Kurban Tours organised the best tour and had amazing experience . It was a four day dubai experience , transfer and hotel was all organised properly. The dinner cruise was the highlight and me and my wife really like the tour. Highly recommended

Bus tour and very few stops

We booked this tour as we had one day in Abu Dhabi. You are mostly on a bus passing by the sites, you do get just enough time at the Mosque to quickly walk through it. You see the Grand Palace from across the water, would have been nice to actually go inside instead of the two tourist shop stops at the date market and especially at the tourist expensive shop that you sell as a visit to a typical home. It was a home they sold all kinds of tourist items in as if they where on display at a home but for 4 x the price of a the souk. A visit to a souk would have been nice as well. The tour ended at the heritage museum which really is a waste of time, the country is only 52 years old and very modern so you can read about the old fishing village in about 10 mutes. If you want to see (from a distance) Abu Dhabi in a day on a bus then purchase this tour.

Grand Mosque review

Had a wonderful day. The Mosque was sensational. Mehboob tour guide spoke very good English and was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend. Only tip would maybe have been nice to spend half an hour more at mosque. Otherwise was brilliant!!

Short, Quick 6 Abu Dhabi Spots

Picked up at the hotel by English speaking guide, Rizwan. Albeit later than anticipated, 9.45am instead of 8.30am, we were kept informed via WhatsApp message on new updated pick up time. Rizwan was friendly and well articulated in his explanation of our schedule at each of the 6 venues including which ones we were going to for a simple and short photo opportunity. You do get the full 4 hours (ours actually extended to 4 and half hours) from the time we were picked up, doing the tour and returning us to our hotel. Excellent 1 hr 15 minutes at the magnificent Grand Mosque. Dress appropriately or you will end up like a big portion of visitors having to walk to the shops around to purchase appropriate attire. Check the Grand Mosque website and stick to it, religiously. Dont dally with too much photo stops at the start as you will need all of the time you have to see the rest of the mosque, especially the chandeliers. The rest were quick 20+ min stops to the Dates market, Heritage Village which was nice with "replica" of a desert stop complete camel. Yes, singular - one only. Ferrari World was a photo op as was the Palace. Overall, excellent for a quick overview of key spots in Abu Dhabi.

The tour was absolutly well organized! You will be able to visit all important spots in Abu Dhabi within some hours and get a lot of background information. Suhail is the best guide possible. Thank you very much for furfilling wishes for some extra photo stops, support in huggling at dates market and especially the enjoyable time🙏🏼😃

The tour started late...

The tour started late than expected and hence we could not complete it as we had onward journey. But the driver Mr. Mahir had been very friendly and helpful.

Stunning

What a fabulous day out, so much to see and admire. The mosque visit was unbelievable, absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean. The only bit i didn't like was the '' Art gallery'' visit, i have been on one of those tours before in Dubai..they shut the doors and then its really hard sell to buy a carpet, they are gorgeous but its so expensive, so we knew the score and stayed outside. But well worth the price of the tour..really enjoyed it.

The Mosque was stunning, we would have preferred a little more time at the Heritage Village and less time at Ferrari World only negative Informative commentary on the coach. Yes, there was a guide, but he just managed the stops. Yes, there was audio guide, but not much opportunity to ask the guide about the city.

Bad and poor customer service

Explained that I had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts via slow email with a bad connection and was met with a stone wall of we can't help you credit, you or nothing I'm sure they didn't even come or anything no real help and didn't even see a thing. Not even a reschedule so this was a bad experience...

You pay for what you get!

Most of the time spent was at the grand mosque which was the top of our criteria list, so I was pleased about that. There were a few other attractions listed where we didn't actually get to spend as much time as we'd like, but was merely a "photo stop". - Heritage Village is definitely worth visiting, but not much time was spent there because the tour guide took us to a carpet gallery instead (of course hoping we would buy something) - but this part wasn't even on the agenda! - Emirates palace you don't actually get to visit or even stop outside. The tour bus drives past on the other side of town, so you only get to see this from a distance. Tour guide doesn't actually introduce any of the attractions. Everything was through the audio guide on the headphones during the bus ride to and from each destination. Overall, the tour was okay. For the price you pay, the money is well spent for the number of places you get to visit.

Trip to Abu Dhabi from dubai

The trip was great right from the time we boarded it. It started with a welcome kit that had an earphones which can be connected with an audio connection. All the content related to all the sites was available on it . Also the tour guide Ashfaq was very knowledgeable and congenial to everyone. Overall a great trip made memorable by the tour guide and the driver. Kudos to the good work.

Abu dhabi city tour full day

It was a great experience with Grayline tours and travels..they were very organised about the plan to cover all the landmarks in time. The guide Mr. ASHFAQUE was very friendly and helpful and even took extra efforts to make our journey memorable one..we are thankful and recommend it to every family who wants to plan a tour in uae....see you soon!

Really nice trip

We really enjoyed all activities organised by this tour operator. We got to do all the activities mentionned in our package. The guides and drivers are really nice to everyone. The guide ashfaq makes sure everyone on the trip is comfortable and pleased. I recommend this tour operator!

Not worth the money

We did this instead of hop on hop off bus, thinking we were getting a guided tour. Our driver spoke little to no english. Just gave us headphones and drove us to places, dropped us off and gave us time to be back. The information on the headset was sparse and interspersed with Egyptian music. We were taken to a "market", in reality a date shop and expected to purchase dates. We left, then taken to a curio/carpet shop, and when asked if we could buy water, were told yes, yes inside......No!! Taken in and told to look around, then basically herded into a room and told to sit. A lady(chinese not aracic) went into a huge spiel about carpet making. Then put some examples on floir and said which one you want. Again broken english. Luckily my sister in law said no we have to go. The lady said no no he wait. We got up and left. All in all a very bad day. We still did not get water.

Abu Dhabi city tour

We got a quote for hop on hop off bus, which was about £65 per person, then I spotted the city tour for only £22 per person, going to all the same places. This tour was great value for money. There is an audio tour in English, which was fine as driver did not speak very good English

Pick up and return at our hotel - and a tour of the city. - Tour of Sheikh Zayed Al Kabeer Mosque and heritage Village. Good value for money - small group - interesting information from the guide . Worth the trip. An amazing place to see.

Disappointing guide!

Our guide spoke very little English and didn't stop to share any information besides the dated, automated audio guide. I called the day before and the agency told us to be ready at 8am, and so we were. However the driver got at our hotel only at 9am, and waited half an hour for another guests, who didn't even show up! At the mosque, he gave us only 45min which is really not enough to see everything. Besides that, the car was comfortable, the sightseeing is beautiful and the driver dropped us at the Abu Dhabi Mall instead of our hotel at our request.

<p>Excellent trip we had a brilliant guide and he taught us a lot about Abu Dhabi the highlight was the visit to the Grand shiayiq Mosque it was so beautiful, but just be warned about your clothing I put on a long skirt to the ankle and a long sleeved blouse, but when the driver arrived at our hotel to pick us up he said I would need to cover my ankles with socks and also wear a shirt or cardigan that was not see through what so ever, so I had to wear my husbands socks and one of his shirts what a silly sight I looked, luckily I had taken a big scarf to cover my head and shoulders.</p>

<p>The tour wasnt worth the time or money. Being a Friday the itinerary was different than other days and very limited, Grand Mosque was beautiful and i am glad i visited. Tour leader was just average. Best thing about the afternoon was the air con in the mini bus. Either choose another day or dont bother with this trip. Unfortunately we had limited time in Aby Dhabi</p>

Viator clearly doesn't vet the tour...

<p>Viator clearly doesn't vet the tour companies, at least in Abu Dhabi. Our guide was an hour late, looked like a homeless person wandering into our hotel lobby, had an unmarked van, wore clothes that were not professional, didn't know much about the history of Abu Dhabi, and sat in the front passenger seat and talked to the window the entire time which made it difficult for the two of us in the back to hear. He and the driver were nice pleasant fellows, but did not meet the quality standards that one might expect from a Viator tour. Two stars because they were nice guys, but really should not be in the tour business.</p>

This was excellent value ... we got...

<p>This was excellent value ... we got it for half price! We had expected a tour bus but we had an individual guide and driver. We saw all major sites, the mosque being the most memorable.We highly recommend this tour to get a great overview of the city. It was the only way to travel in heat of 45 degrees! Information was delivered to our hotel the day before with clear instructions about what attire was accepted for the mosque. The guide also checked our attire before leaving.</p>

Die einzige vernünftige...

Die einzige vernünftige Attraktion war die Sheik Zayed Moschee, der rest war ne Katastrophe. Wir dürften in Ferrari World 15 Minuten anhalten und Fotos machen, und so n überteuertes Museum für 15 Minuten besuchen. Den rest haben wir nicht besucht, wir sind nur vorbei gefahren. Es war mehr fahrerei wie Ausflüge, denn es war ein Kleinbus und kein richtiger Reisebus wo man alles aus einer guten Perspektive beobachten konnte.

Highlight war die Scheich-Zayid-Moschee

Die Moschee ist einfach traumhaft schön. Dies war am Anfang der Tour der Höhepunkt. Die Fahrt durch Abu Dhabi war durch den Tourguide sehr informativ, leider waren manche Stationen von der Besichtigungszeit viel zu kurz. Es war in Ganzen sehr schön.

Mal, no funcionaban los auriculares y no nos dieron ninguna solución

Muy mal, los auriculares no funcionaban i no pudimos escuchar ninguna explicación por lo que fuimos a ciegas toda la excursión, avisamos en el primer momento y no se nos hizo caso. No se lo recomendare a nadie, íbamos dos familias y ninguna de las dos nos enteramos de hacia donde íbamos i cual era la historia del lugar. No volveré a utilizar esta agencia en ningún otro viaje.

Un tour con AUDIOGUIA - Aceptable

Hicimos este tour porque teníamos una escala de avión y queríamos aprovechar el tiempo hasta nuestro siguiente vuelo para conocer algo de la ciudad. Se pusieron en contacto el día anterior para confirmar hora y lugar de recogida. Fueron muy puntuales y nos llevaron en un van con A/C junto con otras 7/8 personas. Lo que no me gustó mucho es que en realidad no hay un guía sino un audioguía conectada con unos cascos en la van. Esta audioguia está en muchos idiomas distintos pero la información que ofrece y la traducción no es muy buena. Además una vez llegar al lugar de interés no tienes más información ni puedes hacer preguntas. Como aspecto positivo este tour comienza pronto y en nuestra visita a la mezquita había bastante menos gente que cuando salimos. Finalmente nosotros no completamos el tour porque no nos daba tiempo y nos quedamos en Yas Mal para poder visitar el circuito Yas Marina por nuestra cuenta y volver al aeropuerto.

Perfect tour!

Well organized tour with hotel pickup, where you can see all the main attractions of Abu Dhabi. Our guide Ahmed was perfect and provided us with all the necessary information in English and Italian. I recommend it to everyone to discover the city better.

A ne pas faire

Une expérience qui nous a fait perdre du temps.. La journée a commencé avec notre bus qui est tombé en panne, certes ce n'est pas de leur faute mais gros manque de communication de la part du voyagiste sur place. Nous avons commencé l'activité avec 1h30 de retard. Très mauvaise organisation, guide perdue. Nous avons été rattaché à un autre groupe et n'avons pas fait tout ce que nous devions faire. Je vous la déconseille fortement

Nicht zu empfehlen! Inklusive Teppichshow!

Die Tour besteht aus einer Abholung vom Hotel in Abu Dhabi - anschließend ging es zur Moschee. Dort hatten wir etwas über eine Stunde Zeit, dies hat gerade so gereicht sich einen Teil der Moschee anzuschauen. Anschließend ging es zur Ferrariworld - man konnte nur einen kleinen Blick von außen erhaschen - einen 10 Minuten Aufenthalt hatten wir dort - man hat aber nichts gesehen - nur Souvenir-Shops. Danach folgte eine Fahrt durch Abu Dhabi über Sadiaat Island. Das Louvre haben wir leider nur aus der Ferne gesehen. Es folgte ein kurzer Stopp am Dattelmarkt. Danach ging es ins Heriatge Village - für uns nicht interessant. Von dort aus zu einem eher versteckten Laden - wir durften nicht im Bus sitzen bleiben und wurden regelrecht hinausgerufen. Die Erklärungen von den Kunst des Teppichknüpfens entpuppe sich als Verkaufsshow - 20 Minuten verschwendete Zeit. Unsere ganze Gruppe wollte so schnell wie möglich raus aus dem Verkaufsraum. Zwei Türsteher haben uns aber den Weg versperrt und wollten alle in weitere Verkaufsräume im ersten Stock zwingen! Das ging gar nicht! Der Ton war sehr aggressiv! Danach hatte keiner mehr Lust auf die Tour - zum Glück kam danach nur noch ein kurzer Fotostopp. Fazit: nicht zu empfehlen!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Unser Guide war sehr gelangweilt- er sprach englisch aber unterhielt sich lieber mit den zwei allein reisenden Frauen auf französisch - der Rest war Außen vor... diese tour fand somit hauptsächlich über den Audioguide statt... Bei der großen Moschee verweigerte man uns anfangs den Einlass weil der Bus nicht angemeldet war, durften dann doch rein aber auf eigene Faust- der Guide blieb draußen!!!! Der Oberhammer kam am Schluss, hier hies es, dass wir an einen schönen Punkt fahren um das Emirats Palace zu sehen und wurden in Verkaufsräume gedrängt- iranische Teppichhändler redeten fast 20 Minuten auf uns ein und wollten Teppiche ab 900 us Dollar aufwärts verkaufen.... Leider fand die Tour nicht wie beschrieben statt- wir fuhren auch zur Ferrari world und hatten !!15 Minuten!!! Zur freien Verfügung... dann ging es auch zum Gemüsemarkt, wo uns die Händler sehr aufdringlich begegneten.... Alles in allem ein totaler Reinfall!!!

Non conforme

Le van est venu nous cherché à 9h30 alors qu'il devait venir entre 8h et 8h30. Nous n'avons pas vu le Louvre, nous avons fait des stop inutiles, notamment un pour nous faire acheter des dattes et un autre pour des tapis. Un peu décevant...

Mejor tú solo.

Es el peor tour que he hecho. El guía se dormía en el autobús. No estaba pendiente de la gente. La gente se perdía por el camino. Un desastre

Visite mosquée de Abu Dhabi, et studio Warner bross

Visite de la mosquée 🕌 un peu trop rapide nous avons eu seulement 1h sur place, mais visite à faire magnifique dommage de ne pas avoir vu assez.. Pour le parc le temps consacré était largement suffisant, très beau parc à thème mais le tour est rapidement effectué. Guide très sympathique, quelqu’un est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel pour nous amener au bus, déception pour le retour ou nous avons du prendre un taxi pour nous rendre du bus à notre hôtel.

Kind and patient

Consigliato per chi vuole fare tour senza guida, noi abbiamo visitato la moschea dello sceicco zayed e il museo louvre di dubai da soli e abbiamo gestito il nostro tempo in autonomia. Durante il tragitto ci sarà un un'audioguida che vi darà alcune informazioni relative alle città e una guida che vi darà informazioni sui punti di arrivo e ripartenza dai vari posti da visitare. Importante rispettare i tempi di rientro al pullman per permettere di rientrare in orario! Sono venuti a prenderci presso il nostro hotel e ci hanno lasciati al riemtro presso il punto più vicino ad esso. Ricordate sempre di scrivere una mail il giorno prima del tour per avere ulteriore conferma da parte della compagnia. Consigliato!!!

Die Tour startete leider etwas holprig. Als Abholungszeit wurde uns zwischen 8.00 - 8.30 Uhr genannt. Um 9.00 Uhr war leider immer noch niemand da. Unsere Hotelrezeption telefonierte dann dem Fahrer hinterher und es hieß er sei auf dem Weg. Eine kurze SMS, dass der Fahrer sich verspätet wäre schön gewesen. Die Tour war interessant und sehenswert. Ein bisschen Verkaufsfahrt war zum Schluss leider auch dabei, aber ansonsten für das Geld völlig ausreichend.

Tour decepcionante

No aconsejo este tour. Tuvimos que confirmar por teléfono el tour después de haberlo pagado. No lo entiendo. Además quedaron en recogernos en el hotel de 8 a 8:30 y llegaron más tarde de las 9. El tour no fue ameno ni interesante. Nos llevaron al zoco pero no pudimos visitarlo, solo nos metieron en una tienda a comprar dátiles. Y el supuesto museo islamico era otra tienda de alfombras carísimas. Tampoco visitamos el Hotel Palace. Lo único interesante la gran Mezquita, que es gratis y que el guía no nos acompañó ni explicó nada.

Bel giro... Autista cortese e disponibile... Giro della. Città con soste al Louvre, villaggio eritage, isola Yas e la splendida moschea. Ci siamo trovati cosi bene che il giorno dopo abbiamo prenotato il safari con cena nel deserto... Magnifica!
