Great Dubai Tour!!

I already did a tour with Vinu and Smit Joshi two days ago and because of the very good experience I decided to book another tour with them. My expectations were exceeded. Both are very eager to fulfill our extra wishes. We had a fun group and the two of them became part of the group. If I come to Abu Dhabi again, I will definitely book with them again. Thank you for showing us all the nooks and corners of Dubai. We were delighted by the humble guidance of Mr Kunal Bhavnani throughout our tour. Everything was well planned and the smallest of details were shared during the tour. We were well versed by all the places by the end of the tour. Full day tour with too many stops

Burj Kahlifa was a great highlight, but we nearly have to wait 3 hours until reaching the top. The driver was very kind und picked us up at the hotel in abu dabhi. After Buri Kahlifa und Dubai Mall are too many different stops in the tour.

Amazing experience!

We had the best experience during our city tour with Rayna tour. Mr. Mohammed the tour guide was so awesome that he took his time to take us through the history, culture and lovely places in the city. I had 10 people on my group and they all had one of the best time ever with Rayna. I would recommend them over and over again. They deserve a 5 star. Thank you!

Worst Experience with a Tour Company Ever!!

For Dubai Trip, we were booked for 17 to 20 Feb 2019 right from pick up at airport to all sight seeing and to drop at airport on 20 Feb 2019. I must say this was our worse experience of “Extremely bad and disgusting pick up & drop arrangements” throughout four days travel”. Every pick up and drop was so so mismanaged and harassing. The last day was extreme. I informed pick up at 8:30 am for flight at 12:15. But this Rayna travel persons insisted for pick up at 8 am ie 4:15 hours before flight time. I requested repeatedly for atleast 8:30 am but Rayna travel did not listen to we Guest. Ultimately we waited in hotel lobby right from 7:55 to 8:35 for driver without having breakfast. The driver dropped us at airport at 8:50 and we were free from all formalities boarding card immigration GST return etc etc and from 9:45 we are waiting for flight time 12:15 . We had to buy food and spent AED 118 unnecessarily. Next serious problem was: I forgot my sunglasses in Cruise Al Khaleez on 17 Feb Sunday on upper deck near stairs. The same night after coming back I informed with photograph of sunglass to Rayna Team. But surprisingly no one from Rayna Team spoke to me about any search done. Sunglasses were very expensive and I expected that atleast Rayna Team shall make a serious attempt to search it and inform me. But entire team kept mum and did not utter even a single word about any search. Total failure by Rayna Team. On the other hand, Thru my own arrangements I booked for Abu Dhabi tour on 19 Feb from 6 am to 2 pm and I was pleasantly surprised with wonderful experiences throughout my journey and sight seeing of 8 hours. I would rate my experience with Rayna Team as “Total Failed” “Disastrous Performance”

Full day city tour with Ateeq Rayna

Ateeq Rayna has been an excellent, pleasant and a very dependable driver who took us around Dubai, he showed us everything thing in Dubai like Burj Arab, Jumerah mosque, Atlantis palm, Burj khalifa , Dubai Mall, Gold souk and spice market we enjoyed his company, we will definitely use him in the future!!

Rayna Tours - Good to go

Tour was excellent and informative. Driver was careful and accommodating. The tour guide provided an excellent informative guided tour about the history and future plans for Dubai. I would recommend doing the Burj Khalifa 124 floor during the day, the view at night was very good but I can imagine it would have been much more breath taking during the day light. Kishan Alwani at the excursion desk in Jumeirah Emirates Towers was very helpful I highly recommended a stop and get aquatinted visit 👍🏼

Best City Tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi Experience with Oliver Dmello

Our group (a family of 7 consisting of grandparents, 3 teenage kids, and husband & wife) was visiting from Las Vegas & this was our first family experience with a private tour guide in a foreign city. Our experience was "TOP NOTCH" and the main reason was because we had the BEST guy to show us around and you must request him if you are doing any of these tours, his name is OLIVER DMELLO. Oliver is very passionate & knowledgable about Dubai & Abu Dhabi. WE loved him so much that we booked him for 2 city tours. He knew his way around the city & all the local spots to shop and eat. He knew the short cuts to the Burj Khalifa to avoid the long lines an helped us maneuver our way around the huge Dubai Mall to get to the Burj Khalifa at our allotted time slot. WE came around the busy holiday season so thank God Oliver knew his way around this enormous city & the crucial times to get in and out of traffic. I think learning about this beautiful country and it's people has helped us to appreciate the culture and the city that much more. Oliver had a way of teaching the history of these two cities like a storybook which made it very enjoyable. Sitting back and enjoying the scenery is why you pay for a private tour guide so you can relax, learn, & not have to think about the logistics of being on time somewhere thats what Oliver does for you. Oliver listens attentively to your likes & dislikes and what might interest you more. He's very patient, kind, and truly loves what he does. I can honestly say from this whole experience that Oliver lives by the true meaning of humanity which is what he says he admired most about the late ruler Sheik Zayed who made United Arab of Emirates possible.

Very poor customer care

The tour guide Aziz (tel +971567998062) was very uncourteous. He left us behind at Gold Souk even though we got back to right place in right time. On contacting him on phone he was very inconsiderate and arrogant. He said if you want take a taxi & reach next point or you can do what you want. We had lot of difficulty in reaching back to our hotel at a big cost. I don't recommend this tour company to anyone.

You helped secured a day tour to Dubai for us and our son, and when the tour was not what we had paid for, you made certain the tour would include everything. Thank you for ensuring we got everything we paid for, without resistance. The driver who picked us up in Abu Dhabi was excellent and patient with us. He took us to the Gold and Spice Souks as had been promised to us, after dropping off other tour guests. He was also informative during our drive to Dubai, teaching us about the roads and pointing out interesting buildings along the way.

Bien décevant, à eviter

hormis burg kalifa impressionnant, le reste du tour est décevant .tour de la ville en bus non adapté ,, arrêt dans des lieux sans intérêt, 2 ayant pour objectif de faire acheter llà des épices ailleurs un tapis brodé, nous sommes repartis avec le sentiment d une journée gâchée.

Keine Abholung - kein Erlebnis

Gestern den 05.Novemver hätte ich einen Trip von Abu Dhabi nach Dubai gehabt nach etlichen Aufregungen und Versuchen jemanden ans Telefonat zu bekommen, gelingt es schlussendlich einen Mitarbeiter unseres Hotels die Sache für uns aufzuklären, da niemand kam um uns abzuholen weder telefonisch zu benachrichtigen. Fühlten wir uns auf gut deutsch gesagt verarscht. Der Trip wurde seitens Rayna Tourism abgesagt wieso und weshalb wissen wir nicht. Ein so genannter Mr. Rohit hatte unserem Hotel mitgeteilt das der Trip nicht stattfinden würde. Waren natürlich sehr traurig darüber da die Tage abgestimmt waren und wir jetzt in UAE sind aber keinen Tag mehr haben in dem wir Dubai besichtigen können. Ich hoffe das jetzt die Rückerstattung kein Problem seitens Viator wird.

Durchwachsen

Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und sicher nach Dubai gebracht. Dort gab er uns die Tickets für den Burj Khalifa. Dies war ein mega Erlebnis. Danach haben wir erst unseren Guide getroffen. Er sprach Englisch, aber so leise und mit starken Akzent, dass wir ihn nicht verstehen konnten. Die Stops bei den anderen "Sehenswürdigkeiten" waren sehr kurz. Wir wurden nicht informiert wo es als nächsten hingeht. Negativ war der Besuch eines Teppich und Schmuck-Geschäfts. Dies war definitiv nicht auf dem Reiseplan und dort wurde zu viel Zeit vertrödelt, den wir lieber an anderer Stelle gehabt hätten. Als letztes ging es dann noch einmal komplett durch Dubai zurück zum Burj Khalifa um das Fontänen-Spiel zu schauen. Das könnte man etwas besser planen, damit nicht zu viel Zeit im Bus draufgeht. Dubai ist auf jedenfall eine Stadt die man gesehen haben muss und dank des guten Fahrers gibt es dafür 3 Sterne von uns.

Sehr interessante Tour

Abholung im Hotel und Fahrt nach Dubai durch den Fahrer interessant gestaltet und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Tour in Dubai gab uns genügend Zeit alles anzusehen und in der Mall einzukaufen. Einzig der Platz am Burj Al Arab, war durch die tief stehende Sonne neben dem Hotel, für einen Fotostopp nicht unbedingt der geeignetste.

Ein ganz dickes Lob an VIATOR !!! Für die Rundfahrt in Dubai wurden wir im Hotel in Abu Dhabi pünktlich von einem sehr netten Fahrer abgeholt, der uns schon auf der Fahrt nach Dubai zum Umstieg in den Bus sehr viel gezeigt und erklärt hat und uns mit kaltem Wasser versorgte . Wir haben dann mit dem Bus die Stadtrundfahrt Dubai mit einem auch sehr netten Reiseleiter gemacht. Am Ende stand der Fahrer (nach stundenlangem Warten - der Arme :-) wieder da und hat uns zurück ins Hotel nach Abu Dhabi gefahren. Während der Heimfahrt hielt er extra eine Weile an, damit wir uns das gigantische Feuerwerk, das zum Ende des Ramadan veranstaltet wurde, ansehen und filmen könnten.

Desert Tour and Dubai City Tour

Wir haben die beiden Touren über das Hotel gebucht und wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Die Desert Tour würde ich jeden sofort empfehlen, da dies ein unvergesslicher Tag war! Da unser Hotel in Abu Dhabi war haben wir uns gedacht wir könnten einen Tagesausflug nach Dubai machen. Wir würden von RIZWAN BUDD abgeholt, er war den Tag über unser Fahrer. Er war so super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns so viel über die UAE, Dubai und Abu Dhabi erzählt. So viele wirklich interessante Informationen zu dem Land und den Emiraten. Schade, dass er die Tour in Dubai nicht geleitet hat sondern nur der Fahrer war. Für Dubai gab es einen extra Guide. Der war nicht so toll. Die Tour ging von 10:15 - 22:00 Uhr und war Dank RIZWAN BUDD haben wir viel über die UAE gelernt. Ein voller Erfolg und ein wunderbarer Tag in Dubai!!!
