure!

A magnificent view of the coastline and undulating landscape. Great instruction by the management and excellent supervision whilst riding the quad bikes. Excellent attention is evident of the management of the impact on the environment. A wonderful activity for young and old!
