FRANCE is one of the subsidiaries of the AIR FRANCE KLM Group, the world's leading airline group in terms of turnover. It
has its headquarters at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Air
France-KLM is the largest airline company in the world in terms
of operating revenues, and the third largest in the world (largest in
Europe) in terms of passengers-kilometers. Air France is accredited by the IATA with the IOSA (IATA Operations Safety Audit)
for its safety practices. Air France was formed with the merger of five
airlines: Air Orient, Compagnie G�n�rale A�ropostale, Soci�t� G�n�rale
de Transport A�rien, Air Union and CIDNA. The inaugural flight of Air
France was on October 7, 1933.
Air France presently
flies to 200 destinations in 88 countries. In India, the destinations
